Went in there a few weeks ago, Asked to seem some Cigars in the cigar room. Told them I didn't know much about brands of cigars. So then i was told i wasn't allowed to look in the cigar room because i didn't know what i wanted. So instead of helping a new customer pick some cigars i was greeted with the "well if you don't know what you want i can't help you". Um yes you could have helped me by showing me product and making suggestions. I don't understand how the was lost on this lady. But she was very unpleasant and got the feeling as soon as i walked in that she thought i was wasting her time so she treated me as such. Not sure what her problem is but i guess it's new customers is her problem.hopefully some one reads this and fixes the customer service issues
