We had two cpap machines that were recalled and called around to the place one was purchased from and no help. Called Careica where one was purchased and they replaced it with no problems, when asked if they could replace the other machine they had no problems as well. Super friendly staff and took no time to set the new machine up less then 20 minutes. Great customer service. Will definitely be back when masks or filters are needed.

The Careica Team took excellent care of me from the initial sleep study to providing me with my own equipment once I was diagnosed with severe apnea. Caring, knowledgeable, patient staff who truly make you feel like you are in capable hands. They handled my concerns, fears and anxiety expertly and answered all my questions.

Worst healthcare follow-up I ever dealt with. Doctor called me right after the sleep apnea test and recommended CPAP. Idil who were supposed to process insurance approval, never responded to my emails back for 10 days until I called back. Three weeks and counting past my test and she still didn't submitted my application to insurance and never responded to my query emails. This place should choose the right staff who can provide proper customer service to maintain their business and reputation.

My experience with Teri was excellent. Very punctual for the phone consult, very sweet & knowledgeable. She also said I can call back if there were any problems or concerns. Thank you Teri.

My husband sees Anastasia Steele at this location and she is wonderful. He had all kinds of double with his new machine and mask and she persisted at getting the settings right for him. We have never had this level of care in the twenty years he has been using CPAP. She is very available for help and again, we never had such intense follow up. We have tried a few places but we will stay here because of her.

Because I find that they are willing to help or correct any problem, they explain well the process of their programs, and above all to listen to the client anything that does not work well or does not work, they always try to do the best they can to satisfy the client, that's my point of view thanks.

Staff is very helpful and listen you patiently! They guide you how you can obtain CPAP machine, how to adjust setting, they even can do remotely for you as well.

I have had a very satisfying experience doing the sleep study and trial of CPAP. I would recommend the Careica team to anyone who feels that they may need some help-I had a difficult time with snoring and having totally dry mouth upon waking. I am no longer waking through the night and have no more dry mouth. The team at Careica were most helpful with the whole process and were more than willing to answer any questions.
