The folks at their Service Center must either be a fraud or incompetent. I don't even know where to start, but my experience here is nothing short of meeting a team trained to milk you and take every advantage of you. They will even suggest to you that if you are worried about their fraudulent charges, there is a finance option. I will talk only about my recent visit - my SUV with 90k on the clock was towed to them because it was a no starter. They charged me $250 to identify a dead battery after that I was asked to pay another $200 for diagnosis. At the end, I was told that I needed to change the ECM. I found the additional $200 unacceptable because the impression was that the initial $250 was for diagnosis and they said that was just for the battery. Anyway, after all said and done, I paid $2,175 for the repair. I was told everything was fixed in the car and other complaints I had, had been resolved with the ECM replacement. Guess what, before I left their parking lot, all the symptoms came back up – the engine management light was back up again. I immediately reported this, and they booked me in for another day. After 1.5 days the SUV has been with them, they called and told me that I need to pay another $400 for fresh diagnosis. I could not but get alarmed – I confronted them, and I even spoke with service supervisor and their argument was that the new light must be investigated and that it has nothing to do with their previous diagnosis. So, after the $400, they would advise me what the repair cost would be. They would not accept the fact that the issues they claimed had been resolved with the replacement of the ECM are what they wanted to charge me another $400 for. I see a daylight robbery here.
I immediately knew they are opportunists, and they will continue to milk me and cover the incompetence of their technicians. My advice to customers is that, in your own interest, avoid this team like a plague. Don’t be fooled by their ‘eye-service approach’, engrained in their culture is ripping off innocent customers with every opportunity. A word is enough for a wise.

From my initial meeting with them at 8: 30am Friday to finalizing the deal today at 5: 00pm. From Max in sales, Nicki in customer service, Jan in finance and Darrin in management. All four of these amazing people showed excellent C. A. R. E … Communication, Attitude, Responsiveness and Empathy. They answered all of my questions, quick to respond and were very helpful. I’d recommend them and Capital GMC to my family and friends! Thanks again everyone!

I cannot say enough good things about Manny (Mankaran) at Capital GMC.
It was so refreshing to not be pressured or hassled! He trusted that he had given me all the information and that I would make a decision that was best for me and my family.
Not only was I given a great price on my trade in but when I asked for a few things to be thrown in with the new vehicle he made it happen!
Manny personally delivered the car as I wasn’t able to leave my house and when I had to get something looked at on my new vehicle weeks later he insisted I take a loner from the dealership for a few hours so I wasn’t stuck paying for an UBER.

Please be aware that they will not tell you that the heated seat chip is in shortage and won't be coming with the new vehicle (my case: GMC Terrain). They won't tell you until after you sign the contract with them. I have been waiting for almost five months and still haven't heard from anyone. I contacted Capital GMC, and the only thing they said was to wait. The sales rep told me that it would take only a month of wait, and now five months.

Before you decide to buy a new vehicles from this place, please make sure you ask this question. Winter is coming, and the heated seat is still not working on my vehicle. I emailed Amanda, the Service Manager - 12 days ago to follow up with GMC for me, and I have heard nothing back from her. She doesn't care.

Me and my friends went to buy a yukon and there was a guy name MANKARAN behaved very rude with us so i am not going back over there and neither i am recommending to anyone who’s planning to go there

Zaid was the best salesman we could have ever asked for. He was responsive, professional, polite and knowledgeable. He was able to always put my mind at ease throughout what has been a fairly quick and absolutely painless process. He worked hard to find a deal that would work for me and my budget and in the most professional way wouldn't let me say "no". He knew there would be something that worked for us and and he made it happen.
The level of professionalism in this establishment is noticed the second you walk In. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the mechanics at the parts desk, friendly faces and were never made to feel less than them. Unlike some places, go auto.
So thank you, Zaid, Moe and the appraisal guy, I'm sorry I've forgotten your name but you were all fantastic and we look forward to being your customers!

Thank you Brad for your personalized customer service. We felt welcomed when we arrived at 4 pm on Tuesday, August 16th with our "check engine" issue which turned out to be the transmission.
Thank you for taking charge immediately of the analysis, scheduling the repairs without delay, recommending a campground not to far where we could wait and most important getting us back on our road trip quickly.

