Always good service at Catwalk. Went for a brow & eyelash tint $40, mine are thinning so it didn’t help too much.

Great place to go great atmosphere cute kitty cats. I always get my nails done by Kaylee she's one of the best. Nicole's really great at doing my hair always turns out phenomenal.

Great place to get your hair done for all ages! They do a great job everytime.the staff are wonderful to work with! I have always seen Katrina she's wonderful ive never had a issue a great conversation and amazing cut.

First place I went when I moved to Lethbridge 6 years ago and was so pleased with the friendly staff and haircuts, I continue going back. Joanne is awesome!

I highly recommend Sunita, she was extremely professional and took her time with my hair. I'm really happy with how it turned out and I'm glad I got someone who gave me options and suggestions on colours I was looking for a completely different look and she delivered.she was really friendly and next time i get my hair done i will definitely book with her again!

I visited this place a few times.
I had paid a lot of money for a colour that faded out just 3 days later - I was extremely disappointed with how it had turned out as well. I tried to speak with the manager, but she was was not willing to make the situation right. Looking at some other negative comments, and the owner's replies to them, just confirms my feelings about the salon.

Another time I had visited this salon, the hair dresser working on me passed me the blow dryer and made me dry my own hair. Again, I could have done that myself and saved 200 dollars. When I go to a salon for my hair, I expect someone else to work on it, as that is what I have paid for.

Another time I had gone, my male hairdresser was discussing topless waterparks with me, and this made me feel quite awkward. That was not exactly the kind of conversation I wanted to be having during my service.

Steer clear - there are other wonderful, responsible salons in the area that will correct a botched service if it occurs, and will treat you far more respectfully.

I’ve hopped from salon to salon in Lethbridge, and going to Catwalk was the best experience i’ve had so far. Katrina was amazing and did an incredible job at cutting and colouring my hair, I gave her a general idea of what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I imagined. This is the most confident i’ve felt after a cut and colour, I think ever! The rest of the staff are so friendly and were so excited and supportive when I chopped off as much hair as I did. Salon was clean and well organized, and overall I had an incredible experience. It was very fairly priced for the service I received as well. I will definitely be back, and highly recommend this salon to those who haven’t been before!

Quite literally the best pedicure I've ever had. Massage, sugar scrub, paraffin wax. This place was a little piece of heaven. Front of house staff friendly and hospitable. Will be back again.

I had an appointment with Lance for a hair cut and I asked for a hair tattoo as well. He exceed my expectations with both the hair cut and hair tattoo. He is a great barber for men to go to and is one the best people in Lethbridge that I've found that can do a really good hair tattoo for just about any person. Would recommend seeing him for any one looking for a great hair cut. If you want a hair tattoo I would definitely recommend going to see him first before anyone else.

I've been going to catwalk for about a year now, kinley is the one who does my hair and he does an amazing job, he's super friendly and great at giving suggestions, listening to anything you want done. 5/5. The salon in general is amazingly run with great staff who are also super friendly!

Booked a hair cut quickly over the phone. Everyone was super friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxing! My hair looks great! They have spa services I'm looking forward to getting as well.

Not impressed my sister went to your salon and was charged 400 for a hack job and the tint was only 3/4 of the way up her hair. Her hair was not even at her roots not only that but the cut was uneven the roots in the back were still yellow

Catwalk is so friendly and always does a good job! The last two times I've come in looking like a mess and I've said "fix me" and I walk out looking like a million bucks! I fully trust Shayla and love the amazing atmosphere of the place.

They were very rude over the phone. I booked my appointment online (where i was never asked for a deposit) but they left me a very angry voicemail complaining that the deposit had not been paid.

Catwalk is such a VIBE! Jessica and Kailey did our pedicures and nails and couldn't be better. The whole salon is so much fun and full of energy!

We brought our son in to get his hair cut by Lance as we have heard great things about him. He did an excellent job, and is very skilled. You can tell he truly loves what he does as he was full of smiles, patience, and positivity.

Lance was very calm with our 3 year old. We really appreciated how he took the time to interact with him. He complimented him, and filled him with self confidence.

Within the short 15 minutes we were at the salon, we were offered chairs by 3-4 different staff members as we watched the haircut. The staff are beyond attentive.

In the past, we have struggled to find a hairstylist, or barber who really excels in fading without the end result looking choppy. The end result with Lance flows perfectly, he is incredibly skilled.

