They may have good customer service, but their priority seems to be billing rather than providing a positive experience. I will save you the story, I wouldn't recommend this shop.

Instamek booked me to have my winter tires put on today and didn’t even bother to tell me that my service was cancelled because their mechanic was hurt and they had no replacement. I wasted my whole day off waiting for them! They have no problem...

We use Fountain Tire for all our tire needs. Their storage of our summer and winter tires is great and makes it very easy to switch from summer to snow tires and back again. This really saves my back.

The worst service, won’t come even if they offer to do everything for free.

Stopped in quickly to see if I could get a tire topped up with air as I was late for a meeting on the south end of Red Deer. They had me all good to go and on my way in under a minute. Now that’s prompt service. Thanks!

Very bad online booking system, no confirmation, no calling back, no reminder, nothing.you thought you booked, but when you got there, they told you nothing was booked.just waste time and everything

Booked my truck for oil change and winter tire swap (no rims) 12pm. Show up at 3pm and just got it up on the rack for work. No phone call to say hey we are busy. Would recommend going elsewhere.
