Chery and Wendy were helpful and efficient. So appreciated. My car was back on time. When I had a problem a couple of weeks later they had it back in the shop within a few days during the Christmas holidays! Fixed up the problem no issues and had it back to me the same day. Will never use this company again. From the very first moment when I walked in to have the damage assessed, they were passive aggressive in the way they speak to you, told me my car would be ready in a certain date but actually took longer, when it was finally “ready”, I saw that my 3M paint protection was put on VERY poorly as you can see on the pictures, there’s bubbles everywhere, finger prints, the one on the headlight is peeling off, like cmon, this job costed my insurance over $2500 and you guys can’t even put a 3M right? I went back 2x to have certain parts polished as there was still damage, to which tbh i don’t even know if they actually polished it. Then the lady said they would need to order the 3M and have my car there AGAIN to get it fixed (if even), so I said no as I already didn’t have my car for so long. Not to mention that the inside of my car was DIRTY, liquid marks everywhere and a HORRIBLE smell of strong perfume as if they sprayed inside. This happened in November but I’m coming out of my way now to leave a review because of how disappointed I was to get my car back in this condition and to warn other people that this company does not do the job right even though they’re charging so much.

My mint condition Outback was rear ended and the people at CARSTAR Gateway put it back together like new. Great job. I am impressed by folks who know their craft.

This is my second time at this Carstar location. My insurance company recommended a different shop but after my last great experience I asked to come here again for scratches on my brand new car. Wendy and her team were wonderful as expected and ended up saving me an insurance claim. Highly recommend them and will only use them in the future!

They said they would take possibly 5 days they only took day in a half.very decent priced.

Went out of there way to fix the damage that had to be repaired as well as a small dent when didn't have to.needless to say I highly recommend go to this place again.

The staff was exceptionally nice to deal with, even though the insurance company was not so pleasant to deal with. The insurance company delayed the repair by 2 weeks because of red tape garbage, but once the release from them came I had my truck back within a couple days. Fantastic job and i would use them anytime.

The quality of work and service were excellent. Warren was very co-operative and his team did a quality job. Cheryl in the office was great to deal with. I even got my repaired vehicle back early! What's not to like?

My car was brought in for body work on Thursday, December 1,2022 and we did not get the car back until Wednesday, January 11,2023. Every time we asked when the car would be ready, we were told I don't know, we are waiting for a part. At one point, they even said the delay was due to COVID. The staff never provided a straight answer and when they said they would follow up and call us back, they never did. When we finally got the car back, and we expressed how we were not impressed with how long the car took, we were told, "oh, it wasn't the longest. "

The service was great! The repairs were done well and my car came back to me clean and good as new!

I had a great customer experience with Carstar. They had great communication with me throughout the repair process and were able to modify their workload to accommodate my needs (fading a paint job because one side of my roof rack was seized). The work on my bumper and side panel looks like new and I am completely satisfied with the finished product. I felt like the people working at Carstar are invested in providing a top notch customer experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional repair service.

Very happy with the service I received here. Repairs were done quickly and they cleaned the interior and exterior of my car which was a really nice touch. Wendy and Cheryl were both very friendly and knowledgeable and made the process of having to get my car repaired after an accident so much less of a hassle than I thought it would be. When I call up looking to book an appointment, I'm not looking to install an App, or click some sketchy link that doesn't appear to correspond to your company name. I need a replacement window. That's it. Can you provide it or not? If you're not willing to offer an answer over the phone, then I'll go to someone who does.

Fast service and great work removing a dent and scratches on the driver's side of my car. Was nice to have the added touch of getting into a washed and vacuumed car.

Really excellent service. They were very accommodating with my schedule and I barely had to do anything, they took care of it all - including insurance and a rental vehicle! Vehicle came back looking brand new (it looks better than I’ve ever seen it!) and they even cleaned the interior! They threw out my old Starbucks cups! 10/10. Very happy. They went above and beyond.

