I had a wonderful experience with Laura at carstar. They exceeded all expectations and kept my bill affordable. I was also incredibly surprised to have the car tidied up inside and out. It never looked so shiney! In a bad situation they made it better.

They absolutely nailed it (after I nailed that post) my truck looks like it came off the lot. Had a great experience from start to finish, Laura kept me updated throughout the repair process, was able to answer all my questions and was extremely helpful and personable. They treated my baby like it was their own. They did a fantastic job, highly recommend.

The employees and the work they provide here definitely deserves a shoutout! I had a car accident few weeks ago and these guys helped me out with the repair process of my car. The timing of the accident was really unfortunate but they were able to easily adjust to my schedule. They also go far and beyond for customer satisfaction. Very accurate estimate pricing, communication, and timing expectancy. Cannot thank these guys enough!

I stopped by to have fender clip repaired that had come loose. They took it in the shop immediately and quickly repaired it! I thanked them and asked how much they said No Charge. Great service and great repair really appreciate.

Brought my BMW in for detailing and it was long overdue for a clean. They did an impeccable job, the customer service was spot on and Crystal and Mike are amazing at what they do. Thank you for making my car sparkle in anticipation of selling it. Really appreciate the job well done. I'll be back!

Would recommend this company to anyone need autobody work done. They were amazing to deal with. They did more for me then the insurance company and kept me up to date with emails and calls regarding the work being done.awesome company

Words cant express how happy I was when I picked up my SUV!
Carstar took amazing care of me and my SUV. The estimate was completed quickly and accurately, ensuring my repairs were done on time without any delay which they were. When I picked up my SUV it looked better then when I bought it, they fixed all of the hail damage and cleaned both the inside and outside of my vehicle. I was happy to see all of the staff wearing masks who worked at the front, and maintaining a safe distance from each other. Overall I am extremely happy with the service provided by Carstar Royal Oak from the beginning till the end when I picked up my car. If you want great customer service and repairs this is the shop for you.

The people at this location are simply put, OUTSTANDING! Needless to say, after my car had been broken into, I was having a pretty lousy day. Valuable, as well as sentimental items had been stolen. My front passenger window had been smashed in and the window frame destroyed, and there was broken glass covering every square inch of the interior of my vehicle. Everyone, from the very first lady I spoke with, to Rebecca, to the manager, to the service techs (I'm sorry, I don't recall all of your names), ALL treated me with compassion and understanding, and they made the whole ordeal so much easier to bear. I can't thank them all enough! They all went above and beyond the regular call of duty to make my experience one that has left me, well.writing this review. I want anyone who reads this to know that if they are ever in a similar situation, this is definitely the place you want to come. Besides the incredible human factor, their work was sublime. My car has never looked so good! When I got it back, you'd never know how badly it had been damaged, and due to just the sheer amount of broken glass that had been strewn througout the entire vehicle and my beautiful leather interior, it required extensive cleaning and detailing. When I got into my car after picking it up, I was left almost in tears, they had done such a superb job! It was as pristine as the day I first drove it off the lot 7 years ago!
