We were excited to try pedicure in the spa.unfortunately the lady kicked us out saying that we are closed and you need to leave right now otherwise she will be in trouble with no explanation!
The spa was open till 9 and it was 6.these is unprofessional at all to treat clients rudely
I was so excited to try it but now I will never go there for sure.this is unfortunate!

We first time visited today and the girl she was sooo soooo rude we saw the signs says 9 am to 9 pm so we walk in door was open and we even ask one guy cleaner I guess that was a mistake and she was rude to the poor cleaning guy who let us in thats not professional and so ruuude!

I have been coming to this amazing business and have seen Edyta in the spa for over 20 years. She is professional, kind and has the most amazing attention to detail. My OPI gel Polish and manicure are perfect.

As a mixed gal with curly hair, getting a hair cut isn’t always easy. Definitely have some trust issues. But I had a 5-star experience with Brandi today. I’m so so so pleased with the cut. Brandi listened to what I wanted, gave honest advice to get the best results, then skillfully delivered a stellar cut. And I didn’t have to book months in advance as you sometimes do with some curly hair experts. If you’re looking for a curly hair stylist, Brandi is the one!

Also have to give kudos to Jenny who gave my mom an incredible cut and style today as well.

And thank you to the very friendly and attentive staff at the front. 5 stars and two enthusiastic thumbs up all around.

I loved my haircut with Kate. The whole staff was very friendly and I love that numerous services are available in one place.

CaVaBien is a wonderful place - the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful, the quality of service is excellent, and there is a great selection of hair products. You are truly made to feel pampered - highly recommend!

I got my hair cut from Maddie and it’s one of the best I’ve ever had! She continued checking in and asking me what I wanted, and was very detail-oriented. The studio is great and the staff are very friendly. I recommend this studio.

I just wanted to shout out Maddie at Ca Va Bien. It was my first time seeing her last week and I couldn't be happier with my cut and colour. Also a really pleasant experience in the salon - will definitely be going back to her!

I am BLOWN AWAY from the service, staff and experience at Cavabien! Lynette was who I saw for filler. She is so kind, very detailed oriented and truly knows her stuff! I think my exact words were “I trust you, HIT ME WITH IT! ”
I appreciated the knowledge she shared, I felt so cared for right from walking in the doors to leaving!
I previously used another salon but will be switching all of my filler/Botox/ spa needs to Cavabien! I’ve already told all my girlfriends that we are planning a spa day at Cavabien!

Had an amazing experience at this salon! Beautiful atmosphere, everyone was so kind, and I received a great hair cut by Danielle. Would definitely recommend!

I had Maria for a massage and she was amazing. I was a little shocked at the price and then tip on top for a therapeutic massage but it was needed and she was great. Not too talkative, which I love and really worked the knots and areas of tension. You could tell she knew what she was doing. Because of price, I will probably go elsewhere but maybe treat myself once or twice a year.

Just want to start of by saying I had a great experience here, I think it all starts off at the front desk everytime I’ve come in the receptionist Taylor has always been working, I get greeted so kindly & always has a big smile on her face, very nice to walk into!
I’ve got my massages done from Kristy it’s taken me along time to find a good masseuse but I’m glad I’ve finally found her! I’ve also got some men’s haircuts from Jill again always smiling & happy, easy to talk to & to top it off did a great job! 5stars will be returning & recommending people!

I have been a customer for 20 years. I guess that says it all. Always friendly, always good value for money. They retain their stylists for a long time and that speaks to the positive culture they have developed. Thank you Cassey and the team.

Danielle did such an amazing job bringing my blonde hair back to life. I had previously been going to a different salon, although the last time I had got my hair done I could barely notice a difference with the colour. After my consult with Danielle I was very reassured about the process, she was very informative and explained everything very clearly as I'm not an expert in hair. After my first appointment she brightened it up tremendously, my hair looks amazing and it doesn't feel nearly as dry or dead as usual after getting it lightened! I am so thankful for finding Danielle and will now be switching over to ÇaVaBien for all my haircuts/colour. Thank you!

