Excellent customer care, we were late because we missed our way, but the doctor still accepted to honour the appointment

Best clinic hands down. For years i struggled mentally & had other health problems that other doctors just pushed through me or assumed I was just lying about certain things. The doctor here listened to me, ACTUALLY listened to me. Took his time to ask me how I am doing, and listened to me if I was having a bad mental day. Turns out I had other health problems that for years other doctors didn't even bother to check & had me on the wrong medications. Since I've been coming here for along time. My mental health & physical health have improved drastically and I always feel so welcomed here by the staff & doctors. Everyone is very welcoming & caring. I love this clinic & wouldn't go anywhere else.

I Did an X-ray and was also asked to go for an ultrasound I didn’t get feedback from both appointments I had even after two weeks. SMH

Been trying to call for days regarding an appointment I have booked but no one ever answers the phone. (Tried 20+ times)

Reception staff are respectful, kind, and professional. Dr. Choo cared for my mother in hospital and was so compassionate and caring. Wonderful staff, good people.

It’s a shame that none of the desk people couldn’t let people know they weren’t taking walk ins on their phone call systems.sometimes people have no access to vehicles and take hours and money out of their day just to get help from a doctor. And take time off work too. AND When I entered, the lady’s at the desk got up and immediately went to the back seeming so as they didn’t even want to talk to anyone which was very rude. I waited for ten minutes and didn’t see a sign of anybody so I had left. Very poor service for a medical clinic.

I'm giving this medical office only 2 today I have been trying to find a good doctor office who are taking new clients I read all the nice good reviews for this medical clinic and I really like what I seen but unfortunately they should really write on here sorry not taking new clients, that is just sad now I'm a little upset but it is what it is

Front staff and pharmacy members are useless. Unable to get a hold of anyone for information. The person who answered the phone had 0 idea what was going on and told me to hang up. Dr Choo is amazing - but this place has a serious staffing issue. No one knows what’s going on. You’ll be on hold all day. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Booked an appointment online to get a refill of my medication, they accepted it then called me back to tell me it was booked up and denied my appointment. Tried to reschedule me to a day a week later when I was out of town instead. Pretty insulting when the hold message just repeats that online booking is now available.

Dr Ziyani is the best doctor I have ever seen in my life, patient and kind enough with update information, so professional

The place has a spacious waiting room clean and tidy. Front desk ladies are very kind. Doctor Khalid who is our family doctor is very attentive and professional.

Front staff are busy but courteous and prompt.
Wait times (for appointment) longest has been 11 minutes (average about 6 mins from checking in to seeing doctor).
Doctors listen well and actually care for my well being. Very accommodating

Dr showed up to the clinic over a half hour late and walks in with Starbucks and takeout, and then just pushes your through like you don't matter and your holding his day up. Absolutely a waste of time to go here.

So far having really good experiences walking in on the clinic twice now. Doctors are nice and accommodating. The lady up front treated my kid like my own. So far no issues with them having clear and concise information with matters regarding myself and my family.

Walk in clinic doctor went home early again. Of course not scheduled, not mention on website. Walk 40 mins as this was the closest place. Extremely entitled and selfish for them to do this regularly.

Dr. Ravini has been my family doctor for ages, and she's always friendly and takes the time to listen to my concerns. The nurses are always great, and recently I had a visit with Dr. Yeung and an intern, and they provided exceptional medical care. Thank you for everything that you do!

You wait a lot in this clinic even after booking an appointment. They don’t pick their phone and they don’t confirm appointment times.

Attended as a drop-in patient and was lucky enough to get in immediately. The physician was excellent and staff friendly and efficient.

I really appreciate my family doctor, but the waiting on the phone every single time I need to reach them is absurdly long!
Sometimes it takes more tham 15 min to someone answer, and to just say: Can I put you on hold, please!? That’s really bad customer service.

Had an appointment for a surgery booked all week and they called 2 hours ahead of time to cancel leaving me stranded. Can’t recommend avoiding this place enough

This is no exaggeration.
Dr. Ziyani is the nicest, kindest Medical Dr. I have ever met. He goes way above and beyond. My wife and I hold him in high regard and even consider him a friend. He is a brilliant younger man but he has an old time charm about him. He cares about his patients and and spends as much with them as he can.
I want to make this about my Dr.not me but I developed arthritis when I was 12. When I was about 30 my tendons and ligaments became very weak. Chronic IBS, over active bladder and insomnia make it nearly impossible to make a living.
Dr. Ziyani gave me the meds I need to improve my quality of life and gave me the ability to work intermittently. We are soon going to review my complicated medical and life history. This is much better treatment than I paid for in the private sector. When a lot of Dr.s can't figure out what is causing your symptoms they say its all in your head. Dr. Ziyani believes that I am suffering and says that he just hasn't figured it out why YET. That means a lot to someone who is suffering so much. When you life has been destroyed and a Dr.says "its all in your head" that's hard to swallow.
I've been to very expensive private clinics in Germany with Dr. Prof. Internist Herzog and team and various N. D clinics. None of the hold a candle to Dr. Ziyani in terms of patient care.

I have never had a problem with the doctors here, they are informative and cover all the bases for any questions you may have, which I appreciate. However, front reception comes across blunt and a bit rude. When asking what would be included in assessment appointment, they side-stepped and informed me there was no assessment done at a prior appointment, never directly answering why I needed this appointment and had no consideration to easing my confusion or worries. I simply wanted to know what would be included in an appointment so I can appropriately prepare, as I have extreme anxiety about doctors. I would appreciate a bit more understanding from them in the future, as doctors appointments are not pleasant for everyone.

Wonderful caring doctors. They care about you and listen and do what is best. But the front reception staff seems to make everything way harder then it needs to be. A simple form should not require me to talk to 3 different people on the phone.

I am incredibly happy with Dt Ziyani. He always spends time to try and understand what could be causing my health issues in my daily life. He truly cares, unlike a lot of pill pushers I had before. He always explains in a way I am able understand. Very knowledgeable and kind! Thank you!

I am unbelievably impressed with Dr. Jeremy Choo. It's a wonderful experience to be seen, heard and acknowledged by someone with medical expertise and empathy. His demeanor is beyond what you would expect from a walk in doctor/clinic.

To this day I am surprised by the fact the walk in doctor, Khalid, earned his medical degree. He was condescending, unprofessional, and refused to help me with my depression. It's generous using the word "help" in the first place, because the few appointments I had with him always had me leaving more mentally unstable then when I walked in. Anyways dont go here

Worst administrative staff I've ever seen.
Never seen a doctor quicker than two hours.
Gave up and got another family doctor.
