I was hugely impressed by the attention to detail and the plain and simple TLC.
Once upon a time customer service like this was a lot more common. Nice to see some people still remember how to deliver! Wow!

Intact Insurance recommended I use this body shop as part of a no fault accident. Staff were very helpful and patient. I can be quite demanding, and they took my concerns in stride and produced a very good result for me. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the results to my Durango. I highly recommend them.

I could rate them as “never use this business “, I would do it. Please, see pictures attached. That how they painted my car. I called them on July 25 when the paint sarted peeling off and they booked me for July 28 at 4pm. On July 27 I called them to confirm my appointment, they told me that I do not have any. They did not bother to book me. I asked them for an appoint asap to estimate and, finally, they agreed to book me for Friday, July 29 at 8 am. I was at the location at 7: 53 am. The lady said that she can not find find my appointment at all… and sent me to another location. I went to another location and they guess what? They could not find my appointment as well…. So unprofessional. Finally, someone took a look at my car and said they will contact me shortly.
Finally, since July 29 no one contacted me and it is peeling even more than 10 days ago.
Also, the hood they “fixed” does not close properly.
Finally, the manager emailed to me and said that they are going to fix only a patch on my bumper and not the whole thing…. I do not want to come back again and of course would prefer to had everything done properly. So, they booked me for august 16! 11 days from now. ….
Well…. I left my car at this shop in august 16, Tuesday. When I came in to pick it up in august 18, I realized that they did not fix it! I had three major issues and they fixed only one. The answer to my question why they did not fix the other two, the women replied that they forget. That’s ridiculous! And I confirmed with the manager that my car had be fixed completely. So, i still do not have my car. Also, they supposed to pay for my rental car and its insurance. They did not pay and the rental business charged my credit card for a car insurance. Do not use this service!

Poor Quality

My car was damaged rear bumper and trunk door and rear door was not aligned due to unibody bent.
When I ask estimation, the shop an estimator took phot of unibody bent, he agree with unibody bent as well the shop estimate including unibody damage recover was approved insurance company.
When I pickup car, trunk door and rear doors are alignment gap was different between left side and right side.
I told this condition is not acceptable to Cassie Rossen who is store manger. Manger said my eye view is wrong, and the shop don't touch any doors and trunk door. I complained this problem cause of unibody bent. Shop estimator said the unibody bent photo was not correct due to camera angle and unibody is OK. So I ask lift up my car for underbody inspection. The manager said we don't have car lift. How can believe the shop without car lift equipment? Finally a shop technician measured gap of misaligned truck door and rea doors. The shop re do again.
The shop is not ready their quality standard and when I complain quality the shop people are keep deny their responsibility.
When you pickup car from the shop the bring panel gap alignment gauge.

These guys are THE BEST, period. Rebecca and Roxanne excelled with logistics and coordination - they communicated professionally, were always courteous, covered all the details and kept me informed. My rental car was booked and ready to go. Wendy performed the actual work perfectly, completed it ahead of schedule and also included some detailing that wasn't expected. I would definitely recommend Carstar Express to others. Six stars!

I will highly recommend Carstar Express Shawnesy location, i talked to Crystal Lauer production manager regarding my rear bumper that has been rear ended. Just after couple of hours i got my quote, my schedule to drop my car off and rental ready and booked. After 2 days got my car back fixed cleaned and vacuumed, they did a amazing job on the body work and paint. I am amazed of customer service. I highly recomend this location to friends and family.

My car was brought in after someone lane changed into me. The work wasn’t at first completed to my satisfaction but then, they worked hard to make it right. There was regular communication about the timeline and assurances about satisfaction. They even took the opportunity to go above and beyond (i.e, my horsey car has never been so spotless)! Care was also taken to make sure my rental was similar to my vehicle so my lifestyle wasn’t disrupted. Thanks Carstar!
