The staff is friendly and always greet you with a smile when you come in. I started coming to the salon this summer and I have been going to Mark religiously and he has been amazing! Always takes time to understand what you want and will offer suggestions, with no pressure!

I had been visit Sinead for hair color and haircuts for years and I had always been extremely satisfied. And when I was walking on the street, I heard compliments on the beauty of my hair color every day.it's been a year since I moved to California, and the color that Sinead dyed my hair is still so beautiful and people still compliment my hair color. I had to go to a salon in California to cut my hair, but he couldn't cut my hair beautifully like what Sinead did. I regret every day why I don't have my professional hairdresser anymore. I have received numerous laser hair removal treatments here, primarily from Shanyn. Incredibly clean, pretty and positive experiences every time I visit. I started with a package for just the bikini area but since it worked so well, I have now been for facial and underarm laser hair removal sessions too. All technicians have been on time, very friendly and make sure the experience is as painless as it possibly can be. I have seen fantastic results and am now just going back for periodic maintenance treatments. Services are well worth the price! Very happy I chose Carrie’l for my treatments!

The moment I entered, everyone focused on making me feel relaxed, comfortable and attended to. The salon also frequently offers promotions to show their customer appreciation. And for my busy schedule, the fact that I can park right behind the spa without having to deal with parking issues is an extra bonus. Felt like a tropical holiday in the midst of a cold Edmonton winter day.

The staff was great and welcoming, I went in for a consultation before my appointment so that my stylist was prepared and aware of the services we were doing. My appointment day was great. My stylist Mark was amazing, and very good at his job. He was easy to get along with and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.

I've been coming here at least once a month with my girlfriends and we absolutely love it! The staff are amazing and I love that it is inclusive and hires men as well, such as Mark! So I was comfortable bringing my son along. 10/10 recommended. If you want to have a a day of some pampering, be sure to give this place a try

Carrie'l salon provides a wonderful atmosphere for massages. The change rooms are clean and spacious. The robes are plush. The lounge area is comfortable and relaxing. The massage rooms have soft music, dim lights and if you wish, a pleasant mild scent is in the room. The massage tables adjust for comfort. The linen and covers on the table smell fresh and clean. Wonderful ambiance. The therapists are trained and registered and ask questions about what is needed and wanted. They are professional and the massages ar wonderful. We have been going there for years and will continue as long as they offer the service.

I've been coming to Carrie'L for more than 15 years now. It's their care and attention to their clients that keeps me coming back. Amanda is a great stylist, knows what I want, and is ready with ideas when I want to change my look.

Over the last 8+ years, I have enjoyed many experiences at Carrie'l and it's my go-to salon and spa in the downtown area. They treat their customers really well and their staff are very skilled and knowledgeable. They use very nice products and also sell products in their storefront so you can feel pampered at home in between services.

Love Carrie’l salon and spa. Used many services and I always leave feeling better than I did when I arrived. Amanda is my stylist and has been for a few years, I have no plans to visit any other salon.
