The laziest staff are working the front. They never answer phone calls (literally tried 5+ times in one day and nothing…). They’re truly just ignorant and uneducated. I will never recommend Dr. Gupta to anyone. I’ve been trying to talk to her about mental health for over a year and she won’t take me seriously, won’t even entertain the conversation.

Receptionist never answer the phone when trying to book an appointment. It's not the first time this has happened to me or family members. Leave voicemail with my details to get a call back and that doesn't even happen either. How are we as patients suppose to book important doctor appointments if the phone is never answered, receptionist don't do there job properly.

Very unprofessional, they only care about money. Dr charu refused to meet us because we won’t pay her money. Very disappointing.

The staff was really helpful, and I think it is a good thing that even though it’s busy they are managing well.

I had an appointment booked for 10am. At 946 they called to confirm. I arrive 10 minutes later. Another gentleman had been waiting and went to ask if the doctor had forgotten about him (red flag #1) They said no she had to leave she will be back in half an hour. They did not tell me this when I checked in. Over half an hour goes by and I ask if she is actually coming back. They said they don't know when. I said I wish you would have told me on the phone she wasn't even there so I could have come in later. I have Fibromyalgia and was having a pain flair up and had my 1 year old with me so I was not okay sitting there, nor was my baby. I asked if they could call the doctor to see if she would be long and they said they don't have her phone number. They had also double booked patients even though there is only 1 doctor on staff. She finally showed up over an hour later with a very insincere apology. My appointment then felt very rushed. I needed medications and she was asking me what dosages I wanted, it's not my job to prescribe myself. A couple months ago I also had a pap test done and it was by far the worst and roughest exam I have ever had. Patient care is severely lacking here. To be fair, the poor front desk staff seemed as lost and confused as the patients were and it's unfortunate that they were put in such a horrible position today. I won't be going back here.

Dr Gupta is amazing and so far has treated me very well. I like that they take walkins as well as appointments
