CDI’s recruiters target immigrants who are non-native English speakers, and Indigenous people. Google “CDI college scam”, wish I had researched the college more before signing up. Paralegal program is a complete joke. They will let you know the graduation rate of the class from previous year (less than 50%), AFTER you’ve given them your tuition. Had the distinct impression the person teaching the course had absolutely no experience or education in any legal matters whatsoever. The Paralegal Association of Alberta should reconsider their endorsement of CDI’s paralegal program. Many of the programs they offer are not accredited (ie.are completely useless when looking for employment).

This is a great college to go too, Muhammad Kashif is my instructor in web development and he has been really awesome through-out my time being there, same with all the staff and coordinators Tania Kolody and Arshiel Soliman they all couldn't be more helpful then what they already have been, I really appreciate them for helping me to get on a path to success!

I had a fabulous instructor for the Pharmacy Assistant Program. As a person who hasn't been in a classroom since 2001, Mindy went far beyond my expectations of what the modern classroom is capable of. I was very nervous from the get-go but through her dedication, she showed me that anybody regardless of educational background can be taught, succeed and thrive. Her personality is great for the smaller classroom settings that CDI offers and I feel very fortunate to have spent the past 6 months under her guidance.
24 May 2023 4:56
Just finished Pharmacy Assistant, Mindy was my instructor. I would say she’s one of the best teachers out there, she has a high expectations but thats because she want all her students to succeed. I would highly recommend if you’re thinking of going into Pharmacy Assistant.
10 May 2023 16:51
CDI College has helped me gain so much knowledge in a lot of areas the staff and teachers are brilliant and hard working to ensure the students succeed with there goals I have to thank Lea and Mindy for helping me along my journey to being a pharmacy assistant was not easy but was worth every minute so thank you CDI College and all that work there

Currently a student here, unfortunately… I heard rumours that it wasn’t a good college but I signed up anyways because I did see good reviews. Was fine up until I went to go pick up my first textbook. As my courses are all online. I called the city centre location saying I would be there by 4: 30 and they said that would be fine when I showed up at 4: 30 they were closed lights off and everything. So I called the next day and because the city centre location is actually not the closest location and I drove 45 min in the pouring rain to get there they said they would personally bring the textbook down to the Edmonton west location for pickup on Wednesday. I call Wednesday morning to ask if they had brought it there and they had told me that they had. When I arrive at the Edmonton west location they did not have my textbook so after driving for almost two hours in total over the both days I still don’t have my textbook and I need it by Monday for class. I do not recommend this college. The instructors are nice and very kind however the administration is absolutely terrible! I don’t know why I’m even at the city centre location as I applied at the west location and it’s closest to my home. I’m not happy at all. Especially when I rushed out before class to get this textbook and now I have 10 min by the time I get home to eat something before I have to go to class. At least the west location has their sh*t together and it seems like the administration there can do easy tasks.

I just finished my Dental Assisting Diploma here, and it was the most heart fulfilling experience I've ever had! The program lead Carly will make sure everything runs so smoothly. I would 100% recommend this program to anyone looking to become a Dental Assistant. The teachers are all very educated and will ensure you have all the knowledge it takes to succeed. The clinic is clean and met to all expectations, and it was an honor to be taught by all the teachers there.
21 April 2023 8:59
If you are looking to become a Dental Assistant this is the program you need to join. From the very beginning all the staff were amazing. My clinic teacher Marj was very educated and ensured me and my classmates would have the knowledge we need. All the teachers there are beautiful inside and out, and will make sure you understand the theory portion as well as the clinic, trust me! This program is amazing.

I took the pharmacy assistant course at CDI, at first I wasn’t sure how it is going to be like but the instructor Mindy Bauder made it such a fun learning experience for me, all the practice, notes, reviews were amazing. From learning about the medication to placing me for my practicum she’s been there for me, I feel at ease because I know I can go to her if I have any questions even after I will be done my course.
31 March 2023 17:33
Just finished the pharmacy assistant course and it was quite the enjoyable experience. Mindy was a great teacher, very helpful and made things fun and easy to understand. Never had any issues.
18 March 2023 18:23
If you have a great teacher, who is kind, affable, knowledgeable and of course helpful than you are lucky. It was my case with Mindy Bauder a pharmacy assistant instructor at CDI College. I would like to give special thanks to her for the wonderful work that she did with me. It was a great experience. I’m sure I will be a successful pharmacy assistant.
Mindy, Stay the way you are and keep the passion you have.

