I’ve had many massage sessions with Raul. He’s so good. My back, shoulders, and neck feel much better. The staff at the clinic are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend caring hands country hills.

Working with Shirby (physio)! And Vanessa (chiropractor) on whiplash injury to my left neck and shoulder. They have been effective, friendly and are making a big difference, both with my injury but over all pain in my neck, shoulders and back! It’s all connected so an injury in one place has impact all the way down my back… and I’m benefiting from this treatment so much.

Is always very accommodating if I need to schedule or reschedule any appointments since I work in a call center & work past my shifts frequently. All of the specialist have listened to & explained any concerns or questions I have brought up during my treatments. I would definitely suggest either location (Beddington or Country Hills) to anyone looking for help with acute or chronic pain.

I had hoped for more positive results from my sessions with caring. While I appreciate the efforts made, I think there might be room for a more tailored approach to treatment and open communication about the efficacy and potential alternatives. I hope this feedback can help improve the care provided to others

I have been coming to Caring Hands since September 2020 for physio and massage treatments from a motor vehicle accident I was in. The staff there are wonderful. My physiotherapist Mitul is a real nice gut, very easy to get along with. My massage therapist Roxane is a real peach. She has really helped elevate the pain I have in my back and shoulders. I find her entire personality very calming and relaxing. I always look forward to my massages with her because I know I can go get a massage and vent about any issues I am having. She is they type of person who will just listen and not judge a single sole. Other days when I am mot in the best mood, we will just do our little hello, how are you and that is it for the rest of the massage. Roxane is always careful not to put to much pressure on the parts that are really hurting, she is very aware of what I need and how to address the problem areas. 10/10 would definitely recommend seeing Roxane at Caring Hands for any type of massage, need be from a motor vehicle accident or just a nice relaxing massage. Thank you everyone for all your help so far!

I have been visiting Caring Hands for past couple of years and it has helped my health tremendously. From physio & especially massage therapy from Roxanne has really help me deal with lot of my health issues. She is truly gifted and has abundance of knowledge for anything that’s ailing you. My doctor recommended I go to Caring Hands for physio to help with long term issues, I have been experiencing. Mitul is great and able to balance and change up areas we are working on. He is fun to deal with, especially when managing pain and all the stuff that goes with it. I also started seeing Roxane, resident massage therapist. She is fabulous on so many levels. Her care for her patients is incredible. She does pressure checks regularly too make sure you aren’t too uncomfortable with the process. Sometimes we chat like old friends.other times, it is just peace.definitely depends on what you the patient want. I highly recommend these folks.you won’t be sorry!

Incredible staff, that are attractive and very good at what they do! I have been to see Roxane for a message and she is amazing. She really helped in the healing process and fixed some issues with my back that I have been struggling with for a long time. Can't wait to go back and see her!

I had an accident a few months back and it hurts my neck and my back, since I started the session by Mitul Vaviya, the pain just went away slowly and eventually I got better.

The therapists here have magic hands! I've suffered for 5 years from severe back pain after 2 tough deliveries. Hameed has helped me more than I thought. He not only addressed my back issues but found out that I had a knee cap in the wrong position! In only a matter of weeks my body feels so much stronger and the pain is significantly less than where I started. I can't recommend him enough!

I have started going with Yamni Malvi since my accident and this is the first time I am starting to feel for sure better. Her treatments are really through and help you physically and mentally. Will definitely recommend her!

Tranquil, calm atmosphere!

After a few weeks of rejecting my doctors advice to go to a physiotherapist (didn’t see the value) desperation from the pain, immobility and lack of strength from an injury led me to Caring Hands

Dr. Hameed, assistants, and all others made me feel welcomed, important and heard. It’s a nice feeling when your name and a little story told in a previous conversation are remembered.

The process of treatment from beginning to end was professional, courteous, communicated and flexible. I am convinced I am better now than before the injury.

Went here for my Physiotherapy they are very nice very professional and
great customer service service.
So when I needed a massage I chose the same location thinking it must be as good as the Physio

Wrong! I was 10 min early filled out the usual COVID 19 form when entering
And then waited for my appointment time.
When it was my turn the massage therapist had me fill out more forms for COVID 19
And then came the questions about my needs then came excessive suggestions
The I was told that there was not enough time left for my 1hr massage then I waited for her to get the heating pad and finally with only half an hour left I got a massage.
I paid full price for half an hours Massage.
Won’t return again.

Caring Hands should be a place to get healed. However, not all the staff are treating equally. This lady name R. A. J.is so selfish just to provide a mask due to Corona Virus for protection. My wife is patient here and asking for a mask for me but she refuse to give. What a selfish act! I am the one driving my wife to get there to have their service and she did not treated me as a patient. I will be asking my wife to move if this lady don't change.

Muhammad was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and caring for my 8 year daughter when he badly sprained her neck muscle. Keep up the good work. Thank you

I live in the south end of the city and I enjoyed my experience with Caring Hands so much that I prefer to make the drive for return visits! They have changed my life teaching me techniques to increase my mobility and strength! If you have benefits definitely take advantage and come here like I did!

Mohammad, our physiotherapist is about the only person I trust to stick needles into me. Appreciate his expertise, less than soft touch, and no bs attitude. Ashka (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) has also assisted in many of our treatments and has been great. Upon meeting them, you can certainly see the dedication they have to their work.

Sonali has been amazing. After going to at least 3 different physiotherapists for the same issue she was the only one who was able to understand where and why the pain was not only in the area of the injury. She uses a variety of techniques to get into the pain Area.

Went for a massage with Shannon. It was more talking and explaining than massage. I felt worse the next day instead of better.