Our experience at Catwalk was everything you could ask for; a high quality haircut, and high quality customer service. We will definitely be back.

Awesome salon and the only place I will send my fiancé for a haircut! He loves the staff and has never left with a bad cut!

I came in about a month ago for a consultation looking to go from around a level 5/6 red to my natural level 7/8 blonde. I was quoted $200-$250, and was told it would be achievable in one sitting. I worked at chatters as a front desk girl so I know red hair is difficult to turn to blonde, but I knew Lindsay had years of experience and if she said she could do it in one sitting then that was fantastic. I went in for my appt and she did the colour removal as well as a full head of foils and balayage, and it turned out to not be even remotely close to what I wanted. It was still red and the ends look like a mucky brown/red instead of the warm blonde I was promised. I told her I didnt love it but she said come back in a week for a toner to get the red out, which everything we did the other day, as promised, shouldve been enough to achieve the desired look. The total (with tip, because she spent 4 hours on my hair and I dont believe in not tipping) was $340. Thats way too much money to come out not even remotely resembling what I was looking for or told I would get. When I spoke to the manager she told me in a roundabout way that because I worked at chatters I shouldve known better than to expect to go from red to blonde in one sitting. Im not a hair stylist, so when someone tells me its achievable I will believe them. She said lindsay will do more highlights and toning but I know that will not get me the desired look that I was told I would get or paid for. 340 is way too much money to have spent on what the finished product looks like. Especially when I know there are salons that charge half that for the exact same results. I am so unhappy with the results and the way that I was made to feel that I genuinely did not even want to come back to have Lindsay attempt to fix it. She knew when I left that I was unhappy, and I nearly cried. I told her that I thought the roots were way too dark when she was colouring it and she assured me that it would be way lighter when it was rinsed out and dried. I went back and it was hardly fixed and I tried calling to talk to Levi about rectifying the situation and was told Levi doesnt deal with people on the phone. So the girl on the phone spoke with Levi, Joanne and Lindsay and said they wont do anything further. Im mortified with how my hair turned out and the damage done to the ends that I will never recommend Catwalk to anyone. The pics are what I was promised vs what I walked out with.

I love the employees here but I went in & spent around $80 on a haircut, I really liked it at first because it was curled super pretty bit once I washed & blew out my hair like usual it looked exactly the same as it did before it went in I'd day maybe an inch & a half was cut off & maybe 2 off my bangs. I shows a reference picture & looking at the picture now compared to my hair after the cut my bangs are 4-5 inches to long still. I'm so upset over spending this amount of money for my hair to look literally the exact same.

I've been going to Catwalk for almost a decade now and am always greeted with kindness, love and friendship. The haircut and colour by Tyson are a bonus:)

While I was getting my nails done the nail techs - I believe it was Kaylee &Jessica - went above and beyond and helped keep my 5 month old daughter entertain in between coats of polish. Lance is amazing. A very experienced hairdresser who knows how to give his clients a great experience start to finish. He has gone above and beyond offering facial hair trimmings with his haircut for me and making sure he understands exactly what I want.

Christa Campbell was my stylestband my hair looks abd feels amazing! She is a true colour specialist, turning my black hair blonde without frying it (others have!). Would highly recommend her.
Jessica Campbell does my nails and pedicures and she is amazing. My nails never fall off and the aren't thick and awkward. Both of these ladies are fantastic

I got a microdermabrasion done by Melissa! She was super sweet and even gave me some skincare tips I can add to my routine to help with my skin goals. The treatment was so relaxing and my skin is feeling amazing. Definitely will be going back!

I was appalled at the final product for my nails. My nails were cut jagged, not filed, and painted unevenly. They were so bad when I left that I had to file my own nails when I got home so they won’t catch on anything. This was supposed to be a special occasion gift and I can’t believe we had to pay for the job we got. I will be telling everyone I know to look anywhere else for this service. Very disappointed.

I adore Catwalk salon and spa for all my hair, pedicure, manicure and quality body products. It is an amazing atmosphere. The salon is gorgeous from top to bottom. I was in awe of the physical beauty of the space. When my mom was nervous about post covid conditions the stylist masked and eased her anxiety. I was also warmly greeted and the professionalism of stylists are phenomenal! When I've needed a last minute hair appointment they have been above and beyond about accomodating. I love this salon. My entire family enjoys their time here. It may be the Catwalk but they provided water for my puppy.