Worse institution for study. No body no what they are doing. Even the teachers also don’t know who is in whos class. No coordination poor communication.
06 October 2022 4:06
Looking for a Dental Assisting course which you can finish in 1 month short of a year? Then, look no further. Remarkable instructors who will support and guide you through the challenging course and 19 classmates for a fun filled phase. Go for it and all the very best to each one of you budding dental assistants!
29 September 2022 0:33
As a newcomer to Canada and former nurse, I highly recommend studying dental assisting program at CDI College. When I started studying this program, I had so many hesitations. However, thanks to amazing instructors’ help, all my hesitations disappeared after a short time. Sometimes I felt as if they are my sisters, sometimes my friends and sometimes my instructors. I was able to ask questions in the middle of night. They never ignored students. I was blessed to have them.
14 August 2022 13:44
I just finished my Dental Assisting diploma here, and it was a great experience. The course is challenging and can get overwhelming, but the staff there are so supportive and make sure that everyone has what they need to succeed. I loved my class and felt like everyone really clicked, which made the course really enjoyable. I would highly recommend the dental assisting program here!

I have had a wonderful experience with the City center CDI college, staff is very helpful and so nice. Absolutely awesome
25 July 2022 5:14
Had a great time studying at CDI college City center the staff is super kind and the Pharmacy instructor Mindy is amazing
22 July 2022 1:57
It was great exerience. Instructors are very supportive.she taught very well.she is very heplful.
17 July 2022 15:27
My experience with CDI is an amazing one, I decided to turn my life around and started my course last year and almost done the Pharmacy Assistant Program. Mindy Bauder is an amazing instructor, she taught me so much and can't wait to take what I have learned into the real world. I highly recommend CDI for your future, it is never to late to change.
14 February 2022 3:42
Worst investment ever. Staff turnover is so high that throughout my entire program, no one knew what was going on and students were constantly confused about where to go for help. I took an online program and tech support knew absolutely nothing and took hours or days to call back to "support" students. At one point, I waited 2 days for a call back from tech support about accessing a textbook and they still did not have a resolution. When it came time for practicum, they did not try to place me anywhere because they found out that I already worked in the field- even though practicum placement was a huge part of their advertising for the program. Tests and material had spelling, grammar and punctuation errors which was unprofessional. Overall, CDI was a poor experience and not worth the cost of the program.
30 January 2022 1:43
I highly recommend the Pharmacy Assistant program with Mindy, she is a great instructor, I learned a lot when I was in college.
29 January 2022 22:56
Don't enroll in this school! Worst school ever. I have not been taught a single thing from my teachers. It is all self taught you are on your own. It is also the most expensive school it cost me close to $30,000 in tuition fees.
20 January 2022 2:44
DO NOT enroll in an online course through this college! I am currently a student and just since September there have been 3 major service disruptions to the online campus portal. (one lasting almost 3 full days)
When you work full time and also have children, scheduling time to get your school work done is extremely important. So when you sit down during that scheduled time and cant even log onto the campus website, this can quickly cause you to start falling behind. Its so incredibly frustrating, and although I have expressed my disappointment and concern to the IT hotline every time it has happened, all I ever receive back from them is "We are working on it".
16 January 2022 2:49
I inquired about a program and they haven't stopped harassing me about it since, even after I told them I wasn't interested. The initial contact person was trying to give me information about the wrong program, had issues with their phone (claiming it was a service issue) and was very pushy, trying to pass me off to admissions from the very first phone call. I am truly disappointed with the experience and would not recommend contacting this school.
10 January 2022 1:42
Going to spend time working at post secondary AddictionTreatment è social work in a treatment centre related to my addressing need in the prison formality that brought me to this group home that now I work for and now bring honors in the community to the watchful eye of my friend.
04 December 2021 23:58
My 11 months experience with CDI has been great! They have the best instructors, especially the Dental Assisting program! Will definitely recommend this school to my friends and to other people. People are really amazing, thoughtful and accommodating! <3
23 November 2021 1:50
Richard knows what he is teaching. With his 30 years experience in Supply Chain, he really knows the courses he is teaching
20 November 2021 9:50
I really enjoyed online classes with Richard Bitensky. He was very informative and entertaining, this was very helpful as the material was not always exciting. He really knows his material and has several real life experiences in this field. He was very easy to approach when having difficulty with assignments or understanding a topic. I would recommend Richard for anyone wanting to learn Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Thank you Richard, you are an awesome instructor and helped me to increase my self confidence to go back to work.

