I don’t typically leave reviews, but I have to share how great this kiosk is! I visited a bunch of stores within chinook looking for some help/guidance in choosing a few phone cases, not only for me, but for some gifts and casemogul was the only place where i actually found great help. Annika was especially helpful and kind and she helped me choose such cute ones for myself! Everyone there is super helpful and nice as well! Definitely returning if i need anything phone/ipad related!

This place is great. I’ve been coming to casemogul for awhile now for all of my phone repairs and each and every visit they do a great job.

Today I went to casemogul to get my charger port on my phone looked at since it wasn’t working. The two people that was working Ngrane and Annika were kind and very helpful, when I told them about the issue with my phone instead of just taking my phone, giving me a price and making me pay for a repair I wouldn’t have needed, they instead took a look at my phone and told me that the charger port was just dirty so they cleaned it for me and gave me some useful advice to keep my charging port clean so the issue doesn’t happen again and then they send me on my way.