Catwalk spa is amazing! I got the most amazing treatment in such an amazing atmosphere! I got the sapphire body message and OHMYGOSH Im literally glowing and the the conversation with Tiffany during made me feel right at home. And I got my nails done by Jessica and I can not be happier with the results; and again great conversation. Watching everyone while getting my nails done was so wonderful! I would recommend this place to everyone who's looking for a nice, warm, happy Environment! Great working culture. Love them!

I loved it went for a mani pedi facial and massage. They left me glowing and feeling great about myself. Would recommend that more guys need to treat themselves.

Catwalk is the best salon in town by far. If you want to get the best service and leave looking as good as you possibly can then these are your people. All of the staff is good looking and fun and by the end of your visit you will be good looking and fun as well.

I had a fantastic first experience here. I have finicky hair- very fine. I needed a hairdresser that would be confident and competent with fine hair and was matched beautifully to Brandon. He was awesome and is now my go to guy for cut and color. Also this salon has a luxurious and warm ambience, and chatty happy staff who enthusiastically welcome you upon arrival. A great place to be while getting spruced up!

What a nice salon. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I went with girlfriends for a pedicure and we all left very happy. The staff work hard to create a Covid-safe environment for their guests. I highly recommend this place, and ask you to please show your support for the staff's well-being and wear a mask.

I should have contacted them myself instead of putting a public review. My apologies for that. Had a bad hair experience somewhere else and Catwalk salon was was recommended to me by a friend. Called for help with trying to fix my bad haircut and they got me in right away. Everyone there was so friendly and Brandon did his best to make my hair look decent. He definitely made me feel a little more confident and made my bad hair look better. Will definitely go there again!

This is a horrible place, the haircuts were horrible and when I wanted a refund they absolutely refused me a refund, the manager was very unprofessional and disrespectful as well as the employes. This place needs to be shut down and discontinued!

I've had the same stylist Shaela M.since 2017 and she does exceptional work. She has an amazing skill set, which has allowed me to play with colour and I always leave the salon feeling my best.

I can't praise this salon enough. Their customer service is A+ and their stylists are incredibly talented. I always leave Catwalk looking and feeling better than when I went in. Can't recommend them enough!

Best salon in Lethbridge by far, front end staff is incredible and will serve you beverages while you wait. Having a beer or energy drink while you wait is great. The staff really cares about you here and will make you look better than you thought possible. I recommend this salon to my family and several frequent it regularly.

I have never left this salon disappointed. The stylists are on trend and very talented. They do the best cut, colour, highlights and layering. The luxury spa facial is so relaxing and made my face feel like silk afterwards. The gel nail technicians did my nails perfectly. This salon is awesome.

I had stylist Lacey for doing my haircut. She did an amazing job with my hair. She was so friendly, asked me what I like to do with my hair, gave me suggestions and I loved how my hair looked at the end. Its the best haircut I had in years. I would suggest this salon to my every friends. Best place ever I had my haircut. Would go back there for sure. They have excellent customer service!

The service and atmosphere is excellent but I don't like the way they price. I wish it was more up front. They list women's cuts as $50+ but no one ever tells you what the final price will be until you're at the register. My haircut cost $73.50 today but I have no idea what the extra charge is from, I had a cut and wash, the total time was one hour. Anyways everyone there is lovely but I think I'll be going elsewhere, I do find this a bit stressful.

I recommend kaylee for getting your makeup done she is so sweet and when above and beyond, got my makeup done for grad photos and they turned out amazing. I also got complaints all day on my makeup. Also got my hair done my lindsay and she did fantastic my curls look stunning in my grad photos. She is so friendly and fun to talk to.

Martha has done my nails twice now and I plan to continue to see her. I bite my nails and am prone to ruining many a nail tech’s wonderful work if I find even a hint of lifting by picking at them. Both times she has done such fantastic work that they’ve lasted even the rigorous test of being attached to me! Not only that, she is kind and personable and very attentive to your potential needs as a client. Thanks to her fantastic work I have self confidence in my nails instead of being embarrassed by my hands. Also special thanks to the gals who help me out at the front desk, I always feel welcome even if I’m not a typical salon client by appearance.

Catwalk is a large city quality salon in a smaller city with very reasonable prices, I will continue to come here until it is prohibitively expensive to do so.
