I had my car repaired here after an insurance claim and David from the shop walked me through the process to give me peace of mind and Crystal from the front desk was very kind and accommodating and never got upset at me even after I was late for my appointment, twice! You can tell the staff here care about their work and are committed to providing a quality customer service experience. Love the job they’re doing and I would trust them with my car anytime I have trouble.

Not reliable. Thet told me they are gona to finish my car in 8 days and they did finish it in 15 days. They put me in extra rental expense and they were laying everyday when I call them.

Got the phone call my truck was done of course you would be excited to go pick it up until you see what state it was in. Had a gouge on my driver's door, poorly painted let alone let's just paint over some sticky residue, taillight that got marked up, burn mark on my passenger side door, polish and dust throughout the inside of my truck and the box of my truck was just layered with caked on dust.

Amazing experience, Garrett and his team explained everything going on with my car from start to finish. Service was quick and prompt.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I had my accident less than a week ago and my car was fixed within three days of bringing it in. Looks amazing and the staff was so empathetic and also very accommodating to my work schedule. They made a very stressful situation so much better. And they even cleaned my interior and left a bottle of water! Exceptional service! Thank you so much!

Amazing experience, Garrit is very passionate about fixing his customers ‘ vehicle, very patient, explained everything the work that needed to repair my Honda HRV. Very attentive to details & answered all our questions & reassured us about what needed to be done. Very patient, my car looks brand new, nobody would notice the difference. Very happy with the work done by car star, Edmonton East. I would highly recommend to anyone who has car problems, small or big. Kudos to the amazing Melissa who is so pleasant on the phone.

My vehicle was damaged when I hit a deer & my insurance company recommended Carstar. I called Carstar & the lady who answered the phone (Cindy) was so understanding & helpful & professional & polite - just a super nice person. Cindy arranged to have my vehicle towed to their shop & called me to let me know it had arrived and I could come in to sign the paperwork so they could get started on the repairs. When I arrived at Carstar, Cindy greeted me at reception (super clean reception area!), it was wonderful to meet Cindy as she had been so helpful when I 1st called Carstar! All of the repairs that would be necessary & an estimate of a timeline was explained to me. At all times, Cindy & Garret were both friendly and kept me informed on the repairs. They both made this awful experience hassle free. My vehicle is back to new condition & looks fantastic! I highly recommend Carstar!

Customer service was 100%. As a semi new driver, I had a grocery list of things to do for my car. Erkan went above and beyond to help me fix my car and gave good advice. I also found out that my car had rail rust, which is treatable (I used CarPros IronX from Auto Obsessed). I'm so thankful I don't have to get a new car. The mechanic's paint touch-ups were a perfect match. My front bumper's grille was replaced as I requested and it looks great! The grille came in quickly within the week and the job was done in under 2 hrs! After that, I came back to have the block heater cap installed, the lady at the front desk recognized me and was so nice and the gentleman happily installed it for me in less than 5 mins. I hope I don't have to come back for any major work for my car. If I have to, I would recommend here. Everything went smoothly. My car looks (almost) new again. My experience was very good and educational. I'm very pleased. Five stars.

The people at the main desk were lovely and very helpful! My vehicle is beautiful again and was even vacuumed when I picked it up!

Friendly staff and FAST service. The turnaround time was very quick, and they detailed my vehicle as well, which was a pleasant surprise. They did what they said they would do, and more, and did it quick and well. Definitely coming back!

Excellent service. They did an awesome job fixing my jeep, had it ready on time and they even went above and beyond and cleaned the interior and washed it.

I came to get an estimate for some damage to my vehicle and the service was friendly and courteous. Everything was explained and a copy of the estimate was provided. The front office was clean and tidy and well lit. Very professional looking. As it turned out I did not not go with Carstar estimate but everything about this place was great.

I can't say enough positive things about this location. Great customer service from Miranda always friendly and I never felt like a bother. Had a few little things that needed to be looked after at the end and they fixed them all right away. Car looks like new and I'm really happy!

I had to drop off my van for repair and not only was my vehicle ready to be picked up sooner than anticipated, they gave it a wash and made it look a little better on the inside than when I initially dropped it off. The staff were EXTREMELY friendly and approachable, and VERY courteous. All the staff were happy and always smiling. They were well informed and knowledgable and I didn't have to contact my insurance company once. They took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this particular location to anybody involved in a collision. The customer service is just astonishing!

I came in for an appointment this past Monday for an insurance claim. Initially I was told I couldn't get the car in until sometime in April. After explaining I was going to be out of town for the entirety of that month, I was told "I'll see what I can do. "

They got the car in right away and estimated 5 days to repair. My car was ready in 3! Super pleased with the service, and no one would ever be able to tell where the damage had been!

In addition, I asked about having another minor repair done at the same time (on my own dime) as I am planning on trading the car shortly. They did a great job on it, for a reasonable price.

Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for well-done bodywork and great service!

Fantastic service all around! Professional employees, great autobody work. I had some other vehicle concerns besides the repair they were doing, and they went the extra mile to check it out for me without any complaints! Very happy with my experience here.
