It is shocking to me that Dr. Warawa is indeed a doctor. Ive never been so rushed out of a doctors office he acts like I flagged him down on the street to ask medical advice. It’s such an inconvenience for him to help his patients.

Then while half listening to my concern prints out a prescription and sends me on my way. When I told he had already prescribed me the drug before and it didn’t work he just shrugs and said to try it again.

Absolutely no care for his patients at all just a pay cheque.

Dr Warawa is the worst. Im going to assume it was Dr Warawa as he never introduced himself.
Desperately need some people skills.
I spent a week trying to get in. When I asked for treatment, he printed off some resource list I already found online at home.
What are we paying these doctors for? Good riddance

Today, I really need to see a physician to do a procedure or I should say to seek for an advice for a wound. Did a walk in on this clinic but greatly disappointed on what kind of a personality of a professional Medical doctor does this clinic have. His name is Dr Warawa if i spelled it wrong I apologize because if you made a difference today on that moment I sure will be able to spell your name right.and for sure will recommend you.
Firstly you judged right away on what is the cause of the wound without even asking me on what really happened. You were such in a hurry to just finish the conversation.
Expectation for me is at least clean the wound but right away you say you don’t have any great medical supplies and just let me spend money to buy something you found online like a cast. Shrugged your shoulders because I guess you don’t even know what you are talking about. There is much more to say on this Doctor. All I can say is if he will be the walk in Physician on any clinic, definitely will be just staying home and figure it out for myself. What a huge disappointment.

Dr. Warawa used to be my family doctor but I haven't seen him in over two years. With my struggles finding a family doctor, this is totally unacceptable

I book a appointment online with care plus, since I couldn't get an appt with my family doctor. I was greeted with a warm welcome and professionally. I didn't wait long but it wasn't busy at all. I went to see Dr. Warawa and he was so nice and welcoming. Thank you so seeing me at short notice!

Made an appointment, and received an email a few days prior to my appointment that I had to confirm my appointment (that I just made) or else it would be cancelled (by them) and I would be charged a no show fee. For them Preemptively cancelling my appointment three days prior because they THOUGHT i might be a no show. How can you do this and not expect backlash? Furthermore they relayed this information to me via email, not a phone even just an email that went to my junk that I luckily saw. If I had not seen this I would have shown up for my scheduled appointment that I made and had every intention of showing up for only to be told it had been cancelled (by them) and that I now owe them a fee because THEY THOUGHT I might not show up. It’s one thing to ask people to confirm their appointment as a friendly reminder but another to cancel their appointment because they didn’t confirm the appointment via email (this would be difficult to do if you didn’t see this email or were not in service say… camping?)

I will be on the hunt for a new doctors office after receiving this email because that is not an ok policy with me.

Dr. Roettger has been my doctor for 9 years and he has helped me address a number of sports-related injuries. He listens to my concerns and takes the time to explain his thoughts and treatment options. He refers to other professionals and services when needed and explains how they will help (or not). Highly recommend for personal or family medicine.

Staff at the Care Plus are fantastic and the pharmacists care about their customers.

Avoid Dr. Wyatt Warawa.
He was late but he didn’t apologize.
He told me that I just need to go physiotherapy. He didn’t explain.
He is very unkind.

I have been seeing Dr Warawa for over a year. He is very professional and always listens to my concerns. Always a good experience and he calls me back with results from lab tests.

Dr. Warawa is the best doctor I have ever had. He is very professional and presents the facts and provides options. He is thorough and concerned with the patient's well being both short and long term. Excellent physician at a very good clinic.

If no stars were possible I would have chosen that, very unprofessional and if you don’t have insurance they will rob you of your money.very unsatisfied with the service given by Dr. Wyatt Warawa don’t go to him he always rushes you no matter how severe the pain you are in is.

DR.wyatt warawa is a horrible doctor, who doesnt care about patients the pain or discomfort you are feeling.if you need any note for work or insurance reasons DO NOT COME HERE.dr warawa was instructed to fill out a disability from to give to my insurance and i got charged out of pocket he made changes to the form which the insurance wont accept all in all im out $75 from this place and if you ask for a refund theyll give you some number and youll be given the run around being transferred to everybody and their dog until you are left with the only option of giving up.

