We didn’t end up selling our property, however we did reach out to this company for an offer and they were and prompt and professional in their service. When we decide to sell in the future, we will reach out again.

Since my original review, the team at Cashyn have conducted a substantial team overhaul. This change resulted in the company to reach out with the hope of rectifying my previous negative experience.

I am happy to say that my second experience with this company was much better than the first. I would potentially recommend this company for those who wish to sell their home quickly and with reduced complications or hidden costs than what may be expected with going 'to market'.

I would also encourage those who wish to sell their house through this type of business ensure they have a general understanding of the worth of their house through an unbiased appraisal prior to accepting any offer. Ensure that you advocate for yourself, as selling a house is not a miniscule endeavor.
