Had Xpel PPF installed on our new F150 yesterday! Brian and Marrisa were excellent to deal with; job performed flawlessly and at the best price!

I was a contractor at the time but they had a car wash and bbq for a charity and all the employees were very nice to me. It seems like a very tight, caring business.

Our car was in an accident and we brought our car here. After get it back the windows stop working. The car would say no ke detected. When brought back to them they said it was from a window seal leak and not their fault. After visiting a licensed mechanic. We were told they installed the electric module wrong and shorted everything out. They still haven't got the stickers for the door. They got the money to fix it and denied responsibility of a mistake they made. All I got was snide comments when confronting them. All I can say is this is the 2nd bad experience with carstar. I would never suggest them to anyone. I have even talked to other people and they say they have had similar issues with carstar okotoks.

Good customer service and assistance. Knowledgeable staff. Fancy reception area for an auto shop. Has coffee and water station. Best part was that after they fixed the bumper they detailed the inside and outside of the car! Looked so great and was much appreciated and needed Associated with TD Insurance also.

Amazing automotive repair centre. They have incredible customer service and do incredibly good work. I have been using them for years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this place.

I brought my vehicle in for some body damage and some paint touch ups. The work that was done on my truck was exceptional at the time but not even 6 months later the paint job was rusting threw at an accelerated rate because they put 3m on over it. There apparently is life time warranty on the paint job but because it is rust its void. Which I guess is understandable but not clearly stated. There was many excuses as to why its not there issue but when i pulled off the 3m and started picking the paint off with my fingers there was absolutely no signs of rust inhibitor buff marks to try and resolve the rust. Literally just chucked a coat of paint over it and said youd prob have to keep painting it every six months to keep it looking good. Ive had other paint touch ups done and they have not rusted through from other dealers for up to 4 years. If I would have know I was throwing money into a fire pit I would have reconsidered making it look good for minimal amount of time.

Great service! They got even the deepest scratches with a wet sand out of the side of my truck box!

Seeing as getting run into is never fun or convenient, I'll keep that part out of this. Dealing with my insurance company also sucked, but my dealings with carstar was very good.
Started with the estimate of course, and they were busy so it took a few days to get done, but they were professional and went over everything with me. Then because of my insurance company being very slow it took a couple weeks got get the work booked in, but once I got my vehicle dropped off, again they were very professional. Organized me getting a rental without any issues.
There was a bit more of a delay as they found some additional damage once they took my vehicle apart but I would rather wait an additional day and have it down right as opposed to them just patching up what you can't see.
When I picked up my vehicle, it was clean, and the repair looked like nothing ever happened. So that is the goal. No issues and work that looks as good as new.
Worth checking them out 8f someone runs into you. Or if you run into someone. Either way.

Been Bringing all of my vehicles to Carla Cowling at Carstars ever since moving back to Alberta. First class service. She gives 120% to every claim she deals with and has made every claim I’ve had stress free. Never had any issues with any repairs always fixed right the first time and vehicles always come back spotlessly clean.

My 2020 F150 needed some minor body work and I arranged for the work to be done by Carstar in Okotoks. The required work was completed within the quoted time and the quality of the work was excellent. I was very pleased (surprised!) to see my vehicle was returned completely clean and looked like new. Thank you to the staff who worked on my truck as well as to the repair adviser (Carla) and the receptionist (Marissa) who helped on the drop off and pick up of my vehicle. Overall my experience at your location was excellent. Thanks again.

Too bad for me but I had to go in with a third vehicle and Brian and the staff went out of there to make my 2021 Jetta bumper look perfect again after someone rear ended it lightly. Highly recommend as the painters skills is 2nd to none. Flawless matching to the rest of the vehicle

I had my windshield replaced through ICBC as the crack happened while I was under icbc insurance. This was a bit of a challenge to deal with icbc but the folks at Carstar gave me wonderful customer service and got the work done quickly for me.

What an amazing experience I had today with Carstars. I had hit some ice and clips broke off and a body part was dangling. Their Amazing team replaced my clips and put the part back on. Free of charge. I am so grateful. I will definitely use them in the future. Thank you kindly.

