Castle Mountain Gas Station

Do not risk your vacation and avoid booking here. After a long flight and 2 hours driving, we arrived and they didn't respect our reservation. We will never come back for sure.

Gas station that saved my day, drove from Jasper to Banff but forgot to fill up my tank before the trip and didn't have enough to reach Banff. Just is not visible from the road.

Very friendly clerk, I had a couple of questions, and he was happy to help out. We were able to get the information we needed and were back on the road in no time. Due to a lack of prior knowledge and lack of cell service, he even let use briefly use the wifi for the Chalets.

Overall, it was a very nice experience, even if we ended up not needing to buy anything.

Sign and Goole say open till 8: 30 pm on Fridays. It's 6: 30 pm and not a soul in sight. I waited for 30 minutes. Gas light is on. Might have to sleep in the car. Thanks.

Cashier is so rude and disrespectful.
I feel she was racist, she was forcing my husband to do more gas for our car while we didn’t need it.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. They ripped us off and are refusing to even look into it. In the last two weeks we have gone into the store, emailed and called multiple times. These guys have taken our money that they are not entitled to. The fuel might be cheap, but its not worth it. Trust me.

Very nice and clean place. We had tried to stop at I believe Johnston cabins and cafe, but they charged you parking to eat at their cafe. They also have a lot of different trails to hike on, so i understand the charge. But Castle Mountain gas station did not they had a nice selection/variety of food. They have clean washrooms, and picnic tables to use. And gorgeous views.

Great stop along the Parkway for snacks and necessities! The staff are always friendly and welcoming even if it's just for a bathroom break.

Parked nearby for our bike ride to Lake Louise and back. Store is stocked for nearby campers and folks staying in cabins. They have a good amount of traffic for snacks and drinks, but the gas is out of order. Staff at the front were helpful.
