I called this clinic and made an appointment with Dr. Awolesi at the lowest point of my life, and I’m not exaggerating when I say that Dr. Awolesi saved my life. I was experiencing a life-threatening mental health crisis that took me off work, and a trip to urgent care because I was having suicidal thoughts that were scaring me. The reception people here were incredibly kind and accommodating, fitting me urgently to see the doctor, who prioritized listening and validating my concerns, and helping me submit paperwork so I could receive short-term disability and take the time I needed to recover and heal. Dr. Awolesi also submitted a referral to a psychiatrist that helped me with an assessment and prescription that has been a life changer for my quality of life. I am so grateful for the team here, and for my doctor, and I can not recommend Carewell Medical Clinic in CoachHill enough. Thank you for saving my life.

I dont know about the doctors but the front desk girls dont know what their doing. I come here today at 1240 pm and they tell me wait is about an hr and four people ahead of you. After one hour i come back and ask how many people still ahead she says 5. Very unprofessional i dont know how no patients are done in 1 hour and how more take your place in line. Even yesterday i was trying to call for 3-4 hrs to see what time i can come in but they dont answer the phone. I wont be returning.

I don’t write many reviews but this clinic and their staff and doctors deserve one. For reference I have been coming here for about 4-6yrs now.

I have seen both Dr. Perisola and Dr. Adesina. Both are amazing doctors, both are so intelligent and very kind. I love that both of them speak with you, get to know you and hold an actual conversation with you and try to better understand all your health concerns rather than rushing you out the door like most other doctors do. They actually care about their patients which I find extremely rare now a days.

There can be quite a wait to see either of the doctors and often times I can’t get an appointment for at least 2 weeks but I understand just how beloved and how helpful these two are, it’s no wonder everyone wants to be seen by them.

Also the nursing desk here are so sweet and kind as well. They’re polite, helpful and always willing to go above and beyond for everyone.

I also like that this clinic is connected to the pharmacy next door, very easy to get everything done in one go. The pharmacists next door are also great to deal with.

I do not recommend the male doctor. He was passive aggressive and left an extremely rude note on the Xray form, and said patient is very paranoid. This serves no purpose as the Xray tech does not care about this information which lead me to believe that this is a message for me, the patient. Please think twice before booking the male doctor at this clinic.

Extremely useless phone line. Can't get through since a week to book an appointment.
Whole experience of dealing with the clinic has been frustrating.
Hopefully soon I can find a different clinic for my family.

Came in with strep throat drove 30 minutes to get here because they are the only clinic taking walk ins. Just for the doctor to say I don’t need antibiotics because the computer told him so.

Dr. Adesina is the best Dr as I saw. She's very friendly and kind and amazing doctor who listen attentively to us. Also nurses are very friendly and polite.

I live in Airdrie and still preferred to go to Cares Medical to see Dr. Pirisola. He listens to all our concerns and he takes his time making sure that all concerns are being addressed. My last visit there was for my newborn and he handled it very well.
Shoutout to the ladies at the front desk as well. They are all nice to me and my family.

Doctor Adesina is a friendly and an amazing doctor who listen attentively to my concerns and treat with much care without any rush. She is very knowledgeable and the best doctor I’ve met. Also need to say that the front office staff is friendly, pleasant and helpful when calling to make and change appointments.

Went there after reading so many great reviews aboutbthe staff and doctors. Went there yesterday to book an appointment they said only walk ins and start at 8.45 am. So took 2 hours off from work and went there at 8.45. Till 9.30 no response and no one was there ahead of me. When I asked after 30 mins if waiting the receptionist says the doctor is late by 10-15 mins. And that too when I asked. So could not even see the doctor and had to leave.
Never coming back again.

Such a humle and caring doc Adesina is. She listens to you very patiently and treat you with so much concern and care. Everytime its a wonderful experience. I always walk away with full satisfaction

My experience with Dr. Adesina has been very good. From the first, 'Meet and Greet' appointment, to each subsequent one. I have, after a long time, found a doctor who will listen attentively to my concerns. I have received very good care. If I need to wait a little longer, I understand, as I know she is taking the time neccessary to meet the needs of her patients. I find the office staff to be friendly, pleasant and efficient.

