Bays are clean when I pull in sometimes even dry. Certain times of the week or day are very busy with line ups to get in. The facility is maintained. Cash machine outside. Never used the pet wash.

One of the better car wash locations. Credit card charge option. Good pressure from water lines.

This car wash was once good and has gone downhill. Visited yesterday and spent more time and $$ cleaning the MUD off the concrete floor than I did cleaning my car. What's the point in a car wash if floor doesn't drain properly and your vehicle is driving on mud? Not maintained. Expensive. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

Very well equiped facility with 2 or 3 dog wash stations. I would like to give 5 stars but the double wash bays and small acces to them incorporating carpets shampoo and vacuum cleaners outside makes the back area very buzyvand ectic at times!

Yappy bay attendant (manager?) criticized me for washing limited edition sports car with towel for small areas since sprayer didnt take it off. Told me to use the brush which is full of gravel/grit and I refused. I know it says 'no hand washing' but I'm not washing the entire car like that nor was I holding anyone up from using the bay (only 2 of 4 wash bays were being used.it was first thing Sat a.m.). I'm just loosening the few spots that the sprayers isnt getting. No way I'm scratching up my paint to use sandpaper-like brush.washing at another car wash now since these guys would rather have an empty wash bay than me occupy it for 1 extra minute to get stubborn spots off.

Have been taking my suv here frequently over the last few months. The owner/workers are always super friendly and helpful. The car wash itself is simple to operate and love the credit card option!

DO NOT GO HERE! Used my CC today and the charge displayed on the screen was $4.00, checked my online banking after and they charged me $9.95. I suspected they overcharged last time I was there. I went back to confirm. DO NOT GO HERE!

I used to come here 3 times a week, I finally had a conversation with the staff here and was it completely distasteful. Didn't even give me eye contact. A little smile and eye contact would be nice and as a graphic designer, better and legible signage would be good.

I love this place it's one of the better washes around the south. Everything always works, the water is hot and fresh (not just filtered and re- circulated) there are four bays holding two cars at a time and a seperate wash designated for trucks and larger vehicles. The property it sits in is not that big and my only complaint is that there is no where to detail or finish off you car once it is washed. I've never been in the pet wash so I don't know if there is a washroom just don't count on it. The change machine always works too. I can wash rinse and wax the vehicles I drive for six bucks, you might have to get a routine down like I have to accomplish that but overall it's worth the few bucks.

Don the owner of Car & Pet Spa was so helpful today! I went in to deep clean one of our Amazon vans today because homeless people broke into the truck and did all kind of stuff in.even peeped inside the truck. It was just very nasty. I told Don the story and he was just really helpful and jumped to help me clean the truck and ended up giving me the best service I never expected. I usually go here to hand wash my personal vehicle but now I’m going to be bringing in our Amazon van for wash throughout the year. Thank you so much Don!

If you enjoy washing your car don’t cone here. The operator ruins my day just about every time I have come here! I am harassed by the individual running the business. Today I could not get out the front because a fellow wasn’t even 20% done so I backed out to dry my car. No one waiting in line - empty lot except for one car vacuuming, the man scolds me - pointing out his signs. On a very cold day- no one in the wash but me - he harasses me for drying my car in the wash. I said if it was busy I would move. Once out front he harasses me because I was not parked close enough to the curb! There is so little room in front to park and dry car.

When my husband comes- same fellow invites him to dry his car in the wash. I suggest if you are a woman and enjoy washing your car don’t come here. He has an issue about women!

Went to get a goodwash but their rainbow soap is not despensing properly and there's no attendant to help.left disappointed with the result of my carwash

Just there once last week to check it out. Seems to be very well kept and clean. However the wash cycles and rinse Cycles seem to go very quick.

Phone keeps on ringing. No one is answering. Was there yesterday really quick. Used my Credit card to pay and once i’m done ofc i pressed the stop button then I saw the total was $4.00 but today, upon checking on my bank statement. They charged me for $9.95. WHAT IS THIS?

Spent $7 something (no receipts get printed) on a wash according to the machine in the bay, found a $10 charge on my credit card instead.

We use this car wash often and have never had an issue. Bays are always clean and lots of wash options.

Attendant was helpful and even gave me a free car wash. Good space and usually has a spot open right away.

The short small miserable attendant needs to learn how to treat people. All I did was walked into the only door, (which read employees only), knocked nobody answered so I opened the door and was greeted with, "do I know how to read? ". I just wanted to know after washing.my pet, if they had a washroom. He answered, "obviously not".

