Went to sell a PC. Everything was fine was about to sign paperwork. Then some supervisor came out of nowhere suddenly telling clerk I was with to pass after we already negotiated a sale. Then they changed the password on my.pc locking it so I was unable to sell elsewhere. Unbelievably bad customer service. Shady as hell.

Every time I go in with high value items or call regarding items I’m either put on hold or told that my items are worth less than they are, The people who are working there lowball everyone and don’t seem to care for their work, definitely not going back anytime soon

Used to work in Wetaskiwin at some of the pawn shops there and I am absolutely appauled at how this store is run. The manager does not keep track of what's going on I had my brand new Nintendo switch I pawned. When I went to pick it up they had sold it.while it was on pawn. Called me two months later to look at a broken colored one to replace it. Terrible place hope the police shut them down soon for illegally putting things out for sale that are not theirs to sell! Its been over a year and I haven't heard anything from them.

Terrible place now a days. Used to be great when shanna was there. Now they rip you off trying to act like they are doing you a favour putting your stuff on lay away. Which your told you have at least 6 months to pay for.then take your stuff within 2 months with no warning and they don’t even tell you it’s gone till you literally goin to pay it out. Disgusting practice and I am not letting this go. I was wrong and they broke their contract. BBB. Will hear about this too.and who ever else that I will be contacting. Plus I put a considerable amount of money down.where is that?

The three ladies who worked today were very courteous and helpful and yes I would go back. Thank you for helping me with the orange ice fishing tent.
