Had a great meal here. Food was good, service was better. Sug was very friendly and enthusiastic. Was bussing tables, never stopped getting things done.

I was really blown away by the service tonight. Your employee “Sug” has an incredible attitude that is going to take him unbelievably far in this world.

High quality fast food burgers, similar to Burger King's offerings.

Always clean and fast food. Was very busy when they first opened. Lined up down 16th ave. Normal busy now. Can sometimes be a challenge to park during peak times.

Customer service was above and beyond, made it very comfortable. Food was 5 stars for fast food quality. Great overall

The gentlemen who helped me tonight was so polite and made sure my modifications were correct. 10/10 service.

Today was the first time I'd been in about a year. Customer service was still great, but man had the quality had gone down. I got the Famous Star w/cheese combo and the burger was, li It wasn't like it used to be. Honestly, it's the worst FF burger I've ever eaten. Even the bun tastes weird. Maybe a one off? Also, the fountain drinks were all warm and flat. I tried 3 diff sodas: Cherry Coke, Coke and Barq's Root Beer. All no good. Fries were mediocre.

My intention is to edit/update this review after I give it another try. Another thing to note is that I got there right when it opened. Maybe that had something to do with it all? Anyway, to be continued.

We love Carls Jr. We come here before we go to the near by Confederation Park. I hope this location never closes. We love Carls Jr.

Always the best burgers, I have no idea why I don't go here more often. I mean, apart from the limited locations in this city.

Food: western bacon double burger is incredible, needs absolutely nothing more. Love the onion ring hidden under the bottom patty. Fries are perfect and I don't care what Thrillist has to say, these are the best fries anywhere. Crispy, thin and perfect. Chicken tenders look like they came from a mutant chicken and I love the breading.

Service: they did table service. The fountain pop is out front so you can get refills when you want (no need for a large if you're dining in).

Atmosphere: there's a dude who works here that always plays his own music on the speakers and even though it's not my style I love that it's that sort of place. It's very Empire Records and I always enjoy coming back.

It is highly impressive, while being fast food that this burger is the most delicious burger I’ve ever ate in my life. Staff were very nice and the environment was nice and clean. Seriously such a good burger.

Ive been to Carls Jr in the US and in Canada. Hadnt been to one in a while and so we decided to stop in. The burger looked goot but didnt have much flavour. Tomatoes and onions were tasteless. The onion rings however tasted as expected and good. Not sure why but i hope in the future. The product will be more improved.

Was nice to get out and grab an always delicious burger with the family. Staff were super sweet, whole place was nice and clean and the food was hot and very tasty!

Food was amazing, shakes are delicious, and quite frankly the best service ive had anywhere let alone fast food. Segun, at the counter really went the extra mile and genuinely had me leaving with a smile on my face so i could not help but write this review commendeing him.brilliant place all around

Dude working the drive through was really nice, didn't catch his name but very up beat and clearly having a great day. With good vibes like that you could put anyone in a good mood and you will have my business no problem!

My husband ordered my son the wrong food but it was no fault of Carl's Jr. He went back in and they made the chicken fingers my son wanted very quickly with an apology and a smile even though it was not their mistake (we paid for both foods). Great service and they both enjoyed their food. I ate from here recently and did not enjoy it but I have IBS and can't eat almost any fast food so I feel like I cannot detract any stars for that. They were happy so 5 star!

Milkshakes were delicious and thats all that we ordered. 3 milkshakes. There was only one car ahead of us and we probably waited 15 minutes. So much for fast food.

For fast food, it's actually one of the best around. Staff are great, and everything is prepared well.

Cold fries even though I waited a few minutes for my order sadly, not usual for Carl's Jr.but my burger was amazing as per usual. My order came to more than the menu was listed and I only noticed on my receipt once I had driven all the way home.

Jalapeno poppers were underwhelming, but the food, drinks and serivce was exceptional. Will definitely be going back for more.

The food is outstanding, better than any fast food place I’ve been to by far.
Saying that, the food is completely outshined by the service. Notably, Thabo and Segun. They work extremely hard, and always prepare the food to an outstanding quality. I hope they get raises and/or promotions, because I have never gotten better service from a fast food location ever.

Luke warm flavorless superstar burger and there was a piece of plastic in it.

My favorite burger place in town. Love the big carls (extra sauce of course) and the fries. Also I found this place pretty quick for how good it tastes. Love me some Carls JR!

It it for sure up there with Peter's drive-in (one of my favorite burger joints), C. Jr burger is actually better and bigger, but onion rings are 2nd to Peter's. Prices are higher then the usual fast food joints.anw and Mac ect.but it's worth it good service as well.

Service was prompt and they were patient to explain their 101 for new customers like yours truly. The bun of the burgers had a tasty flavour and all the ingredients were fresh. I would recommend it to those enjoying fast food.

The milkshakes are made with cream, delicious. The Hawaiian grilled chicken was fantastic for a quick and delicious meal. The front staff member was extremely helpful & kind, AAA+ for customer service. Unfortunately no dine in service was available because of Covid restrictions, but the service & food was still great when I got home.

The original burger is to die for. Sooo good.

This place is what Burger King could have been. Lonestar/ Superstar remind me of an Improved Wopper. Fries and drink large portion for price.

I like this place all together too much. It's my favorite chain burger. Alas, horrendous for you.
