Very poor customer service after buying a property and asking for some help with repairing a AC unit in my condo. The receptionist was very unhelpful. It seemed like she just wanted to pass me off. She disconnected my call 3 times and on the 4th time said she would send an email to someone to help me. When I asked when someone would get back to me she said " it's summer time so I don't know how long it will take" very disappointed in the lack of service. Which no one got back to me

Under funded, poor property management, less security and unresponsive / eye sore neighborhood property owned by Carrington

Do not recommend this builder at all. Currently going through an insurance claim for a flood caused by a part the builder used to save $3 per unit. I now have to pay out of pocket for my flooring to match.

When we first decided to check out condos and move from our too large home, we actually hoped to find something affordable in Griesbach but were not too hopeful of that, so needless to say we were thrilled when we noticed the Veritas Condos for Sale sign. It did not take us long to decide to take the plunge; and we have not regretted it! The hardest part was deciding which floor plan to go with, as most were so well laid out! We have been living in the Carrington Veritas complex for over 8 months now and we have loved every minute of this time. Location is perfect.close to everything we need.shopping, bus terminal, etc. We have not experienced any major problem of any sort to date. When something needed fixing it was done promptly and must add that the issues have been small and few. All Carrington staff have been great and easy to deal with. We also realize as I am sure most people do that things cannot always be perfect but we think our condo is as near perfect as possible. The finishing is beautiful to begin with so needed very little upgrades and the upgrades we did have done were not so much esthetic but more practical items such as blackout blinds, extra cupboards, etc. The initial finishings are really so well done that one can literally move in without doing a thing. The floor plans are great! We believe the floor plans are also such that would appeal to most people.a plan for everyone! Our grown children think we have chosen very well.a beautiful condo, an excellent plan, and a beautiful area to live in.and with a view to boot! Oh, and walking trails.couldn't get any better. Trails everywhere! And the fact that many of these trails are kept graded in the winter months is wonderful! We are confident that we will enjoy the condo lifestyle for years to come. We also enjoy the use of the exercise room, especially during the cold winter months. INDEED we would recommend Carrington Builders to anyone we know as we feel they do build a quality product.

My wife and I visited Elan Condominiums Carrington this past weekend as we are looking at downsizing. Driving up to the condo building, we were impressed with the design, location and landscaping. Lobby was inviting open and bright. We spoke to Naveshni, the sales manager about options and discussed our requirements. I particularly liked that she was detailed with relevant information for questions we had, even though the building was not a fit for us. We are in the market for a 1500 sqf condo, and Elan does not meet our requirement. She did recommend other projects, which we have not yet visited. It is a difficult decision to make having to move from a single detached property, however i do feel confident that when we've made our decision, it will most likely be with Carrington as our builder of choice.

I can't say enough about the great experience we had with Carrington Communities. I'm normally skeptical of salespeople in general (even though I know they have a job to do). There were no high pressure sales tactics here. They started off by being very informative, ensuring we take our time to make sure we made the choices that were right for us. Had we been rushed or pushed to make decisions we would likely have not stayed with Carrington. From beginning to end we were kept up to date with the progress of construction. Carrington was also very flexible. I was dealing with a terminally ill parent and the sales rep was compassionate, reassuring, flexible, and patient. Our sales rep had unfortunately left his position, but our new rep Riley stepped right in and didn't miss a beat. The transition was seamless. We were met with a very patient rep who did the walk-through with us and the move in process went so smoothly. Who knew it could be that easy! It is now February, just over 4 months since we've moved in. We are so very happy here. Carrington makes their units not only a modern contemporary design, but layout is very practical. I was at first leary about what we could fit into the kitchen cabinets, but we fit it all with space to spare. If you are unsure about Carrington, rest assured you will get quality at an affordable price. I certainly don't worry about who I should contact should anything come up. They left me with all kinds of contact info and I can still speak to the sales rep who works on site if I was really in a pinch. Thank you Carrington and thank you Riley!

