Strong start (first day), horrible finish. Going to another physio facility. If you do need to go here, I would recommend Ben for sure though. The front staff are great.

Unfortunately, it was a negative experience for me.

Edit: After reading reviews, it’s reassuring to know that the team that was assigned to me has treated others with “ top-notch” care as well….

The Front staff are very friendly, helpful and will make you feel at ease as you are in a new facility.

My physiotherapist Andy, met me and introduced herself. At that time mass were compulsory but the smile from in her eyes I could feel the care and concern she for her patients.

Andy and I have been together as patient and physiotherapist for seven months now and still have many more to go through before I have my surgery And a long road afterwards.
All of the staff at CBI are very professional and each one will take the time to go out of their way if you are needing help.
I am very grateful for each person that works in the clinic regardless of their position all of the clients are treated with respect and care.

My physio treatments at CBI were outstanding. Andy is the absolute best physiotherapist anywhere! She is so professional and really cares about her clients rehab to ensure the best possible outcome at the end of the day. All the staff is warm and friendly. I would highly recommend!

Right at the start of my first day with this Team I was welcomed with a warm and friendly front staff members. During my treatment with my Team I was treated like I mattered, me and my disability mattered. It was like walking into a room of family members. The care and consideration that went into my treatment was 6 star!

I am a very shy person and it takes me a long time to warm up to people, but with this team it’s like I knew them all my life. They are Funny, caring, compassionate, gentle, and gracious. They didn’t push me to hurry up and get better, they went slow with me and I think that’s why I was so comfortable. When I started I couldn’t walk for more then 5-10 minutes, I couldn’t even do a squat. The PT, OT, KIN worked hard for me and designed a plan to recovery. I have recovered and can now walk and squat and bend over. They psychologist was amazing as well. She is a dragon slayer! She pulled me out of my shell and gave me a new look on life. It’s so hard to believe that this team has brought me this far in such a short time. I’ll forever be greatful for what this team has done for me! It’s changed me life!
