CARSTAR Spruce Grove

So I had significant damage to my truck and had my pick of body shops I could use. I went to another shop originally just to get an estimate and got a run around. Starting looking through reviews from various auto body shops in the area and carstar was highly rated. I phoned them up they got me in for an estimate later that afternoon. I voiced all my concerns and they reassured me that they would look after me. Well 3 weeks later and my truck looks 100%. I couldn't believe how well they matched the paint! Superior craftsmanship at this shop I must say. And to top it off they colour matched some paint for my harley for me at no charge. I highly recommend this body shop if you are on the fence. Great staff and skilled professionals thanks again.

These guys were so good to me! They fixed my car up like new! It'd been cleaned inside and out. Jason took all of my phone calls and was super considerate of my special needs (i didnt have a rental on my insurance policy so i was urging them to do it quickly). The manager was really kind and went above my expectations to get me back on the road in safe and nice lookin vehicle!

I had a great experience working with Jason to get my car fixed after being rear ended. They got me in sooner and cheaper than other auto body shops I got quotes from. Jason always kept me updated with the status of my car and how the process works. I am completely satisfied and drove away with a perfect repair and clean car! 10/10 all around!

Amateurs! They do a half wit job on the body work causing me to have to come back twice! They do the worst job detailing and when they detailed it the second time, they did a worse job and scratched my screens and several trim components. They installed the box cover wrong and didn’t bother to install the front seal. They didn’t even clip the supports into their holders so they’ve been flopping around the box for months. The worst is that they didn’t install the window bumpers so when I just flipped up the cover for the first time, it almost smashed my back window. Now I have to order and pay for parts just so I can use the cover. What a joke! Also, when I picked up the “completed” vehicle for the second time, they parked it next to a snow bank so I had to wade through over a foot of snow to get to the driver door and it was parked against a tree so I had to push the door against a branch to open it…which means they did the exact same thing when they parked it.

I have been to many body shops over the years. These guys do an absolutely amazing job from start to finish and are a pleasure to deal with. I won’t go anywhere else.

So thankful to have brought my car into Carstar and have Jason look after my vehicle through the process. Great customer service and the damaged/scratched panel looks like new. Would not hesitate to bring my car here again. Thank you Carstar Team.

They took time to review our damage and give us an estimate and a time line as to how much time they would need our vehicle to complete the repair. Excellent service all around with this location. I live in Edmonton and have used 2 other body shops previously for other work and my experience at car star spruce grove couldn't even compare. The communication was timely, if they missed my call they'd be sure to call me back fairly quick and kept me updated throughout my vehicle's repair duration. The cost to repair the dent on my Lexus door was far less than the other places i went to as well. Great service, great prices, great results where you couldn't even tell there was ever a dent there, what more can you ask for?
I will gladly travel 45 minutes from Edmonton to this location every time for all my future work knowing that my vehicle will be left with a great team to take care of it.

The pricing is very honest and they delivered the result in a timely and perfect fashion. Well, I really hope there are no more accidents to my car. Excellent service. Great staff who are honest and very helpful. I had a claim for a bumper repair with TD and these guys installed original Toyota parts unlike others who install after market stuff.

Jacob and Jason are doing a great job running their business in the service of customers. Highly professional, honest, and take the time to do a job properly. I was just having a door repainted after I put a bad scratch in it. Once they assessed the job, they called me to confirm scope of work and whether I wanted a dent pulled out that they noticed. The door panel also had a piece of 3M film that had to be replaced in the process and they made sure to let the paint cure fully prior to putting on the film. The paint job looks much better than the factory paint…. Way less orange peel, if any at all. Colour is a perfect match on a 11 year old car. 5 star job!

Fantastic service! I just got my truck back from being in an accident, looks like nothing ever happened! The spruce grove carstars went above and beyond when my truck was in an accident they had it fixed and ready to go within two weeks. Always kept me updated and my truck looked brand new once they were done. They even cleaned the inside for me. Hoping I never have to go back due to another accident but I would definitely bring my vehicle here for any body work or anything else I wanted done. Great work and awesome guys!

Had both front fenders replaced due to being rusted out. They also arranged for vinyl wrap and put flares back on. From start to finish a pleasant experience with Jacob and Jason.