Having had our 2 children purchase condos from Carrington, it was a 'no brainer' when my wife and I decided to downsize that we would automatically go back to Carrington with whom we have had excellent service. Having now purchased at Elan Condominiums, it is with the utmost confidence that we can say that we are completely pleased and satisfied with our retirement purchase.
Naveshni (Project Sales Manager) has been wonderful to deal with, professional and always willing to go the extra mile. She keeps us updated with construction milestones via email and pictures, which adds to our excitement. We had the opportunity to select our finishes and customize our suite at the Interior Design Studio with Ashley, who was amazing, extremely helpful with her suggestions, knowledge and a pleasure to work with. Carrington provided a variety of selections to choose from.
Naveshni, Allen (Site Supervisor) and Brian (Assistant Site Supervisor) hosted a 'suite viewing' for clients who have already purchased. This was a highlight, to actually be able to view our suite and have our questions answered by construction who were friendly, knowledgeable and equally excited to show us our suite. It also gave us an opportunity to meet our neighbours.
I would recommend Carrington as a builder to anyone looking to purchase a condo with no hesitation. This is a builder who provides the service you want cause they are a builder who knows what they doing!

I wish I can give them 0.main door broke on first day we entered.oven door handle was broken. Guy came to fix.but it came off again.very cheap built. I wish I never purchased home from them.

From the first time I came in to inquire about a unit everything was great. Jamie is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She is still always polite and helpful. Radford has also been very helpful with minor repairs and organizing for larger repairs. All Carrington staff has been polite and helpful. My transition from a house to a condo went very smoothly and would definitely recommend Carrington.

My family purchased a condo at Elan Condominiums Building 1 from Craig Douglas (Sales Manager). Our suite is near the show suite, and I have gotten to know Naveshni, who is the current Sales Manager at Elan and is now selling suites in building 2. She is very friendly and professional. I’m happy to be with Carrington; it’s amazing to watch building 2 be built and know that building 1 was built the same way. Without hesitation, I am confident to recommend Carrington!

Every person I met during the process of buying a home with Carrington made things easy and straightforward. I initially looked at their homes because a cousin had bought from them and I was glad I went with them! Whether it was sales, quality control, builders, or legal, everyone was wonderful to talk to.

Jamie in particular was amazing to work with. She made the process of buying the home simple. She was readily available for any questions but went above and beyond keeping me up to date with what was happening even when my purchase had to be delayed for months! Even after I've moved in, she is available for any questions which pop up.

I bought in Carrington's Ara building in Summerside at the end of 2017. They were awesome to deal with, and it made my first time home buying experience simple. They had knowledgeable staff who were able to answer every question right away. I have been in my unit now for 2 years now and have had no issues! I would recommend Carrington to anyone, especially first time buyers!

I Purchased a condo at Elan from Carrington communities. My experience so far has been awesome. Starting from the first meeting I had with sales manager Nav Abrahams to my recent visit to site and the viewing with the site supervisor, it has been an extremely pleasant experience. Nav is very friendly and always ready to help. I had many questions before I made up my mind to purchase the unit, she answered them without any hesitation, always giving me the information I needed. She keeps me posted with the development of the project via email, which is fantastic.
I love the options at the selection studio, Ashley was the designer I worked with and she is super friendly, very knowledgeable and patient. I'm very excited for the condo to be completed and to move in. Upto date my experience with Carrington has been great, I hope it'll continue to be that way in future as well!

Our experience with Carrington Communities Elan II project has been nothing but top notch. From Naveshni, the sales representative, to Amy at the design studio and Allen, the on-site construction supervisor, all questions were answered in a timely and professional manner. We very much look forward to moving into our condo later this summer.

The condo was well built. During the walk through before the possession date, some glitches were identified but they were fixed by the time I took possession. I am very pleased with my condo.