In June 2021 bought a pre-owned certified truck from this dealership, and because of that we were advised to buy an extended warranty, which we did, in less than 2 months the truck had an electrical issue, we took it for repair, couldn't find it, but they found something else, repaired, again still having this electrical issue, the vehicle was not safe to drive, long story short we went another time to this dealership, repaired the battery, same the electrical issue was not solved, the sales agent solution was to give me another truck and pay more money, 2 months later took to another dealership, they found 2 issues, one was something that was replaced not long ago, the 2nd the warranty didn't cover it, overall it will cost 3000dls to fix this, we called the service manager left couple of messages with our information in the hopes of getting a solution and WE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM, we finally sold it and when we call to cancel the useless warranty sold by this dealer, they said only a 10 day cancelation policy, so as of today, they cant refund anything, I am no happy with the customer service they provided after we purchased the vehicle and also with the warranty sold, that didn't cover anything and you cant canceled after.please check this very careful when buying a Pre-own Certified Vehicle and the type of warranty, to me this is a big scam!

Not a good experience with the sales team. My vehicle was experiencing engine problems so I took it in for servicing. I paid for diagnostics which uncovered problems I wasn’t ready to pay for and wanted to trade it in. They provided me a written offer for my vehicle over email (based on inspections I paid for!) but when it came time to complete the transaction they refused initial offer and low balled me. I walked and won’t be going back to this dealership.

The service manager Amanda and sales team went above and beyond. When I had my Chevy Cruze and it needed work I got a fast diagnoses, quotes etc. The mechanic was so humble and right away knew the problem. I absolutely trust their shop (May I mention I paid for 3 hours of diagnose at another shop and they confirmed there was for sure an issue but had no idea what it was so sent me away after handing me a bill and no answers and said they can’t promise an answer even if kept trying to figure it out). They accommodated times that worked for me without a question.

Then when I decided to upgrade to a jeep I can say I left happy, understood full details and got amazing customer service. My needs were met and some.

This will always be my go to place for any needed service or if ever purchase/ trade in again down the road.

No customer service like this place! Highly recommend.

This is the worst experience I had trying to talk to a salesman about a Yukon. So GM is the absolute worst to try to buy new vehicles now and the lies from dealership to dealership to try to sell you vehicles is ridiculous. This dealership jams 3m down your throat to try to upsell the vehicle prices. There excuse is they put it on all there high end vehicles. Also trying to tell me other dealers were lying when he himself is lying. Stay away from them if you can.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Sajad for the sale on my car through Capital GMC. All interactions were handled so professionally with ZERO hassles. I got exactly what I desired out of the sale of my car. Dealing with Sajad makes me not want to ever go anywhere else and has changed the way I've felt about dealerships. 100%
I also dealt with Max (Mohammed) for the process in appraisals and paperwork and he was also just as fabulous. I was worried about the run around but it was exactly the opposite. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family in the market for buying or selling their vehicles.

I had the opportunity to work with Gene, Mankaran, Kelvin and Sheila and I couldn’t thank them enough for how hard they worked to find me a great vehicle. Being a young female walking into a dealership can be scary but they made me feel like family there and made sure I was taken care of. I will always recommend this place to family and friends when they’re in need of a new vehicle. And a big thanks to Adam and his team for making everything so smooth and enjoyable!

I've never been treated so poorly in my entire life. We wanted to purchase a vehicle, they acted like we're we're bothering them and not good enough! We even got to the point where we said where can we purchase this vehicle? And he said "not here! " Go somewhere else, not worth the insult! After this we took the drive out to Sherwook Buick GMC and purchased a very nice $82,000 truck. They were more then happy to help us. They understand what customer service is. Capital GMC is the exact example of what is wrong with society these days.arrogance

Don't buy parts here, the markup is insane. Buy your genuine GM parts online, pay for the shipping, it will be much cheaper than the price gouging that you'll get from this place.

Service department is pathetic. They just don’t care after the vehicle is sold same for the sales department. I don’t want to give even 1 star but can’t post the review without it.