I had a very good experience with CDI. I would like to give a special thanks to an instructor I was blessed to have met and teach me Manika Sharma. She has amazing energy and approach to teaching. She is very humble and respectful to all her students, she goes out of her way to make sure we understand things we are struggling with even if it is after work hours. I truly feel you care and want your students to get the best they can out of there program. CDI you are lucky to have Manika on tour team
14 October 2021 18:57
The course was okay, the books were outdated and American so they didn't teach the Canadian laws and restrictions when it comes to hospitality. I didn't do my practicum until 4 months after I finished the class work, someone who finished the program after me did his practicum before me.
Then since finished the program they haven't once attempted to follow up, or even offer to help. I did not find a job in management at all.

At least 2 stars are for the instructor.
21 September 2021 1:01
Ahmer was so patient with us. Most especially when lots of us were experiencing technical issues during class. Awesome experience! Definitely worth it!:) - CDI Student (673)
13 September 2021 15:27
Please never leave your phone number with these people. They harassed my day and night even after I requested that they eliminate me from their files.
09 September 2021 8:52
Already regret taking the Human Resources program located in BC. Their online course literally set you up to fail. What actions work on the practise do not work on the exams. You will always have to contact their tech fixers and good luck if you have time to finish your course by the time they fix the problem.
31 August 2021 18:03
Easy to find for me and easy to access. The staff are great and friendly and very supportive and helpful
13 August 2021 21:46
Absolutely do not go here. 100% a waste of your life and money, I truly regret attending this school, it is my only hope that someone reads this and changes their mind. A true scam. I would like to add, after all the horrible experiences I have already received from Reeves, the "school" changed its rules about graduation and barred young children, and many of their parents from attending the ceremony. WHICH WAS INCLUDED in tuition, so not only have I had a difficult time because of the level of education, and the reputation of Reeves, they didn't even let me have one good memory to take from this massive regretful decision I made during the hardest moments of my life. That is what these people do, they prey on others when they need guidance. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. They are still scamming in 2021 please avoid this place
30 July 2021 17:14
After you complete your Supply chain Management course with Reeves, Chances of getting a job in Supply chain is close to ZERO. Instructor is Great but you not gonna get a job. If you really wanna be in the supply chain start from scratch. This course will not help you. Reeves SCM course will NOT HELP YOU TO LAND IN A JOB in SCM.and there is no practicum arrange by the college. You need to find your own or else they will send you to a warehouse. 200 hours you will work for free in a warehouse moving stuff to get your hours. I already contacted CBC marketplace for this scam.wait till they get busted.
28 July 2021 6:11
I was very happy to be in this course with mr.amir. He is amazing and I could not have had a better teacher. I enjoyed my week with him.
19 July 2021 1:47
I just finished my courses with Richard Bitensky, he made the experience of learning enjoyable, and I always looked forward to the next day. Richard knows his Logistics, and explains it in layman's terms so that you catch on right away. I highly recommend Reeves College.
19 June 2021 12:14
They give no details until you give them a phone number, than a sales associate calls you and starts selling things.
27 May 2021 10:25
I was deciding between two colleges, and had made that abundantly clear to CDI, they were very very pushy as to getting me to apply for a student loan and enroll ASAP, even after I had told them I was still looking into other schools.after I had told them I chose to go with a different school they kept calling me and asking me why, when I told them because it was significantly cheaper for the same course, as well as the school getting funding from the government they told me that they have never heard of this before, and it is probably not true. Months go by and I receive yet again, another call.telling me the same thing, they cut me off while I was speaking and said that it is not true and made it seem as if they were genuinely concerned about it but you can tell they are not. Even if I do end up having to pay for the course in the end, it is still significantly cheaper for the same course with the school I have decided to go with! I also had a friend apply for CDI and she was very unhappy with how pushy they were and they had also messed a lot of it up. I’m not sure if this is maybe just a one off type of thing, but from my little experience I had with them I would not recommend them. I’m sure some people have had good experiences and everything but not my friend or I, and I hadn’t even started classes!
08 May 2021 8:24
I had an amazing time during my stay at Reeves, all thanks to Richard Bitensky who is a great tutor. I just want to use this opportunity to say thank you Richard for making journey a smooth one.
06 May 2021 0:16
If I could I would give them 0 stars for the experience and the hassle if I could.

