Had fantastic service here! Very professional and very friendly staff!

Had an appointment today at 1130 AM, the place wasn’t crowded. The service was very quick. The staff was very polite and explained each step.

Ignorant, rude and very unfriendly staff. My dad was sent here for employment drug testing, he is very hard of hearing so he sometimes has issues understanding people if they talk fast or don’t speak loudly the woman helping my dad apparently couldn’t care less and was extremely mean to him. She was slamming things around and shouting at him for no reason. As I come on here now and read other reviews I can clearly see this is a common occurrence and standard practice at this business. My dads work sends a lot of business here but we will be sure to contact them and see about changing to someplace where they don’t treat people like this.

They don’t tell you anything about the test process. Extremely unfriendly staff. I wish there’s more place to go get this done. I would never send anyone
