Writing on behalf of my friend Amandeep sailopal, never buy anything from them. You will get big shock whenever you trade or resale vehicle. They will give nothing for trade and will create numerous excuses to divert your mind. All scams and playing with people emotions during the crucial financial period of high interest rates. Never again.

Booked a diagnostic here for my truck without heat. The verdict was my heater core which is $2000 at this shady place, and even tried to talk me down to reduce the price. I got the hunch that this was a scam with how pushy they were. So I ended up taking it to a small shop to get a flush and go from there, and what do you know, I have heat again. Saved myself 2000$ from these scam artists.

If you need to buy a new vehicle and want amazing, first class, above and beyond, second to none customer service, something that’s very rare these days and so refreshing to discover, I would highly recommend visiting these fine folks at Capitol Chrysler! I’m am still in awe of how I was treated there today. I took my Dodge Ram in for a diagnostic for an issue I’m having and they took such good care of me. From paying for an Uber to get me home, to sending a shuttle to pick me up, not to pick up my truck (they need to keep it to do the repairs for me), but to give me a truck to use for as long as I need it to go away for work! How’s that for customer service!? And here’s the kicker, I didn’t even purchase my truck at this dealership! They treated me like family. So, take this strangers advice and stop by to see them, and find out yourself how well you’re taken care of in a world where customers are not always treated as so. I might not have bought this truck there, but I know where I’ll be buying my next truck. We’re always very quick to bash car dealerships sometimes, but slow to praise them. Patrick in the service department and the rest of this team deserve all the praise in the world. Very impressive.

I had an appointment for 9AM, was finally done at around 1: 30, had to say come on my appointment for 9 3 hours later still not even looked at, and when I picked up, they said it was all done, no it wasn't done, wasn't fixed at all, now I gotta return my vehicle and see if it'll get done this time around and wait even longer.

Terrible service - the worst I have ever experienced in all my years of purchasing vehicles. I tried with multiple people (including reaching out to a manager) - no one would respond after the initial sales pitch/big promises - and no one returned messages (more than 10 text, email and v/m messages left in a 2 month period). I went to a different Jeep dealership - got amazing service right away. I would never recommend Capital Jeep to anyone! Don't waste your time - start with any other dealership and you will be better off.

Reply to Capital Jeep's response - I am glad your system shows the many calls/texts and emails I sent - but if you look closer, you will see the "replies" were once/enough to promise assistance and then nothing further after that. That's why I had to reach out so many times - I ended up connected to 3 different people (that I have names for), once or twice each, all as dead ends when they failed to follow thru with the info about what I was needing (a purchase I wanted to make; and a Lease buyout I needed to do). If the manager was away, why was I continually put thru to his v/m - why didn't someone else help instead? I asked for other options when I called - but was redirected back to Mario each of those last 3 times. That's not helpful if your staff knew he was away. I appreciate your comment to the review - but it does not address the true picture of what happened. And that's why I recommend people go to any other dealership, to get the help they need, without brushoffs or poor staff processes.

Customer service was next level. Text messages with the service advisor. Digital inspection report with details, pricing, and checkboxes here I could choose what I want repaired and what to skip. Phone call with Patrick from service after inspection was not rushed and covered all the items I had questions about. And to top it off I got a call from Sales *before* it was time to spend money on service, but after the car was already dropped off, in case I wanted to buy a new one instead of putting more money into the old one. Ha! This is a very well functioning operation. I’m actually impressed. It was the least annoying experience at a service appointment I’ve had in recent times.

I am very happy with my new van. I was not 100% happy during the whole dealing process. The sale person told me that the price I would get and then I get to the finance area and the price was not what I was told. I almost walked away. Make sure you have everything in written when dealing with the sales person. That is my only comment. The rest of the team was great and the finance team heard what was said and did everything they could.

Paul from service helped me out today and was excellent. Helped me take care of my maintenance for my jeep and extended my warranty while being upfront and transparent. Highly recommend seeing Paul next time you’re in for service!

Brought my car in here today for warranty work. They insisted on charging me $180+ for diagnosis despite a technician of 27 years experience telling them exactly what the simple problem was. They are complete crooks! My vehicles will NEVER be serviced by a dealership. NEVER. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

It was a pleasure to deal with Jihad. He was informative and showed me options on used vehicles. He has come through with all his promises and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Jihad has gone above and beyond of what was expected. It was great to deal with a friendly and upbeat person. I would recommend him to others.

Husband has bought his last two vehicles from Capital and it has always been a great experience! They go above and beyond what you would expect a dealership to do and they will not pressure or push you in to a vehicle that does not suit you. Great place to get your next vehicle.

This may be a bit of a novel. Hang in there. Lol Sales side seemed great. "Oh ya we will fix any issues you have after you drive away".
Story time:
Had issues with my power steering and vibration past 100km. Brought it back they fixed power steering said there is nothing else wrong with the car its all been fixed. Took it on highway. Vibration was still there. Called to Jihad (sales guy that sold me the car) decided to look at whatever else they had for 8 seaters in my price range. He kept bringing me 7 seaters and trying to push me into them "Ive seen people make 3 kids fit in the back bench" ummm.no there are only 2 seat belts. I need 8 seats. After a couple more of these similar moments and them not having anything on their lot that would work for me. He then tried to push me into something way out of my price range. I stood my ground. After a bit of back and forth being a pushy sales guy and being fed up I said can we get someone to look at the one I already bought. He said the mechanic already said its been fixed. I got a bit heated and said well can you get someone else to talk to them then because its not fixed and your just being a pushy sales guy. Finally.a mechanic went for a drive with me. (I will note the service department seemed great) He felt what I was talking about. Making appointment to get it repaired. 3 hrs of nonsense later.

