We live in Sherwood Park travelling to Lethbridge. The transmission in our 2017 GMC Canyon was overheating and in need of a cooler. After a few inquires we were directed to Switzer Automotive. I was greeted right away by Mark although he was busy on the phone. I explained what I was looking for. After checking on the parts required, Mark said he'd check their availability, prepare an estimate and set up an appointment and then call me in a few hours. I explained the work needed to be completed by Wednesday, today was Monday. Mark call me about 2 hours later with the estimate and an appointment for Wednesday morning. The cooler is preforming well. I found Mark and his staff to be knowledgeable, courteous. The final bill was $138.00 less than the estimate.

I highly recommend this buissness. As a new resident, they inspected my vehicle for Alberta road safety requirements and did the repairs in a timely manner and treated me with respect and kindness. They took the time to explain what needed repair and I felt they were transparent and honest in their pricing. I will continue to call Carline in the future for any and all my mechanical needs. Told mechanic all issues, specifically. They then proceeded to fix one problem after a week of waiting and told me I didn't even mention the other issues. I literally watched you take notes about the issues I had, and you're going to tell me I didn't even mention them? Expectionally poor service. Listen to your customers. Take your vehicle to any other shop in town.
