Everyone I interacted with at Carline was very friendly and professional. They really took the time to explain all of my options which is a lifesaver for someone like me who doesn’t know much about cars! I was leaving the country: changed the oil and did a complete assessment of my vehicle. They’re always so professional and their front-end staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t take my cats to anyone but them!

Showed up with no appointment and they saw me in without hesitation. Great service from the desk guys, tech (Rick) called me saying what was wrong with my exhaust and how much it would cost. He did a fantastic job fixing the leak, car now sounds just as good as it did before. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Definitely will recommend to anyone and will be using them for further exhaust services.

It was my first time here. I had a poor experience with my last shop of 2 years. They had told me I required a new muffler. So, I reached out to this shop hoping they would have cheaper options for a muffler replacement. Turns out not only do they not charge an arm and a leg to inspect my vehicle, but they told me my muffler is in good condition and there is no need for replacement. I get a sense of honesty and integrity from this company.

Thorough inspections with pictures included for accountability. Service and work well done! I had a great experience and will return in the future.

I was in need of a custom exhaust on my 1956 Belair. After searching on internet I found their shop.
Don and Cam were great at laying out the project and was completed as promised. I will definitely use them on my next build.

Fantastic shop and experience. My regular mechanic sent me here because he does not work on mufflers or on exhaust systems. They did an inspection on everything exhaust-related on my truck and Don went over the report (which had clear photos of all the problems they found and everything was categorized by severity) with me before going ahead with any of the work. They also caught a brake leak that I had and were able to fix it for me easily. They did a large amount of work and charged me a very fair price. I’ll be coming here again for sure! I don’t leave many reviews, but this place was just excellent. Thanks, Carline!

Cam helped me out with some AC issues and custom exhaust modifications on my 2011 Grand Cherokee. I had previously brought my vehicle to Carline last summer for some initial exhaust work, which I loved, but didn't get quite the volume and sound I was looking for. Cam assisted with helpful recommendations and kept in contact all the way along the process.
Can't forget about Don at the front desk, always great having a chat with him. He had a good recommendation for autobody work when I asked for a reference for some rust spots. Will definitely be back to Carline for work in the future.

Rick, Cam, Don and the rest of the team came to my rescue! A spark plug came out of its place while driving on the #1 and suddenly my car was very noisy and smelled like exhaust inside. I thankfully was very close to Carline, and chose to go there because they have great reviews. I showed up, obviously without an appointment. They were so busy they were booking 2 or 3 weeks out. BUT, Rick said he would see if they could take a look that afternoon. Not only did they diagnose the problem quickly and communicate the findings, they were also able to fix it before they closed on the Friday! My heart is full of gratitude and the goodness of kind, helpful, knowledgeable, skilled human beings. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I’ve been dealing with Carline for two years. Every time I’ve had service, I have found them to be exceptional. Their service, excellence, and honesty are top notch. And their pricing is both fair and competitive with the market place.
One time my suspension leaf spring broke, and although they were booked solid, they accommodated me in their busy schedule. Apparently, Rick worked the evening to have my truck ready for the following day. Thanks Rick!
And on another occasion, my 2009 Ranger, had a broken wiring harness for the automatic windows and door locks. The new harness was no longer in production; but, Keith was able to repair this worn out harness, given how difficult it was.
I trust Carline for all my automotive repairs, whether it’s just an oil change or a major mechanical repair.
That’s why I consider them to be the best in their field.

This is the last place you should be bringing your vehicle.mechanic shop recommended them last summer when I was out of town for an exhaust issue. I tried them. Wrong diagnosis. Making up stories. He recommended them again this week. I totally forgot about these guys.really hope the other mechanic shop takes these guys business cards down & stops recommending them to his customers. I’m happy he recommended Carline again so it reminded me to leave this review. I can only assume these excellent reviews are fake or they’re asking people to leave them.

As usual, my visit exceeded expectations. This team is most excellent. I have used their services since Fall of 1994 and never have I been disappointed or concerned. Very ethically and professionally driven.

Great service as usual! Cam and the guys are my go to for service. They even squeezed me in between appointments when I had a small emergency.

I've used these guys a couple times, recently to straight pipe and they ended up fixing my rusted screws/license plate clips at no extra cost. Very pleased with service and quality.

Very satisfied with their work. Although I didn't end up going through with the actual repair itself due to how much it was going to cost, they explained what the problem was and how it happens. Clearly a very thorough understanding of their field and will more than likely return to them the next time I need a repair.

I will only go to Carline Automotive & will not ever go to any other mechanics again. Hello! I went to three mechanics and they told me to change the whole transmission! Because it cost me about 5k for the whole transmission… I decided to contact Carline Automotive and told them about my car problems!
These people @ carline did the best they can to save money. From $5k to less than $700 i was so happy that I still have money left in my account.