Incredibly judgmental and clueless on treating his patients with respect and dignity.
Was told to keep shopping for a Doctor if I expected him to write me a prescription for Ativan (which I'd previously been prescribed by my former Doctor) - to which I had not asked for anything to be filled nor intended to and only brought it up through my medical history.
I then thought to give him the benefit of the doubt and went to see him for a prescription that requires special authorization (which I have been on for 3 years and never had a problem with prior). After three weeks of being told he would get to it, I finally had my insurance send me the form so I could send it to him as he did not know what to fill in.
My insurance then requested more information for the form and Dr. Warawa's office did not notify me or the request until I called my insurance to investigate. He was unapologetic and when I mentioned I'd find a new Doctor he said 'very well then' and hung up. I've never been made to feel so unimportant. I'm not sure what his problem is but I can only assume it is a swollen ego about having a medical degree - too bad they didn't teach him how to be a compassionate human.

Very bad experience, 40 min waiting after my appointment time. And the Doctor was un friendly and even not ask my daughter any question regarding her case or even see here body rash, very disappointed. Not recommend this clinic.

Walk in Clinic, it was a good experience and everything was fast. Also I never had a doctor that actually took the time to call with the results. Usually when all is good you won't hear back but he took the time to say that anyways which was very much appreciated.

The worst receptionist ever! She does not know how to do her job properly at all. She kept me waiting in a room for almost 2 hours. I asked her why is it taking so long and the answer was because the doctor has appointments! If the doctor has appointments then why did you make me wait in a room for 2 hours.you could just say we’re booked! Worst ever receptionist I’ve ever encountered in my life!

Staff here are awesome they always go out of their way to help me and they remember me when I come in. They are pleasant and friendly and I trust them all and I have been coming here for years. I always know I will be taken care of when I come in.

From my experience looking for a family doctor in Edmonton, Dr. Roettger, is a rare find. Excellent doctor, efficient with his time, explains everything he recommends clearly and why, as well as why other avenues aren't being pursued. He's always willing to take questions and answer them thoroughly without rushing, and will even provide additional reading if you want to learn more.

I am writing you to comment on a great experience and help that I received from one of your Medical assistant at the front desk. The day of my visit was 10/07/19, Monday early morning, 9am. Her name is Wish (I hope that I spell this properly). As a person who work in customer service myself and have high expectation, not very often I am highly impressed with care that I get.
I do not visit your clinic very often, needed more information about different things and results that I got that morning. Wish was extremely patient and empathetic, explained to me every detail, process, what I can expect, how and where to follow up. She made sure that I am comfortable with every new information, that I know what to do and where to go. She made me feel comfortable to ask her questions, didn't rush me at all and made me feel that I am important to your clinic and that you care about my health.
Wish has to be recognize for her exceptional service, knowing to meet expectations of different patients and making your clinic place to be recommended and to go to.

I have been coming here for over 4 years, and it has always been a pleasant experience. First off, the ladies at the front have always been more than helpful. I go for a monthly blood pressure check, and they are more than happy to do it. I have always been able to book an appointment when needed, and have always enjoyed coming here anytime I need a doctor. Highly recommended!

I have been coming to this clinic for years now and I have found the staff to be helpful and quite polite. The wait times with appointments are also very reasonable and you don't have to wait too long before you are seen. The facility itself is well taken care of and having a pharmacy next door is also a plus. Lastly, Dr Roettger is an amazing physician who listens to his patients and works with them to make care plans. I highly recommend to have him as your family physician.

Brought my very sick 8 month old daughter in to see a doctor. There were 4 people ahead of me. Once those 4 people were seen 3 other people came in and I clearly overheard that they were also walk ins.
They were all put in to see the doctor ahead of us. I was livid as I was really worried about my daughter and felt that because I was the only light skinned woman in the room I was being purposely ignored.
Finally I overheard the nurse whisper to the other nurse "oh its for the 8 month old, not her", yet still some random dark man came in and spoke to reception in a different language and was immediately brought in to see the doctor.
FINALLY I was brought in to a room with a doctor who didn't even introduce himself. He took one look at my daughter, no examination, no listening to breath sounds, no looking in her ears or mouth. He just said "she's pretty little. Take her to the Stollery Children's Hospital. "
What an ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A CLINIC, STAFF AND DOCTOR! This clinic should be investigated for discrimination.
Awful, I left in tears and have never felt so unwanted somewhere simply because of my gender and race.
