Omg can't say thank you enough after fixing My right rear bumper for my car I went there for a paint chip and was getting bigger only to find a Crack was fixed poorly before but the dealer failed to informed us about it as per to them its just cosmetic but Greg Norman in no time ordered a new panel and fixed it with the boys in no time and you can't tell the differences, it's as good as new.thank you so much guys so happy with the results.

Greg was very kind, professional and extremely helpful. He helped me get my car in right away for an estimate and explained things in a way I could understand. He got me in quickly on a Fiday afternoon, however was hoping to receive my estimate the same day but I failed to clarify this. He followed up with me the following Monday with the estimate and touched base to ensure I didn't have any questions.

I was getting the work done through my insurance provider and was not at fault. The experience had its ups and downs but the work was done well. With some communication, everything was rectified and I felt very well taken care of. The staff was courteous and friendly through the whole process which is always helpful after an accident. Overall very good experience and I would return in the future! Thank you very much

Had someone park too close and rub up against back door and left a scuff along the back door a foot and a half or so these guys fit me in the next day and buffed it out no problem! Very freindly and great guys! It looks brand new!

Came from Vancouver Island, got stranded in Calgary with a major electrical disaster. Phil and Trevor were great to deal with. Phil helped me deal with the insurance, rental, repairs, even worked out a way for me to pick up my truck on the weekend when they aren’t open. Truck was cleaner then I’d ever seen it, and Trevor sent me on my journey home with an extra jug of washer fluid. Phil- I know I didn’t make it easy for you, but I really appreciate how much time and energy you put in for me. I know you didn’t need to do a lot of what you did, I can’t thank you enough for the exceptional customer service. Thanks to the whole team!

Excellent service! Juno, Phil and their team did a fantastic job on my car. They kept me informed throughout the process. I felt very confident leaving my car with them. My brother came with me to go through the the steps and they worked very well with him also.

I was in an accident on Christmas day and when the insurance industry finally did their job the truck was dropped off at Carstar Burnsland.
It took too long for the estimate but I do realize every shop in town was getting slammed due to rediculously slippery driving conditions.
I dealt with Phil who was very professional an helpful.
The truck was an obvious write off so I needed to get all my stuff out of the truck. Some items were very heavy and awkward and Phil, the other guy from up front and a fella from the shop all gave me a hand loading up.
They didn't have to do that.

I contacted Carstar to repair a deep scratch on my truck caused by a bike handle bar. From the initial estimate to completion of the repair, Carstar had open communication the entire way through the process. They worked quickly to get my truck back on the road as if no damage was done. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring autobody repair.

Especially during a stressful time of dealing with unexpected vehicle repairs. I was very pleased with the work they did on our vehicle. I was the "victim" of a hit and run accident while I was driving my car. The other driver hit me on the driver's side of my vehicle, knew he had done it and then drove off when I was trying to get out of the vehicle. Really? ! I walked into Carstar Burnsland with a damaged vehicle, a jaded outlook on car repair and silently fuming at the whole situation. The Carstar Burnsland team, with a big shout out to Phil and Becca, did an immaculate repair on my vehicle, on-time, for the reasonable amount quoted all while making me feel like I was their favourite customer. I watched them treat other customers the same way while I was there so I know the experience wasn't just for me, LOL. I may not be their only favourite customer but Carstar Burnsland is now MY only favourite Auto Body Repair Shop!

They did a fantastic Job on my 2005 mustang, it looks incredible! The communication was great throughout the process. Also the staff were fantastic. I'd give six stars if I could!

Carstar needs 6 stars. They are SO understanding and kind, i was blown away. My bumper was destroyed from a bad fender-bender, and they sent me so many updates to make sure I wasn't worried about the progress. I spoke to Phil a couple times on the phone and he was so patient with me with a few issues I had. Can't recommend these guys enough!

Really good experience. Once they got the bumper off, they found additional damage that needed a part on back order. It looked like it was going to take ages to get it in, but they took the time to source it more quickly and got my car back to me on schedule, which I really appreciated since I had to leave Calgary for an extended work trip shortly thereafter.

After an accident we had our vehicle in toe Carstar - Burnsland. We also had some additional painting done on the car while it was in and all the work was done on time and they did a great job.

This place went above and beyond. Insurance paid for my repairs but they detailed my car inside and out and honest that means the world to me. These past few months have been a nightmare for me because of someone very close to me turning to drugs and mental illness taking hold of them. I just did not have the mental energy and I felt embarrassed paying for a car payment for a car that was a mobile garbage pit.and it’s not like I meant for my car to get like that it just sort of happened. So honestly I can’t thank them enough for making my car so beautiful again.

If you have an accident then Carstar is a good place to go and have it un-done. Not quick but great quality and service.