I had a massage treatment for my V-day with Kristy, and she was awesome! I think she did everything to feel me comfortable and relax. I am a new mom so I didn't know what she will be able to do to help me, because I have pain everywhere on my body, from head to toe, and finally she treated my muscles and gave me some advises for my routine day.
To be honest, I already had massage therapy in Calgary, more expensive and less good, so far.
Today, I booked my 2nd appointment and I cannot wait to see her again!
About the spa, I liked staying in the steam room, I was alone, lucky me, everything was clean, people were gentle, and I appreciate that everyone was talking softly, not whispering but almost, like that, I have not been disturbed during my relaxation.

Love the fact that I can go for a steam in their private (separate mens and women) steam rooms prior to my massage. Adds the the relaxation and allows for an even better massage!

Quiet and Clean environment. Stylists are able to work wonders with your hair. The upstairs spa is a relaxing and a much needed break from the business of Calgary. Excellent value for the price you pay.

Highly recommend their day spa services. It's a very relaxing environment and reasonable prices.

I got a mani pedi done here today and the lady doing my nails was a super sweet woman! However I was left with cut up cuticles and goopy nail polish! It looks like i was attacked by a kitten! She acknowledged the expired nail polish but continued to apply the nail polish as it was already the shade she had put on my toes. For $52 for a manicure I suggest you go somewhere else. Unhappy with the cuts and unprofessional paint job: (

response: I had a coupon for the pedicure and 20% off code for the manicure bring the original price down to $40.50. I am talking about your price for a manicure is not worth it for cut cuticles and goopy polish. Nail polish can go bad, like i said it was goopy.

I've just finished my day spa with them which included a massage and a mani pedi. I cannot highly recommend them enough! Their services were amazing but what managed to top that was their customer service, outstanding.
I'm booked in for my first haircut with them on Friday (nervous client!) And I'm hoping for the same kind of experience.

I absolutely love going here to see girl Katie! She is incredibly talented and one of the kindest girls I know! She makes every appointment relaxing, comforting and always full of laughs! HIGHLY recommended!

Such an awesome spot to go for a massage, or have a spa day for yourself, or you and some friends. Very relaxing! I have not used their hair salon side but I've only seen very happy faces in there when I've been there.

This place is a nice place and has a good selection of products. I have been buying products there for a long time but was quite unimpressed today when I was forced to give them my phone number in order to be allowed to buy a hair product. I had no opt out option and had to provide the information even though I did not want to. Seems unfair and unreasonable.

To clarify.the person at the front was very kind and explained the policy. I understand this helps CaVaBien with their sales and allows them to help customers. HOWEVER, if I do not want to give them my personal information I should have that option. I should not be forced to give up information to support their business.

I have been going to see Marny at Cava Bien for years and years and she is incredible. I have recommended her to so many girlfriends and now we all see her. Great salon, friendly staff, even though it's a drive for me, I'm always happy to make the trek to see Marny!

Excellent service every time. I go to both the hair salon and the spa, and I have always received an excellent service and care. Every hair appointment I have, Marny makes me feel very special, and her hair styling skills are top notch. She is very nice, polite and professional.always:) This salon is also environmentally friendly, and considering their quality of work and service, offers very reasonably prices. I definitely recommend this salon:)

I attended CaVaBien this weekend for a "Father's Day" special bought for my by my wife (from our fur babies). I had a wonderful facial from Nancy and haircut with Cassey. The facility is fantastic: I felt relaxed and well taken care of. The booking was seamless between the 2 appointments and I also was given coffee and delicious cookies. The whole experience was great and I look forward to my next visit! Thanks to both Nancy and Cassey for their great work and for making the visit noteworthy!

I could visit this place everyday. My stylist Katies does wonders with my hair, always gets exactly what I want. Super nice to chat with. The atmosphere of the entire salon is so comfortable and friendly.

So excited to be back in Calgary so I can start coming back here. The staff are lovely from the moment you walk in the door. The environment is so relaxing and bright and I always leave happy and feeling well taken care of.

Newly upgraded facilities. Needed pedicure until my regular & long term esthetician returns from medical care. Pretty good. More expensive @ least $30. Personally don't care for men accessing at same time. Recently started offering alcohol at salon. Interesting. Attractive to the Thurs & Friday after 4 PM crowd? Hmmm probably dating myself. Good community participation from this group & opportunity to build credits for services.