DO NOT GO HERE! It’s a SCAM.

I wanted my transcripts from the school to be sent to a different college to be accepted into the that college. I have called them asking for my transcripts a couple times from July 2020 to December 2020 asking them to send my transcripts to the new school with no prevail. Every time I called, Theresa was unavailable to take my called since she is in charge of the transcripts.
My husband and I went down to school and we paid $35 for them send it to the school. Later found out they never did they just took our money.
Went back to school in August to ask for my transcripts AGAIN in person and they gave me someone else’s transcripts instead. When I got my “Transcripts” they spelt my name wrong, lowered my GPA and when I called back in September (I believe) the girl on the phone said “oh yeah I will have them sent out in the week to your new school” they never sent it, not once.

So save your money, go to a different school it’s not worth the hassle.

Also it costs more than it’s worth to go to this school than it really is. Skip the hassle go to a creditable school instead!
23 April 2021 9:29
After 11 months of being a dental student at CDI College, I have experienced unforgettable memories about the dental assisting program. It was extremely stressful and fast-paced learning environment which all my instructors had warned our class about from the beginning. Tons of quizzes and exams! Aside from that, I have great classmates I have ever wished for. We cried, we laughed, we supported each other during difficult times. All instructors there are friendly, helpful, and funny as well as patient and caring for us. Thank you so much to Carly, Dohreen, Emily, Maryann, and Marjorie. Love you all.
13 April 2021 0:06
Thank you for the learning opportunity and beautiful experience. Just finished my core class in Logistics and Supply Chain Management with the guidance of our excellent instructor Richard Bitensky, not easy to find someone like him with vast experience in the industry and patient enough to share his knowledge to his students.
30 March 2021 15:44
Richard Bitensky was my instructor for Logistics & Supply Chain Management. I found him to be extremely well organized and methodic throughout the instruction of the course. Richard was also great at encouraging us to be informed about current affairs and the effects on Supply Chain Management through various industries. I found him to be both professional and insightful with a wealth of experience to support the information we are currently learning. I highly recommend Richard Bitensky as an instructor for Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Reeves College City Campus Edmonton has established itself as a role model in the education sector in Alberta by going out of its way to facilitate the students through the challenges of Covid19. Majority of the students actively participated in the on-line courses by adhering to the Provincial directives of Alberta Government in context to precautions related to Covid19. Regular counselling services were also available to the students to cope with the challenge of Covid19. Compliments to the Management of Reeves College City Campus Edmonton for stepping up in the hour of need to establish and maintain a partnership of mutual benefit with its students to ensure their success in such trying times.
19 March 2021 14:26
This school is terrible the teachers are very disorganized and student advisors are very rude I do not recommend if you are indigenous they are racist and are nicer the their foreign Students and teachers will ignore if she say you can't understand them and tell you to figure it out.
I felt lost threw out all my studies.
13 March 2021 11:16
I am a recent graduate of CDI's Dental Assisting program for February 2020 to December 2020. The program is a fast paced program and due to Covid we faced more a lot more difficult situations but thanks to my instructors Carly, Dohreen, Maryann, Marjorie (especially in the clinic) and Emily they helped us overcome so many difficulties and ensure we were okay and went above and beyond to ensure our education was not affected. I've been to another school before choosing Dental Assisting at CDI College and it most definitely could not compare to the quality and quantity of education I received here from my instructors they all went above and beyond for us working overtime late nights and weekends to ensure that we not just get through this but we all do amazing and have a great understanding of what we have learned. My Time at CDI College was 100% not wasted and I got as much as I could have out of my education due to so many unforeseen circumstances.
12 March 2021 18:34
