Rude sevice for the second time from the same female, not sure of her name older blonde lady wheres red red lipstick

The worst the store ever when I go in there to buy something I don't expect to buy broken damage products like they sold me a controller a PS4 controller it was in a box so it was $40 now it's 15 all sales are final so I bought the controller and brought it home and it didn't even work it was still in the box and took it back and they wouldn't even take it back and replace it for controller that works all sales final so I told him to take the controller and stick it because basically what is it good to me you're selling me a damaged product that I can't use and you're not telling people about it say oh controller is damaged and broken but you're not telling them then when they write it on a little thing there it's it's tiny little letters that you can't even see it no you should not be selling broken damage products at all I do not want to buy damage products and what I'm going there to buy something I expect the work I just spent $190 there picking on my PS4 needed the controller and they sell me a broken controller that doesn't work really what kind of pawn shop does that sells broken products that doesn't work I will never pawn there ever again and I will not buy anything from them again ever

I went in on Sunday to purchase a leatherman wave from the store.

I'm an out of town person as in 8 hours away, I grabbed my receipt and purchased said item, the sales person never tried to upsell me and a protection plan.

I came back in as I noticed the knife part of the leatherman tool was damaged a fair bit, this item should have never been bought or resold with dmg to a blade.

I came back in 3 days after I had purchased it, 3 days not even a week, when I talked to the sales person she said something about a 6 month warranty on products, she did not say I had to purchase it.

I became very upset, that is 100% not a good company to deal with.

A great group of staff very helpful always willing to make a sale happen & good vibes will go extra mile to help their clients out!

I've never used or been to a pawn shop before. And let me tell you it was a great time. Elizabeth is stellar she was extremely helpful and made the experience pretty fun! Highly recommend.

I always been trust cash Canada till today I bought and old iPad 7 for 420$ and when I find out the new version of iPad 9 the newest version is only 429$ So I call the store an d The manager tell me he can’t do nothing about it? So please is any body go there check the prices before buy anything

Well I have an autographed Tom Brady Jersey an they said they weren't interested. Who don't want tom Brady. One of the best if not the best NFL player. Comes with COA too. An still said not interested.

Amazing store with a lot of great items especially items that can become gifts gifts, great staff especially that Josh guy and his boss, to which boss man likes to announce with a Christmas cheer, he should wear a Santa suit. Only suggestion

Shayla is the best customer service rep I ever came across. She went over and beyond to help solve my problem for which I am grateful. Pretty much an empty store! Used to be my go-to place when I needed a couple extra bucks between paydays. Not sure what the deal is now but I'm guessing they have been liquidating some serious overstock since the the fall of man began with this covid B. S.

I have been enjoying the excellent services of Shayla, Josh, and Stephano. It’s real a great guys with an amazing understanding of customers they serve.

Stephano at 118ave cash canada has been the best yet. He has always been professional composed helpfull and always respectfull. Hes got his favorite power couple in his corner.

Most of the staff here are friendly and super chill except for Josh! My mother and I went tonight to pawn my Xbox and we got called up to Josh’s till. The whole time we dealt with him he had a extremely rude entitled tone in his voice and he seemed very condescending. We started to get fed up and straight up told him we didn’t appreciate the way he was talking to us and treating us. After that he told us that he wouldn’t help us and to deal with another worker. We gladly did so!

Saw them kick a homeless man out of a bus shelter by there location on 118av at 4pm today, Its not your job to stop them from being in the shelter what a disgrace to humanity this place is

Do not shop here, I called to inquire about an item and the lady was super rude. She also hung up on me after I asked about the item, not giving me the chance to inquire about other items. If she hates her job that much maybe she should not be working a job the you have to deal with customers. I was intrested in buying a playstation, but I'll now take my money else where. I will recommend to all my friends, family, conworkers, not to go to this location. Bad service and rude employees. I give this ZERO STARS.

Was put on hold for more than 45 minutes so l decided to go to the store price of a phone was $500 when l told them l will buy they changed the price and said it was due to high demand they are very rude never going there again and they are violating covid 19 rules they are allowing 6 people in the store that small

Incredibly rude horrible customer service and way over priced. How do they survive. I would recommend going to cash box on 97 street. Friendly, fair and nice selection!

Great staff and very fair on loans if you need. Also will give you a callback if your pawn is coming to due date. I always use this company very good and trust my belongings will be undamaged. Their layaway program is very flexible with what you can put on items which helps myself with not such big payments. I will normally check in once or twice a week to find an item am looking for. Not too sure how much I have purchased from them but I still have what I did get from there. Check this place out for surprises!

I went into Cash Canada to see what kind of selection they had for sale. I was immediately greeted with a warm smile by Shayla, and asked if I was in need of any help. I told her I was just browsing and she asked if I had any interests and offered her advice on various products that were either new hot items, or older sale items. I asked tough questions which is normal for me because I want to make sure I’m dealing with someone who knows the business. I was pleased with the responses, and felt like I was in a professional environment. I would rate the customer service very high and the exchange rate is good compared to a couple other pawn shops that I’ve been to. Definitely recommend.

She drives a good bargain, but Shayla at this location helped me get exactly what I needed. She was quick and thorough, and really easy to talk to. It made my first pawn shop experience much easier, as I wasn't sure how it all worked. The shop was also clean and well organized, I would be happy to go there again and do business!

Cypryss is an amazing associate! I went in there looking for some headphones and was having some trouble finding some. Cypryss came over to me and was very patient with all of the questions I had. In the end, she got me some fantastic wireless headphones and even helped walk me through how to connect them to my phone and charge them. I definitely recommend going to the Eastwood location and if you get the chance, ask to see Cypryss! Keep up the great work!

I arrived 730 pm they close 8pm.
My turn came. He had me setup my wii to test it. After 30 minutes inline. I set it all up.
Then he said they were closed to take my stuff and leave as i was new customer they had no time to help me.

I dealt with a lovely well spoken lady (Cypress) on the phone today and she helped me with my account promptly and was very pleasant to deal with.

I used to find nice things in good prices there but lately the shop is almost empty and the prices they have are almost the same as buying brand new item from store.

Will tell you BS so they don, t have to work.walked in and was told $20 without them even looking at what model it was and when i asked what models the other pawn for $20 they Dodge the question and said the same as the one i have, THEY DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT WHEN I HAD! Just lazy

Not happy brought in a replica air soft gun worth 200.00 and lady tried to offer me 20$ for it. Ridiculous as it's in perfect condition 20$ offer was not worth it. When it was definitely worth the 60.00$ minimum I asked for.

Clean store. Great staff. Resonable prices on used goods. If you are lucky you can find some great deals on 'like new in box' items. Layaway option is fantastic. I always get the warranty, for %10. Totally worth it on electronics and tools.

The manager of this store is what all managers should be. So willing to help me and listen and totes adorbs.:) A+ Store, recommended for any of their services.

Everytime I want to pawn or sell anything you guys always try buying them from me like $20. And then turn it around for like $500 pretty much what I buy them for you freaking crooks