What a miserable human being and I just read Wolgang's comment and must be same short man syndrome man he spoke to.

Great car& pet wash very clean very well managed I have several car washes much closer to my house then this one however it is worth the drive Good pressure good soap had my battery die while I was washing Randy the on duty manager give me a boost and got me on my way at no charge Great wash Better people

Met with Don about Pet wash machines not working on September 11,2020 & was reimbursed the $4 (plus a few tokens). If you have any issues like this, go to the office on NW corner of the building! A great place to wash my dog that I've been going to for years.

Update: when you swipe your credit card it puts a 9.95$ hold on it and lets say you use it for few mins and its 2$ charge will show up few days later instead of the 9.95$ They should have a sign somewhere saying that. But otherwise decent car wash

Credit card operated, open at convenient times. Machines always worked whenever I visited, and the bays were kept clean.

A good car wash if you use coins. Be careful with your credit card, because there will always be an additional few dollars charged than what is displayed on location. Not sure why that happens but I would only come here to use coins. It's in a good location accessible to the area.

Nice that they take credit card, everything is in proper working order. Apparently it is forbidden to wash out a hand full of dust out of the box of your truck. Won’t return, customer service is to be desired. Lost my business.

I use to spend about $40-$50 here weekly washing the multiple cars we own, but won't be returning. One guy that works here really needs to understand how poorly he treats people. Spend your money elsewhere, clearly they don't care if people use this place or not.

Owner is rude and unprofessional. Visited a week ago and he gave me slack for not using the "muddy vehicle" bay, though anyone could argue my vehicle was hardly any dirtier than others, and for a piece of paper towel left in my bay from a prior customer. Upon leaving, I witnessed him engaged in a conflict with another customer. I returned today out of convenience and because I am generally forgiving and give people the benefit of the doubt. While waiting behind another vehicle while all the bays were full, I got out of my car to empty trash and quickly tidy my yoga mat, tennis rackets etc and the owner approached me asking me not to do that there, pointing to a "no parking" sign. Told me to pull up, though to where I am not sure, incase vehicles come, and as polite and cooperative as I tried to be he continued to get in a sweaty, frustrated rage as a line formed behind me. Note that the bays were still full and car in front of me hadn't moved. Get out of customer service or sit in your office and let the car wash run itself because you are doing more harm than good.

This is the second time now. I went in for a wash. Used my credit card. I only went in for 2 minutes. I saw my bank statement days later. I got charged for $6! Thinking I probably just forgot to press stop. I came back again today. I made absolute sure I pressed stop. I even saw it say how much I was charged. It said $2. I checked my card online. Now I was charged $10!

I don't know if they have faulty machines, or if they are deliberately stealing money but I'm never going back. I even tried calling their phone numbers, they never pick up. Just terrible.

Here is only wash place for pet in SW (nearby my house). I don't have any choice, but my pet felt comfortable. I just hope to keep pet wash for a long time.

I absolutely second the review of another below the so called "owner" Dan is as rude and unprofessional as they come. I just visited and 2 of the bays were closed so I was sitting at the corner and he comes up and smashes on my window telling me to move ahead. I tell him I'm waiting for the next spot and he then yells well I'll make the guy behind you go around you.then proceeds to direct the truck behind me to squeeze by my vehicle. I asked him what on earth he was doing he stated there were cars on the road. Let me be clear there was not there was 1 behind me. Once I enter the bay he shuts the bay off. I went to the office to speak with him and he wouldnt answer the door. This guy is ludicrous! Car wash is fairly cheap but I'd avoid any interaction with the attendant or so called owner. There is another carwash about 5 min away called wash king, costs a bit more but the establishment is very clean and every stall works and the attendant is very polite and professional! It's worth the bit more to support an establishment that understands the clients are the reason they are in business!

I was here at 7: 10 this morning only to find out they're closed, even though they should be open by 6am. What a waste of time!

Well.probably this is not the newest, modern, clean and organized Carwash in town but I like it. I don't know way but it seem to be cheaper than other place. I mean here with 3 or 4 dollar at least I am able to quickly rinse my car (which is not small) coated to other places where I spenlt also 15 dollars for the same amount of water time. So not bad at all!

Never really busy. Stalls always clean and good water in the spot free rinse. My car never looks spotty or slimy afterwards.