With the completion of my core class I have found that Richard Bitensky a patient and understandable Instructor, with over whelming knowledge in the industry, I'm glad I had the opportunity to be in his class. Even thou being retired he has passed on his years of experience and knowledge to help me purse my career.
12 March 2021 10:45
I took the dental assisting program through CDI and I absolutely loved it! With the new program and instructors, it is set up for success! I felt extremely prepared when I started at my dental assisting job:) I would recommend this school to anyone.
27 February 2021 20:25
Richard Bitensky is a treasure. He is passionate and excited to teach Supply Chain & Logistics Management. Richard gets 5 stars. The schoool gets 3 stars. Paying for books that are the previous edition by the time you use them meaning your assignments are wrong and you need to get case files from the teacher. One textbook had an issue and we diddnt use it at all, good value. Requiring us to go to the school MULTIPLE TIMES during a pandemic to pick up books because the school doesn't order all of the books you need for the course, just the next one. One book was sent to us as PDF in a zip file because they couldnt/wouldnt order it. Good teacher, poor planning done by the school for sure.
17 January 2021 12:44
I am a recent graduate of the CDI College Dental Assisting program, i went to school here from February 2020 until December 2020 and am now into my practicum. My time at CDI College was nothing short of amazing. A month into my program, we got hit with covid pretty hard and had to continue our learning from home. Although learning from home was never something I was interested in doing, all my instructors made the classes fun and interactive. It was very stressful at times, but they took the time to make sure we understood everything even though we didn’t get that face-to-face learning. They’d stay longer and chat with you until you completely grasped what you were learning. Reading the comments about how you should not go here and it’s a waste of money is completely false in my opinion. The year I spent taking the dental assisting program was one of the most rewarding things I’ve done. We had to navigate through this pandemic together and my instructors did an amazing job doing so. When we were cleared to go back onto campus, we started our clinic learning where we actually got to apply our knowledge and work on our peers. You are surrounded by some of the most intelligent woman in this field, and they provide you with knowledge and skills that you take into the real world. They all genuinely cared and wanted to see us succeed. All I can say is THANK-YOU to Carly, Marjorie, Dohreen, Maryann, & Emily. You guys have shaped me into the dental assistant I’m becoming, and I’m super grateful I got to learn from you all. If you are considering furthering your education and pursuing a career in dental, this is hands down the best place to go. You will not be disappointed.
21 December 2020 4:23
I have two opinions on this school

1. Richard Bitensky is by far one of the best Professors i have ever had the pleasure of learning from. He is well informed with 3 decades of experience. He is smart, thoughtful, and best of all he can make boring content interesting. I cant say enough about his level of attention and care he takes to ensure every student has every opportunity to succeed!

2. I think Covid-19 has hampered a lot of the service the school provides, However I have some major issues with Book fee's being inflated for all digital Books. You can buy the same books from the same site they are using for cheaper then they are offering at the school. 1800 in book fee's for books i could buy online for $886.56 to me that is a direct rip off of the student base.as well as many instances of false claims about employment rate, pay scales, and how relevant the course offered are. This is especially true if you plan to continue your education and gain an actual designation which this school doesn't offer for my career path.
25 October 2020 4:28
I have been trying to obtain a copy of my diploma from Reeves College in Edmonton for about 7 months. I am being told that because I attended back in 2011 they cannot find my file as they upgraded their computer system since that time. I was never actually provided a copy back in 2011 either. Therefore, I paid Reeves approximately $25,000 and have nothing to show for it. I understand it has been a long time since I attended, however, the Government of Alberta website does not specify a retention period and I am unable to make a formal complaint. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I would love to hear from you.
02 September 2020 4:15
Really great instructor when I was there it took a lot of time to really understand his students
14 April 2020 12:41
I cannot recommend this college. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