We are in search of family car so we went to this dealership. We met Adam, he is highly knowledgeable and helpful. He will go to extra mile for great customer satisfaction. He has listened to us patiently and provided all the necessary information we required. I must say he is the best sales person I’ve ever met. This is what anyone needs to get important things sorted. I also want to thank Ozzy as he is very friendly and supportive. He took care of our kids while we were selecting the car, really great help. Everyone at Capital Jeep is helpful and accomodating. We will highly recommend Adam and this dealership to our friends and family.

Worst service experience to date. Floyd King the service advisor was apathetic and sarcastic from start to end. Was able to air my concerns to Clint the service manager. Upon picking up my truck no breakdown or explanation offered, just sign and be on your way.was I expecting too much? I did own a Nissan, Infinity, Saturn and MiNi in the past. This experience tops it all.

Went for service July 23,2021. Same Sh! T different day. Don't know if management just like to hire rude people in service department. Haven't had a good experience so far.

Low ballers on your trade, high prices on their inventory. Of all the dealers I went too these guys offered me the absolute worst deal by far for a truck that had less options then the competitors, but 20 grand more hahahaha! Unprofessional. Salesman was nice guy tho. My advice, shop elsewhere

I'm not 100% sure why sales associates here think it's appropriate or ethical to comment on photos of underage girls on Instagram to prompt the poster to check their DMs, where they are then solicited and spoken to about purchasing a car. When I confronted the associate Sam, he unsent his messages to me. I reached out to Capital Jeep via private message first and was left on read, so here I am. Please implement and publicize a code of conduct for your team, or offer them a refresher if this already exists. I am not impressed with how I was approached and would appreciate if sales associate did not use exploitative measures to gain sales.

EDITED - Capital Jeep, you are very responsive to other reviewers and I have sent a message to your DMS about this too. Would appreciate a response.

I took my car to Capital instead of the usual "mom and pop" place cause I had a very specific problem. As professionals which specialize in dodge I expected them to perform the diagnostics and fix the check engine light problem. Well they performed the diagnostics but didn't fix the problem. My check engine light came on 3 weeks after they supposedly fixed the problem. I took it back and then they proposed I replace a part that had been replaced 3 months previously. They failed the first time and then proposed a fix I didn't need. I don't trust the "experience" or workmanship. I felt they were all about getting money from me for repair and replacements that I didn't need.

I was recommended by a good friend of mine to see al dewan in new sales for was looking for a new truck and had a trade in. I first called al and spoke to him over the phone about my trade and without having to argue a fair deal they gave me exactly what i was after. Then i made an appointment to see al and we talked about what i was looking for in a new truck. He listened to all my wants and was able to find a truck from another province and promised that would be in their possession within a couple of days. Al said he would get it detailed and install the extras that i requested. He delivered it on time and it was exactly what i wanted. Best part was the price. It was cheaper then the price we agreed on. Plus a full tank of fuel. After i was finished in the hot seat he switched over my lic plates, and shook my hand, walked me to the parts department and asked me to pick out a couple of accessories and said again thank you, this is a gift from me to you. For all my dealer experiences, this is hands down the only place to go to for your new vehicle purchases. From greetings coming in to leaving in a new truck. I can only give a five star review but should be a 10 star

My experience.noticed a vehicle online, showed interest, booked a tentative test drive, when I went to discuss possible vehicle purchase with spouse price had gone up from 6778 to well over 10000. When I canceled my test drive, I got a reply from Rami Rahal (sales manager) asking if I would still be interested if they kept the original price. Another dealership that only cares about their own pockets.extremely disappointing! I really did expect a better representation of the brand!

The battery l came to replace was as a result of it's failure l experienced when l had come to get the headphones connected.
I only bought the car about 6 months ago and never experienced vehicle not starting. I brought it for that headphones connection to DVD. The sales guy took me to sales floor and the guy was working on the vehicle. In the end could not get it fixed, but when l wanted to start the vehicle it won't start, no light anywhere a.d he was completely exonorating and denying knowing anything about it, just saying "l don't k own what happend to it" when l expected he will be conern that why would that be as the vehicle came in starting and tried to take ownership. He then said maybe we will put it for servicing. Been my first time there all my mind was that is this what they do here? Do they trick people and cause them to pay for things? I was very very furious and unhappy that day. He.later brought battery booster and the car started but the transmission shifting light still didn't. I had to leave the car and while the shuttle was taking.me home, he called that it is now working. I just didn't believe him and l have a completely sad experience that day. Well it was all a mess that day.
Since that time, l have been experiencing disappointment with vehicle not starting both home and when l go out and have to be begging for help to jump start the vehicle until l had to bring it again this week to replace the battery an spent money that l shouldn't have and l don't have. Honestly l regretted it and l only came back there because of the closeness to my house.

Capital Dodge is truly the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and experienced many dealerships but the service and experience I had with Capital was top of the line for sure. Al Dewan was my sales guy who listened to every single thing I wanted and needed in my truck and only showed me trucks that had what I was asking for. He didn't push sales on me and didn't hide anything from me. He was honest about everything and really made sure that my needs and wants were met, and trust me I had a list. Husny Ismael was the general manger that worked hand in hand with Al to also listen to my needs and wants and made the paper work happen. Both these guys worked extra hard and went above and beyond what is ever expected to help me out. I would strongly recommend Capital Jeep with Al and Husny if you are ever looking to trade your current ride in or else make the leap on your first finance. I promise your experience will be amazing and well worth it.

I have to say JT is quite a sales fella! I was not in need of a new vehicle, yet somehow I drove out with one! He was attentive, kind, genuine, I must say these are not always qualities you find in a salesperson. I’m grateful to have met him, and proud to add him to someone who will always be in my life.
