Care Cabs Ltd

Took 35 minutes for them to send a car they told me was coming in 5. Everytime I called back they said he would be there soon. Had me waiting outside in -9C like a fool. I don’t recommend. Gotta be better options to get around town.

I never leave bad reviews but I didn't even get a taxi last night, I didn't sleep for 5 hours waiting for it and they never showed up. I understand they are busy but let people know you can't take them so they can call someone else!

One of their cars failed to signal and moved over into my lane. I had to brake and beep my horn. The back of the cab car was completely covered in snow. When I called the company to complain, the lady played dumb and didn't care that one of their drivers almost ran into me. Not even when I told her I had babies in the car. Just because they are cab drivers, doesn't mean they can drive like idiots and disobey the rules of the road!

Honestly waiting for a cab for over an hour and a half is a joke. I wouldn’t recommend them. Call a friend or walk you’ll get there faster.

I Used this cab company several times while in medicine hat and will now only use them. The drivers I've met were helpful, friendly, and patient. Tried a different company once (deluxe taxi) and will never make that mistake again. Call Care Cabs and I'm sure you will be pleased.

Care Cabs should be called "Don't Care Cabs. " They are ALWAYS very late unless you schedule a cab ahead of time. Who always knows what time they need a cab for? One driver in particular shows up 20 minutes late after I was told they would be there in 5 to 10 minutes and then he has to go to the bathroom and so I'm 35 minute late for work.and no, I couldn't schedule it earlier because I was called in last minute. But don't tell me the cab will be there in 5 to 10 minutes if it's not going to be that time. The driver did tell me he was only down the street, so what' the excuse? And it wasn't their busy time. There are some very good driver's who are very nice and on time, but the bad ones make the whole company look bad. Unfortunately we are at their mercy because there are only two cab companies in the city and they are both terrible! Medicine Hat needs some competition to straighten them out!

Started the new rates without authorization. Paid more than u should have unnecessarily.
