Carol was incredible! I came to her after an unfortunate experience with the original bridal shop I purchased the dress from. She was able to accommodate me last minute and make sure my dress was completed with my dream sleeves. Truly a master at her work! I am so thankful I found her!

Carol does an amazing job! I took my wedding dress to her and she completed the alterations to make it fit like a glove. She has a great turn around time and is very reasonably priced. I came back a second time for my bridesmaid dress for a friends wedding and couldn't recommend her more.

She was fast (only a few weeks) from the initial fitting to the final fitting, I only needed those two appointments. Carol listened to all my concerns for alterations, and she went above and beyond. My dress fit perfectly. I was surprised at the much lower cost than what I was expecting it to be. Carol really is the go-to person in Calgary for wedding dress alterations.

She was absolutely fantastic to work with on my wedding dress (originally purchased from Durand Bridal) and my moms mother of the bride dress. She made sure every single detail of my dress was perfect for my big day! She even was able to alter my veil. Everything was perfect with Carol - service, pricing and she is extremely friendly. I highly recommend Carol for wedding dress alterations. I reached out to Carol two weeks before my wedding in desperate need of someone to provide high quality alterations on my wedding dress. She was very quick to respond to my message and I was able to drop off my dress the next day. Carol Hean is the most amazing dressmaker. My family have used her for over 30 years, for all the dance dresses that our girls required, over 12 dresses! All the dresses were made to our exact requirements and often Carol would give us advice, which was always better than our own original ideas! She also knows exactly what will suit the body shape and what wont, also what colors and fabric will suit. Believe me, you will be 100% happy with her work!
