Would absolutely recommend going to caps, Amy was amazing in matching a spray paint for me. Not only did she do the tinting but she shipped my part back to me, and when there was issues with shipping, she got right on it and helped me find where the package went. (Panel is original lid is what got painted)
They really hate customer service at this place, don't ask any questions because they don't want to answer. I never felt so off by a place. If you work in a customer based company, your actions can cost a company many customers. I won't be back.
I went to shop they made wrong paint twice and when I told them it doesn’t match they told me to go to professional repair shop. If they are sending me to professional shop then why they sell paint. I went BEST value paint shop there was other person complaining the same thing. Very rude and disrespectful people work there don’t waste ur time and money. Better go to best value paint shop they will not give u paint until it’s perfectly match. They check the paint again and again until it’s perfect.
Completely new experience ️ with the new staff in there! Excellent attitude and work ethic! I highly recommend Caps so refreshing now that the GRUMPY OLD MEN ARE GONE!
UPDATED Review: Changed from 1 ️ to 3 ️ only because the staff in Red Deer whom I called regarding these issues approved a refund and purchase of the original product. Thank you for that it is truly appreciated
ORIGINAL Review: I called only days before (Friday end of business day) looking for a specific Dupli•Color Perfect Match ($17) to which the staff said they did not have any of and then they also said they could mix some tri-stage cans ($106.70).
When I got to the store (Monday early noon) they had several cans of the $17 one I asked for but SADLY I already prepaid for the mixed cans to which no mention of refund or return policy on the phone call and staff said they would not give a refund as they “would lose money”.
I stated my frustration to the one staff at the counter, then another staff chimed in stating “I don’t like it when you’re angry”. I said I was “upset about it, not angry”. I even waited until another customer was finished before I approached and raised my complaint so that no one would hear.
One staff said the shelf was restocked last week, then another said it was restocked this morning. I simply asked to show me the restock sheet. AMAZINGLY the staff then went and created an order form and I watched him through the window do it.