Carstar handled my AMI glass claim when my moonroof was shattered. Amazing experience. They went above and beyond! There was a delay on receiving a replacement but they patiently patched everything up until it came in. Highly satisfied with my experience & would definitely recommend them. Thanks guys!

This business goes above and beyond when making sure the customer is happy. I had body repairs to my 2017 Nissan done and while they had
it they detailed the inside, which was very dirty as a smoker owned the vehicle, and I cannot believe how spectacular it now looks. I would highly recommend this company and Carla Cowling for anything you need!

I wish there was an option for 10 stars because CARSTAR would get 10 from me. They exceeded all expectations. I had damage from a deer and they got me in right away. They said it would take about 10-12 business days which was completely reasonable but I had my truck back after 5 business days (Which I was SO happy about). Now let me tell you about the inside of my truck. I have 2 young kids and my truck has not been this clean since the day I bought it. SPOTLESS - AMAZING. Friendly, great job done and there is not a thing I would change. Although I hope the deer stay away from me and I don't need to use them again BUT if I do I would definitely be choosing CARSTAR and recommending them to everyone.

Had my vehicle in for hail damage repair. They did an excellent job, also fixing some paint chips while it was in and applying 3M paint protection, and handled all the correspondence with my insurance company. The team was knowledgeable, helpful, and kept me up to date throughout the process. My car looks as good as new and I appreciate the amazing customer service I received throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Having your vehicle hit is never a good experience, especially when the other driver just leaves. The team at Carstars Okotoks was fantastic! Unbelievably friendly, from reception to coordinators to technicians and the owner. They finished repairs 2 days earlier than expected and even offered to fill a couple stone chips before weather turned and risk of spreading increased.

Brian came out at the end to make sure I was satisfied and knew that all repairs were covered by a great warranty. I would highly recommend them!

Popped in today to have a door ding evaluated, and was looking for an estimate. They snuck my car into the shop and gave it a quick polish, and it looks 95% perfect with just that simple treatment. When I tried to pay they told me no charge, which was unnecessary but very much appreciated. This is my second time at this shop, and both experiences have been excellent. I will definitely use them again.

We are extremely pleased with the repair to the tailgate of our vehicle. It is now in brand new condition. The staff are very professional from providing the estimate, informing as to the repair progress and the final walkthrough. Definitely would go here again

Great customer service. My vehicle was hit by the giant hail storm in 2020. I went to Carstar, they were very busy with a lot of repairs but were very helpful with setting up a rental. They kept providing me with updates as parts were needed to be ordered for my vehicle and it took a while.

Weeks after I received my vehicle back I had noticed a issue with the trim they had replaced. When I went back the service manager Brian came out personally and brought in my vehicle and fixed it.

Customer service goes a long way and this place does that well, I recommend this place.

They did a tremendous job on my truck, after a deer ran into it. They kept me informed by text on how repair was going. Marisa also checked with insurance so I didn’t pay deductible. Truck looks good as new & lifetime warranty. Awesome service.

When an Amazon delivery driver hit my son's car parked on the street, I ran into issues with a different body shop and the insurance company. Long story short, after nearly two months of getting a runaround, I went to Carstar in Okotoks, told them what was going on, and they were able to intervene and get things rolling for me right away. Within no time they were able to get the repairs approved, the car booked in, and fixed much earlier than they had told me. They helped solve a problem situation, did excellent work, and finished ahead of schedule. They really did under promise and over deliver. Professional all around! Highly recommend!

Recently I had a unpleasant, and unsettling run in with a deer. The deer was fine (I think) but unfortunately my car was wrote off. The good side to this accident was my experience at Carstar in Okotoks. Above and beyond customer service. Marisa is a true gem to talk with. She was caring, compassionate and so efficient keeping me up to date on the status of my car and arranging a rental was such a relief after going through the only accident I’ve ever had in my 50+ years. Bryan, Karen and the staff were exceptional and I would highly recommend them. I am a customer for life after this experience with them. They are a 12 out of 10.

Excellent workmanship! Over anything was the detailing done not asked for but part of their service. It's like a new vehicle! Wow. Highly recommended!

