Capital View Tower

I have been here 25 + years. The building is well run, clean and the Management Teams have been easy to work with over the years.
I just learned our current Site Manager has received a new, larger assignment and I wish her all the best. Roschelle has been very diligent in the day in day out tasks required to run a large property effectively, always available, always taking prompt action and always very cordial on a personal level.

Roschelle Alejado is awesome! Building is clean and maintenance people are friendly and hard workers. Happy to call this place home! Great view of downtown and close to the River Valley with it's many walking trails!

This building is clean, safe and well looked after. The staff work hard to make this a good place to live. We REALLY appreciate Roschelle in the rental office; she goes out of her way to help tenants resolve issues, manages to balance a lot of tasks in a way that looks effortless. Always a pleasure interacting with the building staff who are industriously cleaning and maintaining daily. Building has great views of downtown - Canada Day fireworks from your balcony and steps from the river valley: a good place to call home.

There is no safety in this building. Car break-ins happen at least twice a month. It's very usual to find broken glass in the parking lot and they don't have security cameras so there is nothing they can do when your car gets broken into

Try to avoid this company if you are willing to stay for over one year! The management and policy of this building is awful for current tenant. They have many policies that do not make any common sense. On the website, it says 6 months and 12 months term for every lease. But when I want to transfer to another suite and am willing to pay full price with no incentives, no Telus, they told me the lease has to be 12 months only. How come every single thing changed once I chose to move in?

Phenomenal building, great staff that keep the property safe and secure, and a perfect location. Happy to call this place my home.

Lived here for two years. It’s an old building and had issues with temperature and leaks but the two previous managers Kim and Mohammad Irfan made everything awesome. They were very accommodating and had maintenance done on same day mostly. Giving it 1 star because the new manager jasmin is a real piece of work. Likes to feel “the boss” and just makes up laws and makes everything difficult. She ruined the entire move out experience. When talking to her try to record what she says. This is an old and expensive but conveniently located building and without a good local management it is not worth living in. We tolerated break in into our car, leaks and so much more just because the previous managers and other staff especially Andrew were very very helpful. I don’t know why boardwalk keeps changing managers. If something ain’t broken don’t fix it. And please bring Kim or Mohammed back so we can move back in.