WOW. This was the easiest and fastest body repair work I have ever experience. I used the online app to submit my damages. A couple of pictures.had an estimate of damages in a couple of hours. I was satisfied so I made arrangements to have them do the body repair work. I had a couple of questions and the front end staff were extremely helpful. Easy to coordinate and work with through my car insurance provider. They were professional, friendly, and expedient. Not only did they do a far superior job compared to my last windshield replacement at their competitor's, but they also cleaned my car, offered a seamless service with a nearby car rental company for a courtesy car (paid for by my insurance), and offered direct billing. Would definitely recommend their service in the future!

A recent repair on several deep scratches at the rear quarter panel of my Dad's car is amazing. It looks completely brand new, as if nothing happened. The service was quick and professional. Highly recommend!

I had my truck worked on by this company after an accident. They were quick and did clean the inside. 2 months later I found that they missed checking if the radiator overflow container was okay. It wasn't. I called and they replaced that, and checked my brakes to give me a quote, even though I said I would get them done soon. Well they gave me a quote, and I checked around and they were the cheapest. So without debate, I got them to change the brakes. The next day my Bessy stalled on the way to work. Called them and the mechanic who put the brakes on enthusiastically told me my alternator was failing and I should get it to them ASAP to have it changed. I opened the hood to find my positive cable had been taken off, bolt left open and black tape was used to hold it to the battery. Needless to say I was very upset, tightened it down and was able to make it to my job on time. The mechanic at the bus shop checked it and tightened it properly. Fast forward 2 more months, and now the brakes are squealing, which was replaced along with rotors 2 months ago by them. I called them today to talk to the manager, and the flip flopping on the phone to lay blame was amazing. I am glad I know my vehicle and know when someone is trying to get me to change my tire air to premium air at the low, low price of 100 bucks. So if you want to be fleeced, flock here. (I didn't take off my own battery cable, and I didn't realize I okayed them to use cheap brakes for 2 months.)

Quality repairs for a good price. I was surprised to see they had detailed the inside of my truck, and gave the outside a good wash. They also managed to get the repairs done in the short time frame quoted.

I can't believe how fast the service was. It took them just a day to fix my car and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Wendy is friendly, nice and knowledgeable about what she do. As a father of 4 I have been a repeat customer to several CARSTAR locations. My most recent incident was not my fault by luck. Dwayne has been great with ensuring the process was explained and the even put on an original bumper when insurance would only pay for an aftermarket one. They did however ask me to pick my car up one day earlier than expected but they cleaned the inside of my car which I neglected for too long! Great job CARSTAR!

I brought in my car to get the front bumper replaced. They took my car in quickly and it took about three days to replace. However when I came to pick it up no one did a review or check with me to make sure the repairs were fine they just asked me to sign without looking at the repairs. When I did inspect the bumper it wasn't aligned with the body of the car and still looked like it was coming off on the right hand side visibly. When I looked at the invoice they used economy parts as opposed to OEM factory parts without asking or checking with me. What I did appreciate though was they cleaned the inside of my car and wiped down everything as well as vacuumed my floor matts which I didn't expect. I just wish I didnt have to come back and it was a one step process as opposed to multi step. Wouldn't be my top pick in the future, would do more research and pick a place with a higher rating.

I brought my car there to secure a loose bumper. I know nothing about car and was thinking that it might cost a hundred dollars or so. Karl greeted me in the breeze way and found out that the bumper was simply just not fastened, and quickly put it back in for me. The whole process literally took 30 seconds at no charge. It was amazing!

I am very impressed with their service and staff. I know this will sound unrealistic but they really fixed my car dent & door guard for free. One of the body shop gave me $300 quote for same fix and they wanted me to leave my car for a day. But Carstar fixed it in 30mins. They made a customer for life. Thank you Dwayne for assisting me.

The gentleman who helped us with the accident quote worked with our insurance company to find out about our deductible, made sure we knew it was waived and was more than willing to help us book the repairs.
