I asked for a loan for my laptop I got it now it's not working properly it was working in mint condition when I dropped it off now it's freezes jumping off pages and making me miss spell easy stuff

The clerk named Dalton severely low balls everything that is electronic by about $200 and doesn’t except a digital only PlayStation like you have to be kidding yourself

While I found previous management and employees to be great, recently things have shifted. I had one guy split my pawn into two without me asking, another person tell me I has 3 days left on my pawn when it was actually being pulled, and generally I find staff spend more time talking to one another about random things than to the customer.

Regardless, they do their job and you get the service you need, albeit sometimes slowly, so 3 stars it is. I will be trying another location in the future to see if things are better elsewhere.

Went there to sell a chain, was “greeted” by a dark haired woman working she was impolite from the start. Told her i was looking to sell and chain and she asked me whether i wanted it priced or to sell. I confirmed i would like to sell the chain and before i even brought it out she said she wouldn't offer more than $5 and said it was worth nothing, She never looked at my chain. It remained in the bag. Overall very rude woman and will not be recommending this shop to anyone and will not be back.

I had to pawn my ps5, and some other things, to help cover moving costs. Jason & his team took such good care of me and my items. 10/10 will only ever go to this location. The prices were fair and the staff was amazing

The customer service is poor. It's hard to rate pawnshops as is with the high interest loans, low balling people's property, convincing people to put 10% down on garbage they can't sell because of zero sales skill. They also buy/sell broken items. Great place to offload some trash noone else would buy cause they luander money so. It's worth it for them.

I came in to get a quote on a computer in the store, one of the employees (aaron) I spoke to was disrespectful and ignorant. He belittled me and treated me as if I was on drugs. I think the customer service in this place could use some work; I will make sure my friends know not to do business here.

I purchased a $40 keyboard from this location and brought it home only to find out there was a hardware issue with it. The Microsoft representative I spoke with for over an hour told me it was not fixable and that I should return it. I called this Cash Canada to let them know they sold me a broken item and they let me know that it was "final sale" AFTER I purchased it. I was not told I could not return it, I was not told it was final sale. I am an unemployed student. This is unacceptable

I have never been treated so badly by anyone in customer service as I was yesterday. 2 staff members, male was great, the female treated me like a second class citizen. You are not on Pawn Stars lady! I was a regular customer as of yesterday, they will never see my money again.

I would definately recommend the Oliver store of cash Canada they always try to find the best offer they can for my stuff whether it's on pawn or not I use the pawn option 98% of the time and it has never been a disappointing experience the only thing I wish would have been different was the loss of my layaway funds I payed almost 600 dollars and I was stuck in b.c. Up a mountain @2300 ft and had no internet access the store did make every effort to contact me that is what one of the clerk's said but it would be nice if the money was returned if you default and you just lose the item it will be sold to someone else. Because I am left with this really left with this feeling that they just took my money because they sold it right away and still kept my money seems like robbery right any where store and some staff are excellent

The service I received at this location 124st 107 Ave has always been very professional and pleasant the merchandise is great I'm always interested in purchasing when ever I have the opportunity.

Ive going to this location for some time and the one that has been very helpful in times of need or when i really needed help
REBCCA was/is always there to help.
I cant even say how many times she was there for me when some of my things were on layaway and got sold on me and she helped me in another way of recovering what i put towards what i lost, on something else.
If i had to choose i would recommend this Cash Canada to all my friends and family!