Their body work and paint are quite good, the problem is there questionable integrity. The car was fine when brought in but an electrical issue was present when the body work was complete. They claimed it wasn't their fault and I had to pay for it. Also, no explanation for the 3+ km on the odometer.distance from front to back shop is not that far?

Carstar Okotoks is more than just a local body shop. Not only have they been there every time I have needed them; from immediate glass replacement of a shattered rear hatch in the dead of winter to spot touch-up on a vehicle I was selling making it look brand new when other body shops wanted to completely repaint the panel. This is just the customer service that you can expect from them. They also sponsor every big event in town including the soap box derby, the parade and offer every person in town a free burger! On top of that, during Covid they now offer free detailing of vehicles for front line workers. I have never seen another body shop like this and I can vouch for their level of customer service as I will always be returning with my vehicles from years to come. Thank you Carstar for all that you do for not only this town, but your top notch work on vehicles as well.

I come to find after a second opinion that they lied and told me they replaced a part that wasnt replaced. They also left my license plate lights unhooked after their “work”. Stay clear of this place.

I had a wreck which ended in being a write off. But I will say that the staff, especially the receptionist went out of their way to make sure my experience went smoothly and made everything very personable. I gave 4 stars because I did have repairs in the past which started falling apart very shortly.

The customer service was top notch and so friendly. It was fast and efficient. They even detailed my whole vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone! Amazing service!

Carstar Okotoks has done it again. They are so customer service orientated and look after you especially when you're busy. Brought my Escape in for hail damage repairs, picked it up and found that my Escape was detailed and they gave another detail for the another time. So professional I can't say enough about these guys!

This is the best customer service I have received in YEARS! From the initial estimate, to completion. The staff were professional, kind and understanding. They kept me in the "loop" as to where my vehicle was in the stages of completion. It was detailed inside and out upon pick up!

I needed a rental while my vehicle was being repaired, and received a voicemail from the rental agency stating they were expecting me and that they would be at Carstar in the morning of my drop off. The customer service with Enterprise was also above and beyond!

I highly recommend Carstar Okotoks! Special shout out to Marisa for going the extra mile and being so positive!

My husband and I were so impressed with the service we received at CARSTAR in Okotoks. So much so, that we are no longer using the auto body that we once used in Calgary. Nathan and the rest of the staff are so friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. They are in constant contact about the progress being made with repairs, and having the rental company attached to the shop is very convenient. You drop your car, grab your rental and go. It was pretty upsetting when the car my daughter had owned was hit in a parking lot just weeks after we bought it, but Nathan and the team at CARSTAR had it back to us in a timely manner and the work was impeccable. I do not often write reviews but I felt that they deserved one.

This is one of those exceedingly rare businesses these days; they do top shelf work, have amazing customer service, have fair prices, and best of all- they have integrity.

I was quoted a certain amount of money for the job and the amount quoted seemed right to me as far as the parts and labour were concerned. Well, I was quite a happy camper when I went in to pick up my vehicle to find that not only did it look fantastic, but it was significantly cheaper than quoted! They explained that the Tech who was working on the car happened to be able to perform the job quicker than expected; as well as find better pricing on parts than expected.

They could have EASILY not said a word and kept the difference since I would obviously have no clue about it- but they didn't. It's refreshing to see that some people still believe in doing the right thing; even when no
one is looking. That's the sort of thing that not only brings about return business and positive word of mouth advertising, but it brings about good Karma as well.

If you need body work done to your vehicle, this is where you want it done. Highly recommended.

Old fashioned GOOD SERVICE is not dead! It is alive and well at CARSTAR Okotoks! I have had an "encounter with a deer" repair done and now a new windshield installed and both times have been more than satisfied with the staff and the work done. Nathan, Marissa and Joe have been friendly and most helpful and I recommend this repair service to anyone who will listen!

Like any typical man, my truck is my baby. After a minor incident I took my truck to the Okotoks CARSTAR. As soon as I walked in, the front desk staff, Nathan and Marisa, were awesome and made things so easy for me to deal with. The true hero's are guys behind the scene, Josh, and Tim! They made my truck look like brand new. It's clear that these gentlemen take pride in the work they do, and it definitely shows!
