I've found Dr Bailey to be a friendly, attentive and careful physician. I have brought my son to see him as well and they found him really good so for me, I have no trouble at all recommending Dr Bailey to others based on my experiences.

Dr. Patrick Bailey is the best doctor I have seen in well over a decade. Very thankful to have found him. He’s been wonderful.

If you wanting a caring doctor stay away. You'll have to wait weeks to get an appointment, and when you finally get in to see the doctor your never seen on time. One time I forgot I had an appointment, realized 2 hrs after they had closed. I called the next day to tell them that I was sorry that I missed my appointment if I could reschedule. I have ADHD and forgetfulness is something I live with. Anyways the reception told me I have to pay $50 because I missed my appointment and never called that evening to leave a message to say I forgot. I told them I wasn't paying as the doctor should understand. I've never once missed an appointment before. Once I actually seen the doctor a week later he told me that everyone needs to remember they have an appointment and it's not his fault. That by me not making it to my appointment that he's losing money. I apologized to him tried to explain that I have alot on my plate, worrying about other things other then myself. He didn't want to hear it. He didn't make me pay but was very rude about it. I had another medical concern, I had to get an xray. Anyways I found my results out on my health records, and started physiotherapy based on what I have. I never followed up with my doctor because I was already in the process of getting treatment. I told reception to let him know that I seen my results online and seeing physio. He demanded to have a phone call to go over my results. I told reception that I would be available at 330pm to talk. They told me he would call at that time. I waited until 5pm to hear from him. He then starts to argue with me about me needing to call and follow up on results. I told him that the only reason I accepted the phone call was because he demanded that I talked to him. He then said he was tired of my attitude and to find another doctor.

To add the receptionists are not the most friendliness people. They one time told my husband he had an appointment a certain day and time. He showed up and they said no your appointment was this day and time. When it was marked on the calendar.

The only people I would trust at this clinic is the pharmacists. They are so great, always helpful, and considerate of my time. They also understand me and my family.

I will find a way better clinic then this one. I rather drive 30mins to have better health care.

Dr Patrick Bailey has been fantastic in both visits. He is approachable, a clear communicator, and is a nice person.

I have had minimal wait times at this clinic as well.

Client care and basic customer service don’t seem to be priorities at this clinic. I repeatedly called and left messages, and submitted their online appointment form several times to make an appointment to refill critical prescriptions, and received no reply. I finally got desperate, and left the Dr a message on LinkedIn (was concerned that perhaps he wasn’t aware calls weren’t being returned?) which finally prompted a return call, during which I had my hand slapped for reaching out to the Dr directly, and was told that it was “impossible” that my calls hadn’t been returned. I offered proof - the call log from my phone - and was told I could easily make those up. To what end? What would I have to gain from going to such lengths? Ridiculous.

I know family Dr’s are few and far between these days, but that’s absolutely no excuse to treat patients so poorly. I’d rather go to a walk-in clinic than be scolded by a Doctor for advocating for my family’s health care needs and then accused of lying by a receptionist. Unfortunately Dr Bailey seemed like a talented Dr. - but integrity and respect matter as much as - or even more than! - skill, so I won’t be returning as a patient.

Dr. Bailey has been incredible helpful and understanding during my visits. Albeit he is a bit blunt, but I appreciate the honesty and professionalism that comes with how he approaches that. I don't have to leave the office with ambiguity in my mind. The front desk staff have been very helpful as well, and the clinic never seems busy when I come in for an appointment. Honestly, one of the best clinics I've been too.
