Cap-it Medicine Hat

These guys helped me fix a used cover i picked up even though it was not from them, super friendly and helpful!

We had a hitch installed on our SUV so we can mount a bike rack.
We were in and out in less than half the quoted time.
We shopped around for the best price and Cap-it had the best price for this procedure.

Have called on two separate occasions. Once for rims and tires, another time for a 2” lift. After giving a detailed list of what I wanted and never getting a call back on either occasion I was left going to Calgary to spend $7k on tires and rim and will spending $5k or more on the lift. I would love to support local but I am not going to beg them to take my money.

Good place to go to get advice! I do wish they were open on Saturdays, however they do have good quality products (remember quality ain’t cheap) and great service. If your looking to go outside the box with your vehicle upgrades this is the place to start!

I needed a cap for my truck. I went to Cap-it in Medicine Hat and was helped by Michelle. She is a real gem as a face of this business! Her knowledge, professionalism and understanding, when dealing with people, was outstanding! She took all information needed and ordered the canopy from their supplier in the US. When the canopy arrived, in less time than she advised, it was the wrong one. NO FAULT OF HERS! My truck changed body styles half way in the year and the supplier got it wrong. Cap-it Medicine Hat, made it right. The work was done quickly and properly. They cut me a bit of a deal and added a little extra for my trouble. I will recommend this company and use them again when necessary. Michelle is an outstanding employee and Cap-it Medicine Hat is lucky to have her.

I am very impressed with the new owners and customer service. They went above and beyond my expectations. 100% improvement over the previous ownership. I highly recommend this business to everyone. They did great work installing the tonneau cover on my work truck. They also installed a set of front recovery hooks for me while they had my truck in their shop. Great customer service and very happy with their work.

Quoted $422.00 for an hour and a half hitch installation (I was providing hitch) this seems excessive.