Carline has taken care of my 35' RV when I needed it most. My catalityc converter was stolen and there was very limited time to get it repaired, they were able to get it done next day for reasonable cost, they even noticed that my generator exhaust was supported by bungy rubber of which I have long forgotten and not mentioned it, they went ahead and installed new support system without telling me for only $10 more, I am sure parts were more than that.

Honest, efficient, affordable. Excellent service! If you need your vehicle fixed properly. These are the folks who can do it!

Follow up visit to check for engine/transmission/power steering or a/c which was attended to over one week before. It appears diagnosis was successful. A good knowledgeable diagnosis.

Had a custom axle back muffler installed. They ordered the mufflers and tips I wanted, got them within a day and work was done promptly and the car sounds great!

Everyone there is so helpful and friendly (thank you Don)! They got my car fixed fast and they were always communicating new updates. First time I’ve had to bring my car in for anything but for the future I’ll only be going here!

I had a muffler replaced om my van 4 years ago and the weld at the back of the muffler let go just now so i took it back expecting to pay for the weld and after it was done he came out and said fixed and no charge thank you very much and i would recomemed this shop to anyone even my mom

I have now taken 3 cars here for exhaust work, excellent quality work always done in a timely manner. In my opinion a very honest shop. The repairs they performed yesterday for which I was charged one hour labour would have taken me all day rolling around on the garage floor, well worth the small price!

Wanted to get some exhaust work done, Cam was always quick to reply to emails and the rest of the team (I wish I could remember their names!) at Carline Automotive were extremely friendly and knew what they were doing. They made sure I knew exactly what work would be done, what it would cost, and not once did I feel as though I was being rushed into anything. They were extremely careful in ensuring my vehicle was not damaged, even going as far as making a cardboard shield to protect my subwoofer from the muffler they placed in my trunk which really stood out to me as I hadn't even thought of it when I had told them to put it in the trunk. If your vehicle needs repairs, and you just want the work done and done very well, I'd personally look no further. I will absolutely be returning to Carline for any further repair needs during my stay in Alberta. Another big plus during these times of Covid, the waiting area was one of the cleanest I have ever been in!

I was told by my dealership that my car needed some brake and suspension work. The dealership price was absurd, so I went to Carline instead based on a recommendation from a friend. They reviewed the parts in question and gave me a second opinion on the work. Their prices were far lower than the dealer, and my car feels a lot better now.

In terms of professionalism, I was very happy with their service. I live in Tuscany, which is outside of their shuttle zone, but they went out of their way to arrange convenient alternative transportation for me. I felt safe as they respected all of the covid-19 social distancing rules and had taken the necessary precautions to ensure keys and my vehicle was sanitized. My vehicle was washed externally, and vacuumed and sanitized internally.

They did a follow-up call a few days after the servicing to ensure everything was running smoothly and to see if I had any questions. It's clear that they care about their customers.

I will be using Carline for all vehicle maintenance going forward.

This is the only place in the city I trust. I tried at least 10 shops and a few dealerships for various issues and none come close to what carline delivers. Top notch in every regard.

My winter tire had a problem with going flat ONLY in the extreme cold weather. Took it to Canadian Tire twice last year but they couldn't fix it. This year I took it to Carline and they fixed it. Outstanding!

I will make a very long story short about purchasing my first vehicle,
through three mechanics and 8 visits to a shop I was out over $3500 and left with an unsafe vehicle. Everyone was guessing what the problem could be and throwing parts at my car costing me thousands of dollars and not actually fixing the issue. Every time I picked up my car, the engine light would come on within hours. I finally found Carline automotive and met Chris. This is one knowledgeable, respectful and trustworthy mechanic. I was assured they wouldn’t stop until they fixed the problem, and that’s exactly what they did. I was given a complete diagnostics with pictures and explanations, but was also told what needed to be fixed now, and what could wait till I was in a better financial situation along with a maintenance plan for future work. For the first time in months my car is running smoother then when I bought it.
Chris, you have restored my faith in good people through all of this and I’m so happy I found a mechanic for myself, my kids, my father and friends! Thank you again, and will see you in January!

I have had my vehicles repaired, serviced etc.at Carline and as previously, I continue to recommend them for their accurate diagnostics, repairs and their commitment to their customers. Short version, I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else!

I was provided the details of what needed fixing, including cost, prior to starting the work. As they needed my vehicle for several days I appreciated them parking the van inside each night. When repairs were completed they explained details again and mentioned that they shampooed the carpet where antifreeze from the heater core had leaked. No charge for this. Overall I'm pleased with the quality of repair and the friendly staff.

I keep going back because they're honest about what my old vehicles really need and not trying to upsell or replace components that still have life in them. For example today went in for a brake inspection due to some noise when braking at low speeds. They said the noise is indeed coming from the rear drum but it's mostly cosmetic. Everything is functional and there's plenty of pad left so no need to do the brakes at this time. Exactly what I wanted to hear.