Found that both Doctors actually listen to their patients which is rare. Dr. Adesina is an amazing doctor, her compassion, understanding and two biggest strengths. And she won't stop till there's a solution somehow. I've been disabled for 15 + years and she's the first one who didn't look at me like it was all in my head. That took a huge amount of pressure off me and I was able to open up more. Now my whole family sees her. BEST EVER!
I'm Editing my review because there's another review on here of someone who had a bad experience and decided to call good reviews fake and done by staff. I can tell you I'm not fake, I'm not staffed at this clinic either. Not everyone will get along, I've had bad experiences with doctors in the past and I understand how it can effect you. But calling out others on their reviews saying it's not true then you are just as bad as those other doctors. Dr Adesina and her staff have been extremely professional, go above and beyond when they can. There will always be wait times, a patient could take a little longer which throws off timing to every other patient. If 2 or 3 patients take longer then the whole day is behind. They do their best to see everyone and to try and help. Yes they will suggest the pharmacy attached but it's your own choice, they will never make you. Some of these other reviews have me shaking my head wondering if these people are ever happy

Dr Adesina is an amazing doctor. She takes her time and goes above and beyond to take care of my little baby and family.

The ladies at the front are very sweet and caring. I just do walk ins, technically don't have a family doctor but they and the Dr I see are super accomodating.

Been seeing Dr. Adesina for nearly 4 years. She’s been nothing short of incredible. She’s very personable, quick to make referrals, great with babies and kids, thorough, and is so comfortable to be around. I trust her opinions and advice completely for my own medical concerns as well as my entire family’s, and would recommend her to anyone. Very happy and lucky to have our health in her hands.

Dr. Adesina far exceeds my expectations of a medical professional. She genuinely cares for her patients and loves what she does. It is so refreshing to see a doctor that is passionate and knowledgeable about womens health. I would fly to Antarctica to seek advice and treatment from Dr. Adesina.

Very great medical clinic. Both doctors, Adesina and Pirisola, are very kind. Considering how hard it can be to run a clinic, they both do such an amazing job. I didn't have to wait that long, compared to like every other clinic I've been to so I honestly dunno what these negative reviews are talking about. Maybe it was just a really busy day? Anyways, keep up the good work Dr's!

Waited about an hour. 2 patients there. One seemed to be working on an insurance scam, the other seemed real questionable as well. After about an hour I was told I would be charged 50$ for a service that others claim is free. Huge communication barrier, highly dont recommend. You can hear everything, no privacy, dirty,

These two (Pirisola, I added a photo of him and Adesina) that call themselves doctors are truly a jolk. These two are running a clinic simply for the money, positive reviews on this clinic are probably done by the receptionists to lure in patients by deception, such doctors wake up every morning thinking that they can put their weak medical degree into practice by talking nice to patients. These kind of doctors can numb you but can't help find out what's wrong with you to fix you. Pharmacist working there knows they are causing more harm than good he asked us to stop taking prescriptions and look for a proper doctor somewhere else.
Our system is too slow enough for us to put up with such doctors too.
My husband was the patient or may i say the victim, he came to you right after a back injury unable to move and you started looking somewhere else in his body away from the site of the injury, gave him pills and meds to numb him for months, thanks to you, he now pees on himself and can't walk straight anymore and he is just 35.
You have no consciousness or sufficient knowledge to help patients.
Pirisola a total coward for threatening my husband that you will come after him when you thought he posted a bad review about you when he actually didn't do anything, well here you go. You keep checking reviews more than any other doctor because you know there is something wrong with your practice.

They’ve literally made me come back for the same thing three times.most of time pretty clueless to what you’re explaining to them. Just go to a different clinic

Both Dr. Adesina and Dr. Pirisola are very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Adesina is very good with toddlers and children.

Both Dr. Pirisola and Dr. Adesina are great. I brought my infant daughter to Dr. Pirisola several times for check-ups and during illness. Always got an exceptional care and best results.

I started seeing Dr. Adesina for problems related to feminine health and depression
I quickly realized how patient, smart, compassionate and carefull she is. I can feel that treatment she prescribed truly works and I feel like will never switch my doctor again.

Very lucky to find them. Highly recommend.

A medical clinic that disregards the needs of its patient and solely cares about filling in gaps between appointments to maximize its profit.

As our family was travelling to Banff, my 5yrs old son got very sick with high fever and a barking cough. I found this clinic being closest to our hotel and got there as soon as they opened at 8: 45am. We were the first ones there. The receptionist confirmed that they take walk-ins and “will be a little wait”. After 1 hour and 15 mins later, I decided to ask how much longer is the wait time. Only at that time, I found out that we were fillers on their schedule in between appointments. Since there are another 4 patients before us, we would have to wait for another hour before the doctor could even see us.

I understand there are certain procedures that as patients, we need to respect. However, if this procedure is communicated clearly, then I would’ve made a more informative decision. From a profit perspective, I see their rationale. But from a patient’s perspective, waiting for over 2 hours to fill someone’s schedule, while there are other clinics in the area, just did not make sense.
