Our NTI boiler stopped producing heat Friday evening which also affected our hot water tank as well. Called canyon plumbing emergency line. They were upfront with the off-hour labor cost. We needed it fixed so we proceeded with it. Randy, their technician/plumber, called us back in about 10-15 mins. He was working with us diagnosing the problem so he knows what’ll be needed before he comes out. It took a while and he was very patient. In the end he figured out that a part was broken and needed replaced. It was late and they didn’t have the part. Next morning he contacted us a bit after 8am and said he can get the part and come right away. It was the exact part that needed replaced.
Randy was very friendly and genuinely cared that we didn’t have heat and did his best to get it fixed as fast as possible. He’s good at diagnosing the problem as well. Thanks Randy!

Randy Steiner showed up on time and set to work right away. Diagnosed our problem and knew we needed a new wax ring which he installed and then tested and cleaned up after all was OK. Great work Randy and thanks for looking after our problem.

I am a new home owner and also am newly immigrated. So I may not have lots of beautiful words. I just want to give a truthful review from my recent service. The technician who came was Travis. I appreciate him in many aspects. On time that is for sure. Very considerate - he was using the side entry door. Outside the ground is covered with loose soil and dirt. After he left, not a single piece of dirt in my house. Really helpful - his willingness to answer all the questions I had is really appreciated. And he is also patient because sometimes my verbal communication cannot make people understand on my first sentence. But he did not rush, but find the way to answer my questions. I also appreciate that he ran up and down between the second floor and the basement several times to check that the system works. I had experiences in my past some technicians do not care if you understand or not. But not Travis, he knew on his configuration end in the mechanical room that things work. To the end user like me, those configurations may not matter much. So he ran to each thermostat to test for me to see that the system works the way it should. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Randy came out today. He was prompt and professional and super friendly. He changed cartridges on our faucets and was efficient. He also took the time to answer extra questions I had about another tap and take a look at our hot water softener… Thank you Randy for your patience and your service!

The female plumber (jessica) that came to fix our toiler leak was very rude. She was not professional at all. She blamed us for the leak and told us she will not be coming back at all to fix it again even if it leaks again. Absolutely horrible HORRIBLE service i do not recommend this business because of this experience!

Edit: talked to the manager and he was very polite and understood our situation. He assured us that he will look into this matter and take the steps necessary to make sure something like this does not happen again.

All I can say is take your business elsewhere. Ordered a part December 12. Had to call them to see if parts we're in this is now January 3 Oh yea parts are here. So why was I not informed. Was going to have them install the shower faucet.
Been waiting 3 days now for someone to call me back to schedule a install. Nothing. Went to get my parts.
Will be looking elsewhere for installation. Thought they had better service. Check out other reviews. Not very good.

I recently used Canyon Plumbing & Heating to replace my Poly B piping and my hot water tank. From arranging the work to getting it done the team was fantastic! Great customer service and very responsive. They ended up charging me less then the original quote when they said it didn't take as much work as originally thought. I am guessing most companies wouldn't have done that and I never would have known! I highly recommend this company!

Hired the guys at canyon to. Do heat, plumbing and mechanical in our new home build. The plumbing and mechanical trades are doing an excellent job and are very quick! That said the supervisors and job managers are impossible to communicate with, returning a simple voicemail or email would make it easier. Trades having to complete jobs twice due to no communication is not ideal. But overall a good experience.
