If an appointment is delayed by 15-20 minutes I think it would be appropriate to tell someone when they check in on time. That way a patient could wait in their car rather than in a waiting room. Doctors being behind schedule is common practice but allowing the option of waiting alone rather than risk getting sick in the waiting room for 15-20 or more minutes should be common courtesy.

I had a doctor's Appt today, I was greeted by a wonderful young lady her name was Mariah. I can't say enough great things about this clinic Mariah gets 10 out of 10 from me. What a breathe of fresh air when you get fabulous service I want to let everyone know. I would recommend this clinic to all, Mariah if I had a list to check off I think you covered every area with flying colours when providing wonderful service.

The staff and the medical staff exemplify high standards of patient care. Dr Pathan is the best doctor around. To provide a very holistic approach including Physiotherapy and chiropractor services led by Dr. Ramadan, who showcases a high level of care and takes the time to explain the body mechanics and treatment.

No longer patient, pill pushers and very rude doctors. Telling me not to waste their time if you don’t take pills when I asked for an alternative to mild case of anxiety. I switched clinics, got referral to free classes with primary care, took it for 1.5 years and feel fantastic…no pills.

This clinic is awesome, I always receive good service.
The staff is friendly, attentive to patients needs and they are very proactive with my treatments.

Nice place. Didn't have to wait long. Dr was very friendly and helpful. My #1 family doctor. My old one had to quit, thanks to the UPC cutting the doctor's wages.

Best clinic I've ever been to. Dr. Nadeem Ali is amazing, took the time to explain things to me and go over results which my previous doctor did not do for me. Very impressed. First time I felt like a clinic actually cared about my health. The pharmacy is great too, fast service and very helpful.

Not happy that you don’t get a call back for a couple of days and you can never get the receptionist to answer your call.

Great medical office, a wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Aarif Pathan taking the time to go over the diagnosis clearly. He is also kind and friendly. My family and I have been extremely lucky to find such a compassionate, knowledgeable, family Physician.

Dr Hochaimi is super cool. I went from tons of chronic pain at the beginning of the summer to wakeboarding and I feel great now! Definitely recommend

The FILIPINA receptionist was unprofessional, a little kindness won't hurt, and her phone ethics doesn't suit her job.

Called in to ask for a doctor's note from Dr. Bibi or any available doctor. She said she will call me back for an appointment next week. A doctor's note doesn't require a week of appointment to get it she should know better than that.

The doctors here are always so nice and helpful. They really listen to your concerns with empathy.

Our family doctor is Dr. Howard Yan and is very courteous and professional, very accommodating, and polite in answering questions. Generally, gives us good advice on taking good care of our health.

Their receptionist very friendly and professional; however, I find it very tedious when it comes to telephone booking or contacting them as they do not have direct lines. Their telephone connecting options are long and a bit confusing as there was a skip in the number series. So, you need to listen very carefully to get it the first time because if you did not, you might have to repeat listening again on the teleprompter. You usually wait at least 3 minutes before you can get connected to his receptionist and then be put on hold again for another 5 minutes or more depending on your waiting line.

I would probably give them a 5* if they have given me an option to give me a call back or stay on the line and not to be force to stay on the line and to wait for the receptionist to finish talking with another client.

Only thing I take issue with is that the Dr I’ve had for 25 years can’t do my pap anymore. Has to be the lady Dr. I understand the predominant culture in the facility but my Dr is my Dr.
Pharmacy closed on weekends. Very personable staff all in all.

If you want a all business type of dr he’s your guy.
He’s extremely thorough and on top of things I like that in a dr he’s serious and to the point.
He’s a great dr he’s also my wife’s dr and my daughters dr.
The office itself is clean and modern looking.
In the waiting room there’s a nice big tv for the kids the staff is super friendly and helpful.

The one thing I wish they had is after hours drs so you can call and a dr calls you back my old drs office has that it’s nice to have

Dr Buchner is the best! Even my oldest son only feels comfortable with him. Great doctor, he listens.

My 12 yr old son was injured from a bike fall. He walked with an obvious change in his gait and had hip and leg pain. No broken bones but needed help as doctors couldn’t do much. With the chiropractic expertise of Dr. Hochaimi and the skilled treatments of physiotherapist Deepti they worked on him with great care and dedication as well as teaching me invaluable coaching tools along the way. He regained his strength, corrected his walk and no longer has any pain at all. Forever grateful for this incredible team!

I go in with back pain I come out feeling 10 years younger! What a relief. I strongly recommend everyone that’s in the construction field (your body takes a beating being physical all the time) to go see Dr Ramadan Hochaimi. You don’t know what your missing till your out of the first appointment, then you’ll know!

Dr. Bibi is the most wonderful doctor - patient, kind, to the point and genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to answer questions, listen to any concerns and make plans.

The doctor (Arif Pathan) is exceptional. The sitting area is comfortable and children films on TV, which made my visit pleasurable.

Dr Bibi and Dr Baton are amazing they the time and listen, and go the extra mile to ensure your health is takin care of.

After years of searching I finnaly found a doctor I trust and get along with. Dr. Yan is the man!

Also a great clinic that has multiple specialties, Dr Daas, great Phyciatrist, he helped find lingering mental illnesses every other Dr couldn't find.

They have other specialties as well.
It's a very compact clinic.

Dr. Aarif Pathan is unlike most family physicians as he possesses the diagnostic knowledge, experience, skill BUT more importantly he actually cares about his patients. Compassion is what sets Dr. Pathan apart.

Amazing facility all the doctors are awesome, and the Rehab clinic is simply the best in the city, I seen Dr R. Houcheimi and Physiotherapist Taha Deeb for a bad back injury and I was up and running in no time.