It is not a reputable college and claims to be accredited but I'm hesitant to believe that. Not many employers will hire students from Reeves based on my experience. Grant macewan offers the course for half the price.
21 March 2020 22:14
I was a student at Reeves about 10 years ago. Unfortunately, I was never provided with a copy of my diploma or transcripts. I am now in need of these credentials and am having issues obtaining same. I have called Reeves and spoke with numerous people. The response I receive is that they are looking into it and someone will call me back. It has been over a month since I first called. No one ever calls me back so I am forced to call but sadly do not get a substantial response.
12 February 2020 4:44
My experience so far has been great. I have learned lots and Amira my teacher has been great with helping me through my courses and making sure we pass. I’m excited to graduate and see where my diploma takes me!
06 February 2020 3:24
It has been a while since taking a course at a college, Reeves professional staff gave me the tools necessary to take the Educational Assistant course.
I must give a high praise to my Tutor/Instructor, Amira Nanis for guiding me through the difficult portions of the course and always willing to help me achieve my goals.
30 January 2020 22:17
I believe that education is all about being excited about something. Seeing passion and enthusiasm helps push an educational message.
-Reeves College is my choice!
21 January 2020 20:00
Amira Nanis is a very good and friendly instructor. She has extensive knowledge on teaching in the field of children with different learning difficulties.
14 January 2020 20:54
I came in for an Interview with Bekki, I had no idea what to expect as I was just curious to see what programs would work with my personality. She helped me so much and actually asked me about day to day life and what my hobbies and interests were. I left feeling inspired and more intrigued in pursuing my dream. Thanks lady! You helped me a lot!
14 January 2020 9:20
I had a wonderful time at CDI college. My instructors (Kavin, Fahaam, Ruben, Alva and Kim) were great and their teaching method were fantastic. The administrative staff were a great help even after graduation.
12 January 2020 22:53
I think the school is really helpful and when i need the help its always there when i need it. My instructor is amazing as she has helped me and encouraged me to move on and not give up. She is very encouraging and kind.
Amira Nanis is my instructor for Education Assistance.:)
06 January 2020 14:45
I'm in the Social Media & Web Marketing Program at CDI Downtown Edmonton and couldn't be more happy with the service and information taught at the college. I recommend instructor Michelle Graff as she's very knowledgeable in this field and works very hard to ensure all students are taken care of.
04 January 2020 15:26
Crystal, The campus director is amazing as she puts her students first. She organizes Christmas week and other events for the seasons. Michelle, the practicum coordinator is ver helpful in finding work for her students. Reeves college takes your home life into consideration and can help with almost anything that comes up. Highly recommended
14 November 2019 3:31
I graduated as an network systems admin from CDI and my experience from here was great, Kavin and Fahaam are excellent teachers, their way of teaching is easy to understand, the school also provides a lot of support for any issues I had and continue to support me as I'm looking for employment
07 November 2019 20:54
I was a student at CDI college in 2014 studied business administration and since I graduated it is so hard to find a job. Also I contact the campus office but no one was helpful, now it 2019 almost 2020 and now I can’t find a job so please I would like help find a job because the amount of phone calls I get from my student loan is crazy.
11 October 2019 14:14
I've taken my Medical Office Administration at this college and it was a pleasant experience. They offered in-depth medical language among other useful courses under Dawn Leverenz. She facilitates the program in a way that we learn not only about the program in general but also about social skills which has proved to be applicable in the field.
08 September 2019 21:41
The MOA instructor Dawn is great, she connects with every student and is awesome at what she does. Overall awesome experience and opportunity here.
31 August 2019 18:13
Seeing my mom having fun and enjoying school @ Reeves College, Though she is tied up with our hectic schedule (taking us from and to summer camps with my brother) she feels that schooling is not a hassle at all especially she keeps mentiioning to us that her instructor Miss Sehrish Punjani making sure that her students understand clearly the topic and putting much efforts to guide them the best way she can for them to excell in her class. My mom really loves going to Reeves College and I do too as well because of what the school and her teacher do for her. Cheers!
29 August 2019 10:46
I did Medical Office Administration, this was something that was new to me after recently migrating to Canada. My instructor Dawn Levernez was patient and very helpful, Her aim was to ensure her students succeeded and I truly appreciated that. One of the best instructors at Reeves College!
27 August 2019 22:27
Haven just immigrated in Canada, did not have to research that much to find a good college which offered my intended course.
Its program perfectly suits my daily program of been a student, wife and mother of two kids. All these and more are present in the conducive environment of Reeve's College.
My review will be incomplete without the mention of Health Care Aide Instructor, Ms Sehrish Punjani, who has made schooling and studying of the above named program so easy, less stressful and interesting one. She is thorugh and able to communicate the course clearly.search no more. Go to Reeve's College.

