Purchased a vanity countertop for a a bathroom. The countertop sat Uninstalled for 6 months and was stored on a bed in a spare bedroom. When we went to install the counter top we found a Crack in it. Cascade refused to warranty and tried to blame us. Very disappointed after being so highly recommended by friends of the owners.

They replied promptly to all our questions and made some excellent suggestions regarding the installation, which we were doing ourselves. Cascade replaced the countertops in our kitchen and bathroom some time ago. They have a huge selection to choose from and the customer service was excellent. They were easy to deal with, timelines were kept, the installers were very professional and everything was delivered and installed as promised. The price was excellent and the product has stood the test of time. Would definitely recommend!
