Took my phone in with issues charging. Vien was able to quickly determine the issue in the charging port. I had tried cleaning the port myself, but there was some grime lodged in there that I couldnt see. Vien cleaned the port out properly and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes.

This place is excellent! I got my phone serviced by Darius. It was fast and easy! I thought I had a problem with my battery, but it turns out the port just needed to be cleaned.

I should have never had my screen replaced here. The wake up function stopped working, for some reason my back camera stopped working.and the touch was off. If you clicked a letter, the screen would select another letter. Store told me they cant do anything about it. Such a waste of money.

I came to Case Mogul and the service was great. Annie was knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend this place for all your phone accessories needs.

This is the most friendly and best cell phone repair I have ever visited. Replaced my cracked screen. Technician understands your request and gets the screen, battery replacement and screen protector installation done efficiently under 45min. Very customer friendly because the first two screens switched had some pressure sensing defects. The screen was changed for free within warranty period due to manufacture defects. Overall, a very outgoing and professional technician. It’s worthy your time and money to keep using your old phone.

Great service, best bang for the money in Calgary for sure. The quality of the parts is outstanding, the service and warranty are excellent too. Annie went the extra mile to ensure the phone was properly repaired, cleaned everything and removed dust particles from the camera, my phone was as good as new when she was done with it!

I never used to drop my phone until I got an iPhone X - typical that I would only ever drop the most expensive things. The back panel shattered more with each tragic fall, to the point where small pieces of glass were falling off. I desperately needed to fix it so I don't cut myself.

Gave it to Annie P.at the Bow Valley Square location and she did such a wonderful job on it within one business day. I dropped it off in the morning and got it back by 4: 30 p.m. My phone looks brand new again (let's hope it stays that way) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CaseMogul to my friends and family. Annie was awesome. She was able to restart my boyfriend, Richard's HTC phone after he had made several attempts. What a life saver! We were far from home and out of the country, so no Verizon store in site. Since he runs his business from his phone, the possibility that the phone was dead could have been devastating but Annie had it working within minutes.

I got the screen fixed on my work phone, and a cover put on my personal phone. I find know how they did it, but they made it so I've phone rang on the other while the first one was in the shop. I thought it was witchcraft, but I guess it's actually pretty easy to do.

I had a phone emergency - my phone would shut down as soon as i tried any app - didn't matter which one. I am leaving on a trip in a few days, and not having a functioning phone was not an option. I was ready to buy a new phone, until i realized i could not transfer the data until my first phone was working. I saw Annie at Case Mogul at Bow Valley Square. I had a very poor experience at CaseMogul. My phone looked and worked great after my display was fixed but 4 months later the display went completely black. I went to the apple store who explained that pieces of my IPhone had been removed like a tag that keeps the battery in place. Not sure how that happened since all they should have done was fix my display. I had to buy a whole new phone. Going forward I will only go to the apple store to get my IPhone fixed. Very disappointed and frustrated.