My experience at Reeves College was full of life lessons and finding out my own strengths and weaknesses. My teacher Dawn L.was amazing and patient. She saw my determination and helped me achieve greatness! Thank you to the staff at Reeve college for making my educational experience, a time to love and remember. The future is my imagination and I am living my imagination, thank you!

I had a great experience with the Assistant Director of Admissions - Ayesha. She helped and guided me with everything, making my enrolment a whole lot easier. I can’t wait to start my program in this school!

I studied logistics and supply chain management. Loved the instructor and the fact he has real experience in the field. Only recommendation I had is start looking for your practicum placement early. I was expecting the college to have a place for our practicum but we have to find our own. Everything else was great. My core subject teacher Richard Bitensky was amazing, he was helpful and knowledgeable and the assignments were relevant.

I just thought everyone should be aware that students are offered gifts and prizes by the director to give positive reviews.most of those 5 star reviews are bought by CDI. Make sure to take it with a grain of salt.
I did not have a great experience with the school, and I feel that I was duped so CDI could get my money.now I am left with a massive debt and no job prospects, since no place recognizes my "diploma". DO NOT GO HERE!

I wouldnt even give this school 1 star. The Child Care program was very poorly put together and the teachers and head Heather White were very biased. Such a money grab scam.

I am a graduate of CDI from Barrie Ontario and completed the Paralegal program with Honors.
Recently I took Teaching English as a second language to futher my education and I have a potential offer to go to Taiwan. However, the government needed confirmation of my education because they had not heard of accelerated learning. So they asked me to get a letter. Since my school is now closed I was having trouble when I called the 800 number and a couple of the schools from Ontario.
I spoke to Lisa Silk (Recruiter for CDI) about the problem I was having when I went to the Career fair on Jan. 29th, The next day I sent her a copy of my transcripts and diploma.
After speaking with her again, she was absolutely amazing. By Friday I had the letter that I needed along with a copy of the Paralegal program to show the Taiwanese government. This was also signed by the Director, Gina Jackson.
I want to thank both ladies by going above and beyond to help me. It is greatly appreciated. Sometimes all you hear about is the bad things people say but as a good thing people tend to be indifferent.
All I can say is again, Thank you.
Regards
Sandra Oakley

I'm attending the Dental Office Administration at Reeves College, and our classes combined with CDI for 8 weeks for our Medical Language studies. Wassim was our class instructor, and he is awesome. Teaches the lesson and always asks the class if we have any questions or any inquiries. Very easy to approach, and very genuine with his lectures. Has a review day before the day of the test, and it is greatly beneficial! All in all, made my college studies beneficial.

