CBI centre service was fast and quick. The employees where helpful and friendly. They're approachable and well-explained to how and what I need to do in my shoulder before operation. Thank you everyone.

Michael Carson, my Physiotherapist is excellent in giving his treatment and instructions. He is professional and pleasant with his clients and that goes with the rest of the staff working there. I highly recommend the services of CBI at Skyway Medical bldg. If in need of physiotherapy services.

Really appreciate this place. I’ve been seeing Harry & Harpreet for my concussion & whiplash rehab and they’ve made a big difference. Sadly Harpreet won’t be in Red Deer anymore. But very grateful for everything he has done. Both Harry & Harpreet are knowledgeable, kind and considerate.
Aspire is a busy place, but well run & managed. Everyone there cooperates as a team & you can see all the staff take initiative as well.
Everyone who works there is wonderful but special shout-out to Margaret who is awesome at her job. I always know I’m in excellent hands when she is there. I have no complaints about anyone who works there. The front desk gals are great also.

So, these employees Harpreet Singh is one of the professionals in red deer he is very kind he has a lot of experience the way he is treating his patience is incredible and Kennedy has a lot of experience, she is very kind she treats her patients great, and we’re happy and Elmira is One of the professionals too she’s very kind she’s helpful. She’s doing a very good job. The entire team in CBI health services is great

I was truly appreciative of all the help that Harry and his team did to help improve my recovery from foot fusion and Achilles tendon surgery. Still on the long road to recovery but making baby steps forward thanks to the different exercises and techniques used to increase my strength and range of motion. Thanks from Monica C.

CBI has been fundamental in my recovery from the ladies up front who were very accommodating to my schedule, the front line pre-physio preparation and Harry the Physiotherapist that had a great understanding of my injury and a progressive plan to recovery.

My daughter had an ankle injury during track season. She went to the Sutter Clinic and was referred to CBI for treatment. Amanda was very knowledgeable, personable and amazing to work with. She genuinely cared about my daughter’s recovery and getting her back on track. We highly recommend Amanda.

Harpreet and the ultrasound techs have been working hard to get my hamstring back to where it should be. They always listen to me and are great at recognizing the limits of my injury as it slowly heals. Knowledgeable and caring people. I would recommend their services to anyone hoping to stay physically active into middle age.

Very Friendly and helpful staff, Harry and Amanda have been great help over the last 15 weeks, Margaret and Kennedy have also been awesome aids, and the front girls, Sheena and Selena have been great help with booking appointments, overall have had an amazing experience

CBI has been pivotal in my recovery for my ankle injury. Mike is a very knowledgeable and personable physiotherapist with extensive experience in rehabilitation. He has individualized my therapy and patiently answers all of my questions and concerns. He is very busy guy, but Veruna, Margaret and Kennedy are excellent at keeping the physio moving. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend CBI!

Well 1st and foremost the ladies up front that greet you, I can't say enough how nice they all are. Always and I mean "ALWAYS" smiling and quite honestly putting us (patience) in a better mood before heading into the back. And for the therapist, they are just as great.keep it up all.

I have a back injury from work so I am a WCB. The entire staff from the front ladies to Margaret and Tyler and Lauren who have worked for weeks on my back have made me feel involved with my healing and are all very good at explaining their roles towards my recovery.

Over the span of fifteen years I have utilized the outstanding services provided by my physiotherapist, Tyler Junck and the staff at CBI. Over the course of my teaching career, Tyler guided, assisted and enabled me to recover to pre injury status. Following a storied teaching career which required two knee replacements, rotator cuff surgery and numerous major muscle tears- Tyler was the one that drove me to recover through both proven and innovative therapies. Since retiring from teaching, Tyler has guided me through an avulsion fracture of the elbow and a hip replacement. Through his efforts and the team at CBI, I can lead a full life with normal ranges of motion despite all of the post op surgical battles.

The environment at CBI is truly professional - the high client load can sometimes be overwhelming for staff - however you can count on each team member to do their best to assist motivated clients to make a full recovery. My active lifestyle would never have been possible without the efforts of the surgeons and physiotherapists that would in concert to restore injured joints and muscles. I am greatly indebted to Tyler for his outstanding care.

I had hurt my hip flexor badly at the gym, but thankfully I was able to get in to CBI Health quickly for some relief. I was helped by Lauren C.and I have to say she works miracles! Not only is she super skilled, but she made me feel comfortable throughout the whole treatment. She described to me what she was doing and what may have caused my injury and how I can prevent it from occurring again. At the end of my treatment, she demonstrated stretches for me to do at home, and a really great part about this clinic is that they send you a follow-up email with a "personalized plan" that describes and shows the stretches you need to do in case you forgot how to do them! Thanks again Lauren for making my hip feel better!

Mike Carson at CBI has been very helpful and informative with rehabbing my injuries. I've been seeing him the past 5 years to work on maintenance and he has all the suggestions to keep my body at bay. The aids have been kind and helpful too. The staff in the front doing all of the paper work are thorough and never miss a beat! Thanks for all that you guys do!

I have seen both Mike and Nick at CBI, and have been impressed with both. They have helped me work through issues with my ankle, shoulders and back over the last few years. They don’t just think about your treatment that day as I am usually sent home with a few stretches to help with my long term wellbeing. CBI is a great place!

I went to Dr Micheal Carson when I had hurt my lower back and was really impressed with him! He took the time to listen to me explain what was going on- guided me through stretches, heat and stim as well as gave me print offs for what I should be doing at home to help. I felt very comfortable talking with him and enjoyed his sense of humor! Thank you so much for helping me feel better!

I've attended this location a number of times because of a work injury and this would be my first place to go for help if ever needed again. My care was always top notch and everyone is so friendly. I felt stronger and confident when finished my treatment! You are treated like family here, and they truly care about your recovery! Ty was amazing at getting me back to my old self and Margaret is the most kind loveable lady who keeps everything running smoothly!

This physio location and PT Tyler were recommended to me. Couldn't be happier with the treatment I have recieved, and have returned to this team for treatment when injuries have arisen. Margaret is always welcoming and works non-stop to have everyone ready for the PTs. Tyler knows his stuff and works with you to come up with a treatment plan that fits your lifestyle.

Highly recommend. All staff I have worked with are very knowledgeable in what they do. I have mostly dealt with Lauren and she has been amazing at getting me through my neck injury and living headache free!
