Accommodated on short notice as I was visiting from another province. They were thorough, professional, and the customer service was exemplary.
I will be returning for required repairs in the future.

The Canyon Meadows auto shop helped me alot this holiday when my car broke down right before Christmas. They were not only able to help me on such short notice but also fixed my car super quickly, all the while being helpful and kind.

I have used this repair shop in the past with other vehicles and have always had great service at reasonable prices and quick turnaround. So I figured it was time for a proper review. I was recently in a bind and needed help torqueing a bolt on my track bar as it had fallen off while I was driving. I was able to get the bolt back in myself on the side of the road, but couldn't get any of my tools in there to tighten it properly and was supposed to be driving to Edmonton for thanksgiving the next day. All other shops I called told me they didn't have time to look at it. I called Canyon Meadows and unfortunately they were not able to accommodate my 3500 on their lift, however they referred me to another shop they work with and I was able to get it tightened at no charge and done in 30 minutes at the shop they recommended. This is service! Thank you again.

I’ve already brought 4 vehicles to this shop and I can attest to their customer service, quality and honest service and pricing. I like the tiered approach, they present you the facts about your vehicle and they’ll let you know what needs to be immediately addressed and which issues are upcoming, which allows breathing room to budget for repairs with no pressure at all. I like having the detailed reports with photos that are easy to understand. I’ve dealt mainly with Don and he’s been an absolute pleasure to work with, really friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks for all the great work, highly recommend this shop!

I have only been using this Auto Servicer for a couple of years but I can certainly say I will continue to use them and would certainly recommend them to family and friends. The work that I have had done was explained to me before being done and left up to me if I wanted it done. I have never felt pressure into getting jobs done. Everyone in the station are so friendly and so willing to help and answer any questions that I've had. My car has always been finished in the time that was told to me. I am certainly happy with my decision to go to Canyon Meadows Auto Service.
