I bought a souvenir in this store today and was very dissatisfied with the service, rudeness and disrespect for the customer! I don't recommend

Shop had clothing for adults that was a bit higher end. The 4 star rating is relative. Its a gift shop. There were lots of Banff branded jackets and themed gifts.
