Carbon Graphics Group - Calgary

I have been working with Carbon Graphics Group for some time as a contractor with my business (CDN Crew Installations). I consider them a strong partner with my business and find them to be true leaders in the print industry. We have had successful projects in a wide variety of of sectors including Signage, Privacy Film, Printed Vinyl Murals, Wayfinding, and much more. I highly recommend Carbon Graphics for any or all of your print needs.

I had one of their staff come for a site visit to go over installation details for some signage and a wall mural. He was amazing! Not only did he gather measurements and take photos of the work areas, but provided additional advice on my future projects based on his past experiences. At the end of his visit, he even took the time to walk over to a C-train platform with one of our senior members to show her the correct train she needed to take to get home. I have had nothing but good experiences with the Carbon Graphics staff, and I absolutely recommend them for anything from small print jobs to exterior signage.

Wanted to get a security film installed on a new RV window that had broken before it was installed. Tony did an amazing job of getting us an install in only a few days. They worked with us with uncertain day window was coming in and got completed in time to get installed before we headed out.

Came in to run a quick 100 stapled copies of an application form that were needed yesterday. Amanda was stellar in rustling up the copies in less than 20 mins! She was even generous enough to go outside to her car and bring a couple toys to entertain my 3 year old son while we waited. She was even more generous to let him keep them. Now who wouldn't return if it's just to receive that kind of service?

Terrible. 4 different people gave me different information, they commited to have the job done by a specific date on their terms and they changed it after. The designer didn't want to do his job, I never received the quote they were supposed to send me and the job was never delivered.
Poor management, awful experience and cero commintment.
On the other hand, my dad loves this place for printing.
I had bad luck or what? Who knows, the only thing I know is I will never go to this place again.
