CBI Health Centre

I walked into what I thought was a WCB/OIS clinic. Being the closest one I arrived at 415pm with a 3 inch cut to my thumb. I was immediately greeted with " we don't take any patients after 4pm, go to urgent care or come back tomorrow ". I guess I wasn't bleeding enough for them or something?

Moral of the story, only use this clinic if you have to and only if it fits their schedule. Or plan your injury and make an appointment, because that's how accidents happen according to this clinic.

I have been there for my immigration medical. The staff was very nice so freindly. They were very kind and polite. They were very helpful. Drs are also very good. I preffer other people also visit that clinic for immigration medical.

I had an excellent experience here. Most especially my Physiotherapist Gurmandeep. She’s great.

I visited this center for my son's immigration medical exam. He only needed a physical exam as he is too young. It was a smooth process overall and the results were successfully posted to IRCC within three days. The panel physician who examined my little one was very patient and did a good job. The wait time was a bit over 35mins for the doctor check.

Very friendly staff and easy appointment booking through text. Only downside was the Service took about an hour and had to stand all through because they didn't have enough chairs.

A very well managed clinic that me and my family has been going for over 15 years, always accommodated us for last minute visit to our family physician Dr. Mann the sweetest and the most caring human being I know.always took care of us like family we are very grateful for that. Our family is very sad that we have to look for a different doctor now. On behalf of me and my family we want wish her all the best

The CBI staff is helpful and very friendly. The physiotherapist Chris is very knowledgeable and takes him time and explaining your injury and the benefits of each exercise and how the will help in your recovery, you couldn't ask for better care.

This is my 3rd time with a lower back injury and CBI Medical has always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I'm very happy with their services.

I come to this clinic, once every 3 months for a Botox Treatment to help with my Migraines/Headaches, and I see Dr. Sandhu. I’ve never met a more caring, knowledgeable and just such a pure person. She knows I struggle with the treatments as I have a very strong fear of needles. She knows how to talk me through my anxiety and I can just tell she genuinely wants me to feel comfortable and safe. And I do in her care. I think she’s a great person. The ladies at the front desk are always very kind as well. BIG thumbs up!

Very nice and skilled staff, I got immediate attention without waiting. Very nice atmosphere, quite and very clean environment. Specially Ms. Mandeep is very professional.

This clinic has no interest in the care for its patients. They only worry about satisfying WCB and other agencies that use them as a clinic clinic. After complaining about my back and neck pain for a few weeks (rear ended by a freight liner water truck) not being able to sleep even though i had been on modified duties at work. During my follow up I explained how my pain was getting worse. The female physician came in and had apparently satisfied her assessment of my overall condition in 2 minutes, NO IMAGING, NO SCAN, just got me to move my arm up and down and neck side to side (as i was complaining how it hurt).

The physician proceeded to tell me that due to my ageI shouldnt still be in pain.
And that my pain could just be because im tense. SHE HAD NO INTEREST IN MY LEVEL OF PAIN. She had no care to see if my condition had gotten better. From the minute I came for my appointment i knew the goal was to satisfy the WCB conditions regardless of my condition or the effect the injury had on my life.

I was thinking to cancel appointment after reading reviews but i gave a try.they are very professional even they were very busy still well managed by front lady simran sandhu and dr parminder sandhu is very nice and professional.

Was a patient of one of the Doctors and I was sent to this clinic as the Deerfoot clinic hadn't renewed my Dr's contract. And now to see my doctor in sunridge office as he was my family doctor it is $100.00 that I have to pay upfront and then they bill Alberta Healthcare for the visit. Thanks but I will find a New Dr's office.

Suggestions, please cbi need to have their own ultrasound machine and other machine they needed.

Worst place I never had to go for a baseline medical. They were incompetent and I waited 1h30 with changing room for 5 minutes of exam. I am not even sure if I was a able to work they would have seen that!
Only one secretary was nice with the smile, rest of the staff, not professional!
Never go back there for sure!

Worst doctors I have ever dealt with I would never go here willingly again. This Clinic is affiliated with WCB so they don't care about the patient all they care about is sending you back to work regardless of the severity of your injury. These doctors work for WCB not for you.

Despite the relatively low reviews form others, I found the staff really polite, their physiotherapist really caring and their place being relatively clean.

I won't recommend this CBI SUNRIDGE for Immigration Medical. They say it takes approximately 2 weeks for the doctor to review and submit the result while OLIVE MEDICAL takes only a day or two. Imagine how frustrating to wait for a long period of time. I am greatly disappointed with their service. Staff aren't friendly too. Doesn't deserve a star. Definitely a THUMBS DOWN!

Dr parminder Sandhu is a big time cheat. She is a panel physician selected by CIC. She’s using this opportunity to steal and cheat money from new immigrants. Please don’t visit this doctor ever if you want your immigration medicals conducted. If got chance I would had sued her on her wrong doings with my case. Will not even conduct a secondary evaluation if the reports are way wrong. One of the receptionist saved me by informing me that please visit some other doctor or she going to rip you off. She was of zero help and put my immigration file in a big danger. I had to spend 6000$ on my medical furtherance report. So please visit anyone else but not parminder Santhu. Thanks

I attended this physiotherapist after a car accident I had. Do not go here they will not properly assess your injuries and explain the proper process to heal them, they do not reassess you after your initial visit and do not provide any active care for you and your injury. The often help 3-4 patients at one time and do not give the attention necessary to monitor your progress. I would not recommend this physiotherapy to anyone for any reason. This place should be shut down.