I've had one of the best educational experiences here at CDI. Very friendly administrative staff, knowledgeable instructors, and courses that allow students to work at their own pace. It's been a wonderful experience, and I'd recommend this campus to anyone looking to expand on their education.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I was a student here in 2014. Like many I was lured in by the sales pitch of their “oilfield administration” program. I was promised a degree, 80k a year, 100% of graduates employed. Non of which was true. I recognize this was just before the recession, but I still lay blame on this school. Throughout the program the terminology changed. My “degree” became a diploma, and upon completion I received a certificate for the Microsoft office programs (that counted for at least half the program and which I later found out you can get for free if you check around). The courses were pretty much all self led. Very little instruction was given. I excelled achieving 85-100% in every course. Upon graduation I couldn’t even get an interview, I applied to half the city, as we were told “even if you think your not qualified you should apply anyway”. As luck would have it a connection I had outside of the school was in a position to put me in a job. $18/hour. Far from the 80k a year I had been promised, but I took the opportunity, after all CDI charged me close to $20k to come to their building every day and read my textbook. Fast forward several months and I got a call that my account would be sent to collections if I didn’t pay the $6000 I owed CDI. $6000? After plenty of digging it turns out the school administration didn’t submit a document to national student loans and consequently didn’t receive loan/grant money for one of the periods of study. Again fortune favoured me and someone was able to loan me the money which I eventually was able to pay back. Four and a half years after graduation I have I piece of paper that says I’m a CDI graduate that I don’t show anyone (companies often don’t hire graduates from here). I have loan for that piece of paper in the amount of $11 659.

I want my story to highlight some of the inheritance issues with this school:
-outright false messages/advertising
-lack of instruction
-poor clerical staff
-a for profit model
-lack of empathy

Of the 40+ students/administrators I interacted with I don’t think any of them have anything to do with the school now. Few if any have a positive view of CDI.

I’m not out to hurt their “reputation” they will squander that on their own. But I hope someone will read this and know not to get involved with CDI. Please believe all of the negative reviews about this place. They are real people who got screwed by CDI. Head the warning.

I love the fun and interactive learning atmosphere. The instructors take the time to make sure you are really learning the content and I appreciate the layout of my curriculum. I would recommend this school to my friends and family interested in taking any courses this school has to offer.

It’s hard to think about anything positive to say about this school. The tell their student theyll be providing them with tablets with all of their textbooks and pdf materials to it, and it’ll save them money. Instead they charge the student and dont supply the product. The teachers are unqualified and their staff are not understanding making them impossible people to work, grow, and learn from. They are Judgemental, rude, and unproffessional to say the least. This isnt an institution I would recommend to anyone.

This is the most unprofessional school I’ve ever heard of. The teachers aren’t even certified professors and they accuse students of cheating without any proof. They verbally attack and embarrass students in front of the class and once confronted about it, they lie and don’t admit their wrongdoings. If a student is doing well in their class, they assume they are cheating since they are so surprised by the fact that someone is actually passing a course with their horrible teaching since everyone else is failing. Showing favouritism by purposely deducting marks off an exam or essay for doing something correctly. The education board is even worse because they are blind to the fact that they hired morons and don’t want to deal with anything in the correct manner. No evidence is needed to change their biased opinions. Don’t even bother trying to get your point across to them, they’re all more dense than each other. Do yourself a favour and do not attend this school unless you want to be unsuccessful and unsupported by your peers and teachers. Absolutely pathetic, this will not go unnoticed.

I have been in school since October 2018 and so far the instructors have been great and I am enjoying my classes and classmates it feels good to be learning new courses which will enhance my education.

This uncertified college is very unprofessional, they want their students to fail and don’t wish for success. There’s favouritism and accuse students of false accusations, i don’t recommend any student to attended a school where a “teacher” is telling lies to ruin a students education. There are many different options at many different schools. One teacher caused a student to leave because of hatred and drop out because of their success in the program. This college shouldn’t be a place where a student feels uncomdtfable because they are being bullied by a grown “mature” teacher. I will report this specific teacher to get them fired from their job because this is unacceptable and immature. DO NOT GO TO THIS COLLEGE they attack students in front of classmates instead of personally talking to them. The school administrators choose to believe they’re unprocial uncertified volunteered “teachers” that have no proof of any situation. This isn’t a college for success this college is racist and disrespectful if you want your child to succeed, i highly highly recommend to look anywhere else. Bad experience, terrible teachers and very unfair.if i could i could give negative stars i would.
