Without contention, the worse customer service ever.
There were ZERO customers in the store when I was there. I walked directly up to the long front counter where there were 5 people behind. I didn't recieve a hello, how can we help you, nothing. I stood in front of them all for 3 or 4 minutes while they chat with each other and laughed and giggled.
I have to assume this is some stupid game they play because I couldn't wrap my head around the fact that there are all these employees and not 1 of them had ANY customer service skills at all, all ignored the only customer in the store, standing directly in front of them until I walked out without word.
This is the first point of contact and it was completely ignored.
Train your kids (and the adults who act like children) otherwise this store will continue to plummet. I most definitely will not return and I will actively inform everyone who will listen. Boo you.

Accepts stolen goods. Don't reccomend. I have been trying to track down stolen laptop and every other pawn shop very helpful this one the lady didn't wanna look or help she was more worried about helping the thief.

Honestly an awful pawn shop.

Overall I’ve had 2 good experiences out of the 20 times I have gone, yes that’s my fault for trying to go there more after being horribly treated. Trying to pay bills by pawning in desperate times is hard, calling - getting a quote - and coming in only to be told that’s wrong, and it’s only worth about 15% of what they told you previously before even looking at the product.

It’s not like I’m trying to pawn a 20 year old broken toaster. I’m trying to pawn power tools, technology, etc that is all relatively new, and worth more than a few trips to starbucks.

They are over excited about their new loans, and have even asked me if its a loan, and then after being told no 3 times, they still put me down for one when I didn’t request it - not knowing till I get a call that the loan date is at an end.

Steer clear of here, and don’t forget to sanitize your hands of this disease.

Good service 2% of the time
. The staff is quite slow at serving customers. They never have enough staff if they do they take their sweet time. Unfortunately, it sad as their turn over rate is so high always new staff are undertrained. I've been coming to this store over 20 years 5 years ago this was the best store and helped more negotiating on pawns this store has gone down so much and most of the staff are rude. Heather is the manager and she's helps when she can but doesn't offer much help when it comes to pawning, they low ball you even if your in a tough situation theor suppose help not make it harder. I don't like leaving a bad review unfortunately this store needs better staff and well trained being more professional and know the price for the market.

Kind of defeats the purpose of going to a pawnshop if I go in to buy a socket set used (which is marked on par with a new one) but they are only doing deals on housewares

It's an ok place for a pawn shop, however they can sell broken items sometimes, so be sure to check out the item before you buy!

The manager with glasses and dark brown hair is so toxic. I'm standing in line watching her dictate to Her workers in front of customers with rude abrasive gestures.

It made me uncomfortable to see the employees being spoken to in that way.

Beside the fact this manager was terrible I asked for help looking at jewelry from another worker. I wanted to see a certain item and because this manager was with another customer and they were looking at items in that cabinet every thing I was told was first dibs to this person who was just window shopping in my opinion. I told the worker to get an item I know what it is and to get it for me so I can purchase.

This manager said no this customer was here first and I said I seen it first I know what it is what I want and I'm paying now. She told me this lady has the option to buy it first.

I think this manager has a superiority complex and thinks she is in the position she can say and do what she wants and feels.

I never shop at pawn shops due to people like this, rude and no sense of professionalism. I will never go back to this location I will not tell people to support this location and I hope this woman isn't here in the near future because she is NOT an asset and more of a liability.

I had a really good experience here. I was given fair prices for my jewelry.

Beth helped me out and she was super friendly, and answered all my questions. Great staff here.

It is no goo with cash back I try send it back. They follow cash back no. It is bad advertise with receipt they say get back before 30 days they should pay me full amount. They say no I force to sell my stuff mine advise don’t buy any stuff with poor advertise it before 3 days it is terrible company watch any salesperson is bad communication

Cash Canada posted the item on Facebook Marketplace. I went in, met the friendly staff, showed them the fb ad, quickly made my purchase and was on my way. The store was well organized and well lit. Not at all what I pictured for a pawn shop. Thanks for the great service.

Yes its nice when your jammed up and they always have stuff to purchase at a reduced price tools phones jewelry to browse. Hours are great too

Cash Canadas customer service has gone really downhill past couple years but these guys are by far the worst. They have pulled my items early one person says something then u get to the store and are told something completely else, they have nothing on the shelves at this location because no one that has been here wants to deal with them again now they have stopped honoring cross store warranty and will make u drive across the province if u bought from a different store to do the warranty which can cost more in gas than the purchase. I advise for people to try pawns on whyte better service better prices

Very professional staff, fair prices, friendly atmosphere. Well informed on their products. In the off chance they don’t have the answer, they are very quick to find it. Their rates for pawns are as good as anywhere else I’ve tried. All of their items that are for sale are competitively priced. I have been a repeat customer for a little over half a year, and every experience has been pleasant. 5/5 will recommend

I would go to pretty much any other pawn shop instead of this place. They dont pay much for anything an sell expensive. That can sometimes be negotiated. I took 1 item they would only give me 50$ for an then took the same item to another place an they gave me 120. With about the same cost to get it back. And this place charges you 0.50cents to use there debit machine. It's a chain store so there all the same. All the people that work there are great tho. So if you have to go there then go.

As always a stellar performance by the millwoods crew! Quick speedy and friendly! Brijesh is a superstar and doesnt waver from the amazing service provided even when hes working solo in a rush of customers. Heather is always a delight with a smile and trains her staff right! ;)

So, my parents were doing some spring cleaning at our house and they decided to get rid of some things that we weren't using. They loaded up the SUV with some tools such as (unused) screwdrivers sets, a saw, power tools, a bike, etc and headed to the closest pawn shop in their neighbourhood. When they got to this store (Cash Canada) they unloaded the items at the direction of an employee. After that, they told them that they needed a receipt for the items they were trying to sell (not many people keep receipts for items lying around in the garage for over 10 years). So, my parents loaded up their SUV again and headed home. Later that night, my Dad receives a call on his cellphone from someone claiming to be a police officer, asking him if he was in possession of stolen goods. Cash Canada clearly does not have the best customer service. My Dad used facebook marketplace and was able to sell some of the items. If you are considering selling or buying your items from this business, please think twice. There are other ways you can buy or sell your goods (which you will get a better price for) such as: facebook marketplace or kijiji. Thank you Cash Canada.

Great service there today. Not very busy. Helped right away. Didnt get the name of the employee that helped me but she was very friendly and helpful with the transaction, as well as helping load a mitre saw with stand into my car. I will be returning just based of her help today.

I bought a nearly new snowblower, with the snow shield for under 400 dollars. Works great! Very friendly people, a lot of great deals.
